Abstract

本发明一种显示模组,涉及液晶显示技术领域,尤其是公开一种显示面板,其包括中框:以及凹设于所述中框内的面板仓,用于容置面板模块;组件仓,其对应设置于所述面板仓下方、凹设于所述中框内,用于容置背光模组;还包括一光屏蔽件,其设置于所述面板模块和所述中框之间,用于阻止光从所述面板模块侧部进入所述面板模块。本发明通过在面板模块与中框之间引入光屏蔽件,能够阻止光从面板模块的侧壁射入面板模块中,解决可视区域白斑的问题,提高显示器的视觉效果。

Description

一种显示模组
技术领域
本发明属于液晶显示技术领域,具体地讲,涉及一种显示模组的结构改进。
背景技术
触控面板越来越多应用在各种例如手机、平板电脑等电子设备中,丰富人们的生活,人们对触控面板的显示质量要求也越来越高。
目前,TPM(触控模组)组件装入电子设备的中框后有部分漏光现象,不良的表现为:从电子设备的侧面观看,可视区域(VA区)左右两侧有发亮白斑,影响黑色视觉效果。
如图1所示,现有的电子设备包括中框210、以及装设于所述中框210中的背光模组230、面板模块220。其中,背光模组230包括胶框231,以及对应设置于所述胶框231中的导光板232,一光学膜组233、一反射片234分别对应于所述导光板232的上表面、下表面设置,且连接于所述胶框231上。导光232的一侧和胶框231之间设置有光源235。
一般地,光源235出射的光大部分均会射入导光板232中,经过反射片234的反射,光将从导光板232上表面出射进入光学膜组233、再进入面板模块220经过处理后射出,进入人眼。但是,仍然会有一部分的光容易从背光模组230的侧部230B、以及面板模块220的侧部220A或者是它们之间“漏出”。例如,胶框231与反射片234之间通过双面胶236连接,连接处紧密度不佳使得光从胶框231、反射片234之间射出到达中框210的内侧壁;又例如,胶框231本身的遮光功能也是有限的,部分光会从胶框231本身投射出来到达所述中框210的内侧壁;再例如,胶框231与面板模块220之间通过遮光条237相连,同样存在连接处紧密度不佳的问题使得光能从光学膜组233出射后,小部分光在胶框231与面板模块220之间也射出到达中框210的内侧壁。另外,从数据统计也可以证实漏光现象的存在,例如背光模组的亮度为AVG:11500nit,从胶框和双面胶透射出的光为AVG:690nit;从反射片透射出的光为AVG:120nit。还有其他的原因或区域存在“漏光”的问题,在此无法穷尽。
这些从背光模组230、面板模块220中“漏出”的光在到达中框210的内侧壁后,一部分的光被中框210反射回到面板模块220的侧部220A,并穿过面板模块的侧部220A、经过触控面板25射出。由于整个显示模组200的显示屏上,分为可操作区域(AA区)、可视区域(VA区),以及围绕所述AA区的黑框区域(BM区),此时,这些从面板模块侧部220A出射的光已经进入VA区,当影像颜色切换为黑色时,人们将看到白色的光斑,影响视觉效果。
人们希望能找到一种方法克服上述视觉问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种显示模组,其包括中框:以及
凹设于所述中框内的面板仓,用于容置面板模块;
组件仓,其对应设置于所述面板仓下方、凹设于所述中框内,用于容置背光模组;
还包括一光屏蔽件,其设置于所述面板模块和所述中框之间,用于阻止光从所述面板模块侧部进入所述面板模块。
其中,所述光屏蔽件往下延伸至所述组件仓内,设置于所述背光模组和所述中框之间。
其中,所述光屏蔽件往下延伸至所述组件仓底部。
其中,所述光屏蔽件为黑色点胶。
其中,所述光屏蔽件为黑色散热板。
其中,所述背光模组包括胶框,以及对应设置于所述胶框中的导光板,一光学膜组、一反射片分别对应于所述导光板的上表面、下表面设置、且连接于所述胶框上;一光源设置于所述导光板的一侧与所述胶框之间。
其中,所述面板模块包括从下至上层叠设置的下偏光片、盖板、上偏光片、光学胶、触控面板。
有益效果:
本发明提供的显示模组,在中框与面板模块之间、和/或者中框与背光模组之间增设一采用黑色材质制备的光屏蔽件,利用光屏蔽件对光的遮盖、黑色材料对光线有吸收的作用,有效解决漏光现象,减少光因反射而从面板模块的侧部射入所导致白斑的机会。若光屏蔽件采用散热材质,也能起到辅助快速散热的效果。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种显示模组,如图2所示,其包括中框10、以及设置于所述中框10中的面板模块20、背光模组30,以及一光屏蔽件40。
其中,中框10中凹设有上敞口的面板仓11和上敞口的组件仓12,所述组件仓12对应设置于所述面板仓11下方。
