一种背光模组
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种背光模组。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,而背光模组则是液晶显示装置中的一个重要部件。
一般情况下,如图1所示,一种背光模组包括:胶框10、反射片20、导光板30、光学膜片40、灯源柔性电路板50(FPC)、发光二极管60(LED)以及遮光胶带70等,灯源柔性电路板50和LED 60通过遮光胶70固定于导光板30和胶框10上,光学膜片40通过遮光双面胶带80固定在胶框10上,所述反射片20通过口字型双面胶90贴于胶框10底面;整个背光模组组装完成后,显示屏幕通过遮光胶70与背光贴合,遮光胶70一般为黑黑胶,可吸收背光边缘漏出的光线;在LED60光源侧,会在遮光胶70上面贴合一层PET100,一方面可防止TFT处悬空断裂,另一方面可防止TFT粘在遮光胶而不利于重工。
目前组成背光模组随着手机屏的分辨率越来越高,相应地背光亮度也要升高,一方面背光发光二极管(LED)侧和芯片位置的产热随之增加,另一方面此处亮度增加,漏光风险增加,遮光胶吸收的光线也增加。为防止热量积累对显示产生不良影响,需要在背光模组增加散热结构。
为解决上述问题,有必要提出一种新的背光模组。
发明内容
本发明的背光模组结构简单,能够增加光线的利用率,同时具有良好的散热效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种背光模组,其中,所述背光模组包括:
灯源柔性电路板;
发光二极管,其设于所述灯源柔性电路板的上方;
反射片,其设于所述发光二极管的上方;
所述发光二极管的两侧分别设有胶框和导光板,所述导光板上方设有光学膜片,所述反射片的上方设有上石墨片。
如上所述的背光模组,其中,所述上石墨片的长度小于所述反射片的长度。
如上所述的背光模组,其中,所述胶框与所述灯源柔性电路板相接,所述胶框与所述反射片相接。
如上所述的背光模组,其中,所述光学膜片上方设有遮光胶,所述遮光胶与所述反射片相贴合。
如上所述的背光模组,其中,所述遮光胶与所述石墨片之间存在间隙。
如上所述的背光模组,其中,所述灯源柔性电路板下方设有下石墨片,所述下石墨片与所述导光板相接。

本发明的背光模组结构简单,反射片可将反光二极管侧漏出的能够增加光线的利用率,同时这样的结构设置具有良好的散热效果,石墨片一方面可防止薄膜晶体管处悬空破片,另一方面可防止薄膜晶体管粘在遮光胶上无法重工。

图1至图2分别为现有技术的背光模组的结构示意图和本发明的背光模组的结构示意图。
如图2所示,本发明的背光模组包括灯源柔性电路板1、发光二极管2、反射片3、胶框4、导光板5、光学膜片6和上石墨片8,其中,发光二极管2设于灯源柔性电路板1的上方,反射片3设于发光二极管2的上方,发光二极管2的两侧分别设有胶框4和导光板5,导光板5上方设有光学膜片6,以及反射片3的上方设有上石墨片8。
本发明的背光模组能够很好地散热,能够有效防止热量积累对显示产生不良的影响,上石墨片8能够很好地将背光LED侧和芯片位置产生的热量扩散出去。
进一步地,在本发明中,上石墨片8的长度小于反射片3,在本发明中,光学膜片6上方设有遮光胶61,遮光胶61末端非贴合在胶框4上,而是贴合至比上石墨片8略长出的反射片3上,在一具体实施例中,遮光胶61与石墨片8之间存在间隙。采用这样的设置方式,反射片3可将漏出的光线反射回导光板6,防止光线漏出,增加光线利用率,上石墨片8既起到散热作用,又起到防止薄膜晶体管(TFT)处悬空断裂,还可防止TFF粘在遮光胶61上而不利于重工。
在本发明中,胶框4与灯源柔性电路板1相接,胶框4还与反射片3相接,在一具体实施例中,反射片3通过双面胶34贴合在胶框4上,灯源柔性电路板1双面胶14贴合在胶框4上,从而增加本发明的背光模组的稳定性。
进一步地,灯源柔性电路板1下方设有下石墨片9,下石墨片9与导光板6相接,从而进一步地增加背光模组的散热性能,在一具体实施例中,下石墨片9通过双面胶96贴合在导光板6上,从而进一步增加背光模组的稳定性。
在本发明中,光学膜片6从上之下依次包括上棱镜片、下棱镜片和扩散片(图2未示出)。
本发明的背光模组的反射片3可将LED侧漏出的光线反射回导光板5,增加光线利用率,同时上石墨片8既起到散热作用,又起到防止TFT处悬空断裂,还可防止TFF粘在遮光胶61上而不利于重工。

灯源柔性电路板;
发光二极管,其设于所述灯源柔性电路板的上方;

所述发光二极管的两侧分别设有胶框和导光板,所述导光板上方设有光学膜片,所述反射片的上方设有上石墨片,所述上石墨片的长度小于所述反射片的长度。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述胶框与所述灯源柔性电路板相接,所述胶框与所述反射片相接。
3.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述光学膜片上方设有遮光胶,所述遮光胶与所述反射片相贴合。
4.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述遮光胶与所述石墨片之间存在间隙。
5.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述灯源柔性电路板下方设有下石墨片,所述下石墨片与所述导光板相接。
6.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述下石墨片通过双面胶贴合在所述导光板上。
7.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述反射片通过双面胶贴合在所述胶框上。
8.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述灯源柔性电路板通过双面胶贴合在所述胶框上。
9.如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述光学膜片从上之下依次包括上棱镜片、下棱镜片和扩散片。
