Abstract

本发明公开一种背光模组包括导光板、光源组件及边框,所述边框包围所述导光板,所述光源组件设于所述导光板的入光面与所述边框之间,所述光源组件包括基板、发光体和透明体,所述透明体将所述发光体封装在所述基板上,其特征在于,所述透明体之与所述发光体正对的外表面为出光面,所述出光面设有凹槽,所述凹槽正对所述导光板的入光面,所述凹槽使得所述发光体射出的光线向所述导光板中心的方向聚集,能够提高所述背光模组的耦光效率。本发明还提供一种液晶显示装置。

背光模组及液晶显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组及液晶显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示行业逐步向着更高效,更环保,更节能的方向发展。随着液晶显示技术的逐步完善,在保证良好画质的情况下,如何提高液晶显示装置的背光模组的耦光效率,从而减少能源的消耗就成为整个行业研究的主要方向。
发明内容
本发明提供一种背光模组和液晶显示装置,具有好的耦光效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
一方面,本发明提供一种背光模组,包括导光板、光源组件及边框,所述边框包围所述导光板,所述光源组件设于所述导光板的入光面与所述边框之间,所述光源组件包括基板、发光体和透明体,所述透明体将所述发光体封装在所述基板上,所述透明体之与所述发光体正对的外表面为出光面,所述出光面设有凹槽,所述凹槽正对所述导光板的入光面。
其中,所述光源组件包括中心截面,所述中心截面经过所述发光体之中心轴和所述出光面,在所述中心截面上,所述凹槽包括V形结构。
其中,所述V形结构包括第一边和第二边,所述第一边和所述第二边之间形成夹角,所述夹角正对所述导光板,所述夹角的范围在90度和120度之间。
其中,所述光源组件包括中心截面,所述中心截面经过所述发光体之中心轴和所述出光面,在所述中心截面上,所述凹槽包括弧形结构。
其中,所述光源组件包括中心截面,所述中心截面经过所述发光体之中心轴和所述出光面,在所述中心截面上,所述凹槽呈梯形结构,所述凹槽的开口为所述梯形结构的顶边,所述凹槽的底壁为所述梯形结构的底边,所述梯形结构的一对侧边用于将所述发光体射出的光线向所述导光板中心的方向聚集。
其中,所述透明体包括一对限位部,所述对限位部分别位于所述出光面的两侧,且所述限位部分别与所述导光板的顶面和底面配合,以将导光板的入光面限位在所述对限位部之间。
其中,所述对限位部与所述导光板之间的配合关系为无间隙的紧密配合。
其中,所述透明体还包括遮光层,所述遮光层设于所述对限位部与所述导光板配合的面上。
其中,所述透明体的材质为含有荧光粉的树脂。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种液晶显示装置,所述液晶显示装置包括上述任意一项所述的背光模组。
本发明提供的背光模组及液晶显示装置,通过在光源组件的透明体的出光面设置凹槽,所述凹槽正对所述导光板的入光面,所述凹槽使得所述发光体射出的光线向所述导光板中心的方向聚集,能够提高所述背光模组的耦光效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1,本发明提供的背光模组包括导光板10、光源组件20及边框30,所述边框30包围所述导光板10,所述光源组件20设于所述导光板10的入光面与所述边框30之间。背光模组还包括多层光学膜片40和反射片50,反射片50位于导光板10的底面。多层光学膜片40位于导光板10的顶面,且层叠设置。光学膜片40覆盖导光板10顶面的部分区域。边框30通过双面胶60固定于反射片50的边缘处。背光模组还包括柔性电路板70,柔性电路板70之一部分贴附在导光板10的顶面之未被光学膜片40覆盖的区域,柔性电路板70的其它部分与光源组件20和边框30连接,这样通过柔性电路板70将导光板10、光源组件20和边框30固定在一起。
请参阅图2、图3和图4,所述光源组件20包括基板21、发光体22和透明体23,所述透明体23将所述发光体22封装在所述基板21上,所述透明体23之与所述发光体22正对的外表面为出光面,所述出光面设有凹槽24,所述凹槽24正对所述导光板10的入光面,所述凹槽24使得所述发光体22射出的光线向所述导光板10中心的方向聚集,能够提高所述背光模组的耦光效率。
