Abstract

本发明提供一种导光板,用于背光模组中,所述导光板包括入光面、出光面及与所述出光面相对设置的底面,所述入光面连接所述底面与所述出光面,所述导光板内部形成有内腔,所述内腔包括两个相对的侧壁及连接两个侧壁的端壁,所述端壁平行于所述入光面且与入光面间隔设置,所述内腔内位于端壁与所述两个侧壁连接的位置均设有光源,由入光面入射的光线以及所述两个光源的光线经过所述内腔的折射和/或反射后,由出光面射出。本发明还公开了一种背光模组和一种显示装置。

Description

导光板、背光模组及显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种导光板、背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,这些电子设备的边框越来越窄,亮度要求也越来越高,同时还要满足省电的要求;而背光模组则是液晶显示装置中的一个重要部件。
所述背光模组包括导光板、设置于所述导光板周围的胶框、灯源、柔性电路板光学膜片等,所述灯源柔性电路板通过所述遮光胶带固定于所述导光板和胶框上。对于侧入式背光模组来说,灯源的光从导光板的侧边进入到导光板后,光线经导光板反射从出光面射出,还有一部分经反射片等反射后从出光面射出。
然而,现有技术中当一束光线通过导光板射出时,将有8%的光能量被导光板吸收而损失,降低了画面亮度。然而损失的光能量只有通过增加增益为10%左右的光学膜材来进行补充,增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种导光板,使得导光板能降低光能量的损耗,进而降低生产成本。
本发明还提供一种背光模组及显示装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
本发明提供一种导光板,用于背光模组中,所述导光板包括入光面、出光面及与所述出光面相对设置的底面,所述入光面连接所述底面与所述出光面,所述导光板内部形成有内腔,所述内腔包括两个相对的侧壁及连接两个侧壁的端壁,所述端壁平行于所述入光面且与入光面间隔设置,所述内腔内位于端壁与所述两个侧壁连接的位置均设有光源,由入光面入射的光线以及所述两个光源的光线经过所述内腔的折射和/或反射后,由出光面射出。
其中,所述两个侧壁及端壁的表面为曲面。
其中,所述两个侧壁及端壁的表面设有反射涂层。
其中,所述两个侧壁及端壁的表面由多个半球面或多个棱形面排列形成。
其中,所述两个侧壁及端壁的表面由锥状体排列形成。
一种背光模组,包括背板、灯源、光学膜片及导光板,所述导光板包括入光面、出光面及与所述出光面相对设置的底面,所述入光面连接所述底面与所述出光面,所述导光板内部形成有内腔,所述内腔包括两个相对的侧壁及连接两个侧壁的端壁,所述端壁平行于所述入光面且与入光面间隔设置,所述内腔内位于端壁与所述两个侧壁连接的位置均设有光源,由入光面入射的光线以及所述两个光源的光线经过所述内腔的折射和/或反射后,由出光面射出;所述导光板层叠设于所述背板上,所述光学膜片位于所述出光面上,所述灯源朝向所述导光板的入光面。
其中,所述背板包括底板及侧板,所述导光板通过双面胶与背板固定。
其中,所述底板与所述导光板之间设有反光片。
其中,所述两个侧壁及端壁的表面为曲面。
一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括背光模组和液晶面板,所述背光模组包括背板、灯源、光学膜片及导光板,所述导光板包括入光面、出光面及与所述出光面相对设置的底面,所述入光面连接所述底面与所述出光面,所述导光板内部形成有内腔,所述内腔包括两个相对的侧壁及连接两个侧壁的端壁,所述端壁平行于所述入光面且与入光面间隔设置,所述内腔内位于端壁与所述两个侧壁连接的位置均设有光源,由入光面入射的光线以及所述两个光源的光线经过所述内腔的折射和/或反射后,由出光面射出;所述导光板层叠设于所述背板上,所述光学膜片位于所述出光面上,所述灯源朝向所述导光板的入光面;所述液晶面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述液晶面板与所述光学膜片之间通过双面胶固定。
本发明的背光模组的导光板设置有内腔,所述内腔远离入光面的一侧设有光源,当外部光源经入光面进入时,与内腔内的光源的光线一起经过所述内腔的折射和/或反射后,由出光面射出,不仅减小导光板自身对光能量的吸收,而且使得出光面射出的光线亮度增加,提高了现实画面的亮度而且节省了导光板的成本。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1、图2与图3,本发明的较佳实施例提供了一种导光板10,用于背光模组中。所述导光板10包括入光面11、出光面12及与所述出光面12相对设置的底面13,所述入光面11连接所述底面13与所述出光面12。所述导光板10内部形成有内腔15,所述内腔15包括两个相对的侧壁151及连接两个侧壁151的端壁152,所述端壁152平行于所述入光面11且与入光面11间隔设置,所述内腔15内位于端壁152与所述两个侧壁151连接的位置均设有光源16,由入光面11入射的光线以及所述两个光源16的光线经过所述内腔15的折射和/或反射后,由出光面12射出。
本实施例中,所述导光板10为长方形板体,所述导光板10为一体成型且于内部为中空而形成所述内腔15。所述导光板10上与所述两个侧壁151平行的两侧还设有数个依次排列的容纳槽16。所述容纳槽16贯穿所述导光板,用于收容背光模组的光源。
