Abstract
一种液晶模组全贴合结构,至少包括壳体、液晶面板、导光板和若干光学膜片,所述导光板和若干光学膜片位于所述壳体内部,若干所述光学膜片之间相互叠加设置于所述导光板的上方,其中,所述液晶面板搭接在所述壳体上,所述液晶面板与最上端的光学膜片之间设有缓冲层和光学透明胶。本发明提供的一种液晶模组全贴合结构,通过在液晶面板与光学膜片之间设置光学透明胶,减小射入到液晶面板的光线的折射角,同时,在围绕该光学透明胶的周围设置有缓冲层,实现液晶面板与壳体的无间隙密封,抑制光线外泄,从而有效地降低光源损失,提升射入到液晶面板的光线入射率,增加光线利用率,使液晶面板的成像质量更加清晰。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶模组制造装配领域,尤其涉及液晶模组全贴合结构。
背景技术
在现代生活中,各式各样电子设备走进了越来越多的家庭中,例如液晶电视、液晶电脑、平板电脑以及触屏手机,特别是人们在日常生活中越来越离不开小型电子产品,如智能触屏手机和平板电脑。而在小型电子产品的设计中,固定液晶面板通常采用在背光源边缘处设置黑色双面胶进行固定,液晶面板与光学膜片之间设置有黑色双面胶和间隙层,间隙层存在空气。在该种贴合结构中,光学膜片传播光线,使光线进入间隙层,光线经过空气的传播,再进入液晶面板中进行成像,由此可见,传统贴合结构的光线传播方式为从固体到气体、再到固体的过程。在该光线传播过程中,由于光学膜片属于光密介质,空气属于光疏介质,光线从光学膜片进入空气层时,光线的折射角大于光线的入射角,导致很多入射光被反射回到背光模组中,造成了光源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种液晶模组全贴合结构,通过在液晶面板与光学膜片之间设置光学透明胶,减小光线的折射角,有效地降低光源损失,提升光线利用率。
为了达到上述发明创造目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种液晶模组全贴合结构,至少包括壳体、液晶面板、导光板和若干光学膜片,所述导光板和若干光学膜片位于所述壳体内部,若干所述光学膜片之间相互叠加设置于所述导光板的上方,其中,所述液晶面板搭接在所述壳体上,所述液晶面板与最上端的光学膜片之间设有缓冲层和光学透明胶。
进一步地,所述液晶面板设有边缘区域和显示区域,所述边缘区域位于液晶面板的两侧,围绕所述显示区域。
进一步地,缓冲层位于所述液晶面板的边缘区域,所述光学透明胶位于所述液晶面板的显示区。
进一步地,所述光学透明胶为双面粘性胶,粘接固定所述液晶面板和光学膜片。
进一步地,所述光学透明胶为液态光学胶。
进一步地,所述光学透明胶为固态光学胶。
进一步地,所述光学透明胶的透光率大于99%。
进一步地,所述缓冲层的材料为具有密封作用的可压缩材料。
进一步地,该结构还包括反射片和灯光源,所述反射片位于所述导光板的下方,与所述壳体接触,所述灯光源位于所述导光板的侧面。
进一步地,所述光学膜片的数量为三片。
本发明的有益效果:
综上所述,本发明提供的一种液晶模组全贴合结构,通过在液晶面板与光学膜片之间设置光学透明胶,减小射入到液晶面板的光线的折射角,同时,在围绕该光学透明胶的周围设置有缓冲层,实现液晶面板与壳体的无间隙密封,抑制光线外泄,从而有效地降低光源损失,提升射入到液晶面板的光线入射率,增加光线利用率,使液晶面板的成像质量更加清晰。

具体实施方式
为了更好地阐述本发明的技术特点和结构,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
参阅图1,一种液晶模组全贴合结构,至少包括壳体50、液晶面板40、导光板14、若干光学膜片20、反射片10和灯光源13,导光板14、若干光学膜片20、反射片10和灯光源13位于壳体50内部,其中,反射片10位于导光板14的下方,与壳体50接触,灯光源13位于导光板14的侧面,若干光学膜片20之间相互叠加设置于导光板14的上方。液晶面板40搭接在壳体50上,液晶面板40设有边缘区域和显示区域,边缘区域位于液晶面板40的两侧,围绕显示区域,该边缘区域用于将液晶面板40固定在壳体50上,该显示区域用于显示图像,本实施例选取设置在导光板14上光学膜片20的数量为三片。