所述面板模块20、背光模组30分别容置于所述面板仓11、组件仓12中,使得所述面板模块20、背光模组30上下层叠。
如图2所示,本实施例的所述面板模块20从下至上依次包括:层叠设置的下偏光片21、玻璃盖板22、上偏光片23、光学胶24、触控面板25。
背光模组30则包括:胶框31,以及对应设置于所述胶框31中的导光板32,一光学膜组33、一反射片34分别对应于所述导光板32的上表面、下表面设置、且连接于所述胶框31上;一光源35设置于所述导光板32的一侧与所述胶框31之间。反射片34、光学膜组33通过遮光的双面胶36固定设置于所述胶框31上。胶框31与所述面板模块20之间通过一遮光条37固定连接。
所述光屏蔽件40设置于所述面板模块20和所述中框10之间。具体地,本实施例的光屏蔽件40设置于面板模块20和面板仓的侧壁11a之间,用于遮挡或吸收从所述背光模组30射出、并经过所述中框10反射进入所述面板模块20的光。
优选地,本实施例的光屏蔽件40可设置在接近面板模块20的侧部20A处,更有效对中框的反射光形成阻截。该光屏蔽件40可以采用黑色的点胶制作,也可以是黑色的散热板。能够通过黑色的点胶或散热板吸收从中框10反射过来的光,阻止光从面板模块20的侧部20A进入,解决了VA区光斑的问题。并且,采用散热板材质的光屏蔽件,还可以有利于面板模块20解决散热的问题。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1不同的在于,如图3所示,光屏蔽件40往下延伸至组件仓12,设置于背光模组30和中框10之间。具体地,光屏蔽件40设置于背光模组30和组件仓12的侧壁12a之间,光屏蔽件40接近背光模组30设置,贴于所述胶框31的外侧,有利于从源头上阻截光从背光模组30中射出。
类似地,该光屏蔽件40可以采用黑色的点胶制作,也可以是黑色的散热板。能够通过黑色的点胶或散热板吸收从背光模组30中射出的光,阻止光到达中框10后反射,解决了VA区光斑的问题。并且,采用散热板材质的光屏蔽件,还可以有利于背光模组30解决散热的问题。
实施例3
本实施例是实施例2的进一步优化,所述光屏蔽件40还可以进一步往下延伸至所述组件仓底部,如图4所示,整个组件仓12、面板仓11的内壁上均覆设有光屏蔽件40,即在中框10内、容置面板模块、背光模组的区域形成一黑色的背景,利用黑色背景将从面板模块、背光模组中射出的光吸收。
该光屏蔽件40可以采用黑色的点胶制作,也可以是黑色的散热板。通过黑色的点胶或散热板吸收从背光模组30中、或面板模块20中、或它们之间射出的光,阻止光反射后从面板模块侧部进入,同样能够解决VA区白斑的问题。
虽然已经参照特定实施例示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将理解:在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可在此进行形式和细节上的各种变化。

Claims (7)

1.一种显示模组,其包括中框:以及
凹设于所述中框内的面板仓,用于容置面板模块;
组件仓,其对应设置于所述面板仓下方、凹设于所述中框内,用于容置背光模组;
其特征在于,
还包括一光屏蔽件,其设置于所述面板模块和所述中框之间,用于阻止光从所述面板模块侧部进入所述面板模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述显示模组,其特征在于,所述光屏蔽件往下延伸至所述组件仓内,设置于所述背光模组和所述中框之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述显示模组,其特征在于,所述光屏蔽件往下延伸至所述组件仓底部。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述显示模组,其特征在于,所述光屏蔽件为黑色点胶。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述显示模组,其特征在于,所述光屏蔽件为黑色散热板。
6.根据权利要求1所述显示模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组包括胶框,以及对应设置于所述胶框中的导光板,一光学膜组、一反射片分别对应于所述导光板的上表面、下表面设置、且连接于所述胶框上;一光源设置于所述导光板的一侧与所述胶框之间。
7.根据权利要求1所述显示模组,其特征在于,所述面板模块包括从下至上层叠设置的下偏光片、盖板、上偏光片、光学胶、触控面板。