所述的图1是本发明较佳实施方式中的导光板结构示意图,其中虚线部分示意内腔的轮廓及构成曲面的锥状体轮廓。所述两个侧壁151及端壁152的表面为曲面;并且,所述两个侧壁151及端壁152的表面设有反射涂层。所述反射涂层增强所述表面的反射效果。
所述两个光源16为发光二极管,其装设于所述两个侧壁151与端壁152的连接处,发出的光线经过所述两个侧壁151及端壁152的表面反射或折射后从出光面12射出,增加了导光板导光的光线强度。
进一步的,所述两个侧壁151及端壁152的表面由多个半球面或多个棱形面排列形成。或者,所述两个侧壁151及端壁152的表面由锥状体排列形成。在本实施例中,在所述两个侧壁151及端壁152的表面为由锥状体153排列形成的曲面。
本发明的较佳实施例还提供了一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括所述导光板10、背板20、灯源30及光学膜片40。所述导光板10层叠设于所述背板上20,所述光学膜片40位于所述出光面12上并通过双面胶固定,所述灯源30朝向所述导光板10的入光面11,所述灯源30的光线穿过内腔15的两个侧壁151进入导光板。
本实施例中,所述背板20包括底板21及侧板22,所述导光板10通过双面胶与背板20固定。
本实施例中,所述底板21与所述导光板10之间设有反光片23。
本发明还提供一种显示装置(图未示),所述显示装置包括所述背光模组和液晶面板,所述液晶面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述液晶面板与所述光学膜片之间通过双面胶固定。
本发明的背光模组的导光板设置有内腔,所述内腔远离入光面的一侧设有光源,当外部光源经入光面进入时,与内腔内的光源的光线一起经过所述内腔的折射和/或反射后,由出光面射出,不仅减小导光板自身对光能量的吸收,而且使得出光面射出的光线亮度增加,提高了现实画面的亮度而且节省了导光板的成本。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种导光板,用于背光模组中,其特征在于,所述导光板包括入光面、出光面及与所述出光面相对设置的底面,所述入光面连接所述底面与所述出光面,所述导光板内部形成有内腔,所述内腔包括两个相对的侧壁及连接两个侧壁的端壁,所述端壁平行于所述入光面且与入光面间隔设置,所述内腔内位于端壁与所述两个侧壁连接的位置均设有光源,由入光面入射的光线以及所述位于端壁与所述两个侧壁连接的位置的光源的光线经过所述内腔的折射和/或反射后,由出光面射出。
2.如权利要求1所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述两个侧壁及端壁的表面为曲面。
3.如权利要求2所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述两个侧壁及端壁的表面设有反射涂层。
4.如权利要求2所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述两个侧壁及端壁的表面由多个半球面或多个棱形面排列形成。
5.如权利要求2所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述两个侧壁及端壁的表面由锥状体排列形成。
6.一种背光模组,包括背板、灯源、光学膜片及导光板,其特征在于,所述导光板包括入光面、出光面及与所述出光面相对设置的底面,所述入光面连接所述底面与所述出光面,所述导光板内部形成有内腔,所述内腔包括两个相对的侧壁及连接两个侧壁的端壁,所述端壁平行于所述入光面且与入光面间隔设置,所述内腔内位于端壁与所述两个侧壁连接的位置均设有光源,由入光面入射的光线以及所述位于端壁与所述两个侧壁连接的位置的光源的光线经过所述内腔的折射和/或反射后,由出光面射出;所述导光板层叠设于所述背板上,所述光学膜片位于所述出光面上,所述灯源朝向所述导光板的入光面。
7.如权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背板包括底板及侧板,所述导光板通过双面胶与背板固定。
8.如权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述底板与所述导光板之间设有反光片。
9.如权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述两个侧壁及端壁的表面为曲面。
10.一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括背光模组和液晶面板,所述背光模组包括背板、灯源、光学膜片及导光板,其特征在于,所述导光板包括入光面、出光面及与所述出光面相对设置的底面,所述入光面连接所述底面与所述出光面,所述导光板内部形成有内腔,所述内腔包括两个相对的侧壁及连接两个侧壁的端壁,所述端壁平行于所述入光面且与入光面间隔设置,所述内腔内位于端壁与所述两个侧壁连接的位置均设有光源,由入光面入射的光线以及所述位于端壁与所述两个侧壁连接的位置的光源的光线经过所述内腔的折射和/或反射后,由出光面射出;所述导光板层叠设于所述背板上,所述光学膜片位于所述出光面上,所述灯源朝向所述导光板的入光面;所述液晶面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述液晶面板与所述光学膜片之间通过双面胶固定。