具体地,液晶面板40与最上端的光学膜片20之间设有缓冲层32和光学透明胶33,该缓冲层32位于液晶面板40的边缘区域,缓冲层32的材料为具有密封作用的可压缩材料,设置于液晶面板40与壳体50之间,在液晶面板40与壳体50装配时起到密封作用;该光学透明胶33位于液晶面板40的显示区,该光学透明胶33为双面粘性胶,粘接固定液晶面板40和光学膜片20,该光学透明胶33为液态光学胶或固态光学胶中的一种,光学透明胶33的透光率大于99%。
需要说明的是,光学膜片20传播光线,使光线进入光学透明胶33,光线经过光学透明胶33传播后,进入液晶面板40中进行成像,该种全贴合结构的光线传播方式为从固体到固体、再到固体的过程。在该光线传播过程中,由于光学膜片20属于光密介质,光学透明胶33为透光介质,光线从光学膜片20进入光学透明胶33时,光线的折射角较小,入射到液晶面板40中的光线较多,有效地降低光线损失,提升光线利用率。另外,缓冲层32位于光学透明胶33的两侧,在液晶面板40与光学膜片20之间形成无间隙密封壁垒,有效地的抑制了光线外泄,提升了射入到液晶面板40的光线入射率,使液晶面板40具有更好的显示效果。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种液晶模组全贴合结构,通过在液晶面板与光学膜片之间设置光学透明胶,减小射入到液晶面板的光线的折射角,同时,在围绕该光学透明胶的周围设置有缓冲层,实现液晶面板与壳体的无间隙密封,抑制光线外泄,从而有效地降低光源损失,提升射入到液晶面板的光线入射率,增加光线利用率,使液晶面板的成像质量更加清晰。

Claims (10)
1.一种液晶模组全贴合结构,至少包括壳体(50)、液晶面板(40)、导光板(14)和若干光学膜片(20),所述导光板(14)和若干光学膜片(20)位于所述壳体(50)内部,若干所述光学膜片(20)之间相互叠加设置于所述导光板(14)的上方,其特征在于,所述液晶面板(40)搭接在所述壳体(50)上,所述液晶面板(40)与最上端的光学膜片(20)之间设有缓冲层(32)和光学透明胶(33)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶模组全贴合结构,其特征在于,所述液晶面板(40)设有边缘区域和显示区域,所述边缘区域位于液晶面板(40)的两侧,围绕所述显示区域。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液晶模组全贴合结构,其特征在于,缓冲层(32)位于所述液晶面板(40)的边缘区域,所述光学透明胶(33)位于所述液晶面板(40)的显示区。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液晶模组全贴合结构,其特征在于,所述光学透明胶(33)为双面粘性胶,粘接固定所述液晶面板(40)和光学膜片(20)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的液晶模组全贴合结构,其特征在于,所述光学透明胶(33)为液态光学胶。
6.根据权利要求4所述的液晶模组全贴合结构,其特征在于,所述光学透明胶(33)为固态光学胶。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的液晶模组全贴合结构,其特征在于,所述光学透明胶(33)的透光率大于99%。
8.根据权利要求2所述的液晶模组全贴合结构,其特征在于,所述缓冲层(32)的材料为具有密封作用的可压缩材料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的液晶模组全贴合结构,其特征在于,该结构还包括反射片(10)和灯光源(13),所述反射片(10)位于所述导光板(14)的下方,与所述壳体(50)接触,所述灯光源(13)位于所述导光板(14)的侧面。
10.根据权利要求1所述的液晶模组全贴合结构,其特征在于,所述光学膜片(20)的数量为三片。