图5所示为光源组件20发光的光路图,发光体22所发出的光线L(用带箭头的线L表示)在透明体23中传输,当光线L遇到出光面S时,光线L折射,由于凹槽24的存在,光线L折射的法线A1较导光板10的表面倾斜,光线L折射的法线A1就会导致折射后的光线L朝向导光板10中心方向聚集,从而提高背光模组的耦光效率。
本发明光源组件20之出光面S上的凹槽24的设计可以为但不限于V形结构、弧形结构、梯形结构等,具体描述如下。
图2所示为光源组件20的第一种实施方式,所述光源组件20包括中心截面,所述中心截面经过所述发光体22之中心轴和所述出光面S,在所述中心截面上,所述凹槽24包括V形结构。所述V形结构包括第一边和第二边,所述第一边和所述第二边之间形成夹角B,所述夹角B正对所述导光板10,所述夹角B的范围在90度和120度之间。
图3所示为光源组件20的第二种实施方式,所述光源组件20包括中心截面,所述中心截面经过所述发光体22之中心轴和所述出光面,在所述中心截面上,所述凹槽24包括弧形结构。
图4所示为光源组件20的第二种实施方式,所述光源组件20包括中心截面,所述中心截面经过所述发光体22之中心轴和所述出光面,在所述中心截面上,所述凹槽24呈梯形结构,所述凹槽24的开口为所述梯形结构的顶边,所述凹槽24的底壁为所述梯形结构的底边,所述梯形结构的一对侧边用于将所述发光体22射出的光线向所述导光板10中心的方向聚集。
进一步而言,所述透明体23包括一对限位部26,所述对限位部26分别位于所述出光面S的两侧,且所述限位部26分别与所述导光板10的顶面和底面配合,以将导光板10的入光面限位在所述对限位部26之间。这样的结构使得导光板10的入光面与光源组件20之间紧密结构,能够防止或减少导光板10与光源组件20结合处漏光,从而增强了背光模组光传导的效率。而且在装配的过程中,也增加了导光板10的定位功能。
所述对限位部26与所述导光板10之间的配合关系为无间隙的紧密配合。限位部26可以通过自身的弹性变形能力夹住导光板10。
进一步而言,所述透明体23还包括遮光层(未图示),所述遮光层设于所述对限位部26与所述导光板10配合的面上。遮光层的结构更加有利于防止或减少导光板10与光源组件20结合处漏光。
所述透明体23的材质为含有荧光粉的树脂。
本发明还提供一种液晶显示装置,所述液晶显示装置包括所述的背光模组。
本发明提供的背光模组及液晶显示装置,通过在光源组件20的透明体23的出光面设置凹槽24,所述凹槽24正对所述导光板10的入光面,所述凹槽24使得所述发光体22射出的光线向所述导光板10中心的方向聚集,能够提高所述背光模组的耦光效率。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模组,包括导光板、光源组件及边框,所述边框包围所述导光板,所述光源组件设于所述导光板的入光面与所述边框之间,所述光源组件包括基板、发光体和透明体,所述透明体将所述发光体封装在所述基板上,其特征在于,所述透明体之与所述发光体正对的外表面为出光面,所述出光面设有凹槽,所述凹槽正对所述导光板的入光面。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述光源组件包括中心截面,所述中心截面经过所述发光体之中心轴和所述出光面,在所述中心截面上,所述凹槽包括V形结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述V形结构包括第一边和第二边,所述第一边和所述第二边之间形成夹角,所述夹角正对所述导光板,所述夹角的范围在90度和120度之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述光源组件包括中心截面,所述中心截面经过所述发光体之中心轴和所述出光面,在所述中心截面上,所述凹槽包括弧形结构。
5.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述光源组件包括中心截面,所述中心截面经过所述发光体之中心轴和所述出光面,在所述中心截面上,所述凹槽呈梯形结构,所述凹槽的开口为所述梯形结构的顶边,所述凹槽的底壁为所述梯形结构的底边,所述梯形结构的一对侧边用于将所述发光体射出的光线向所述导光板中心的方向聚集。
6.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述透明体包括一对限位部,所述对限位部分别位于所述出光面的两侧,且所述限位部分别与所述导光板的顶面和底面配合,以将导光板的入光面限位在所述对限位部之间。
7.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述对限位部与所述导光板之间的配合关系为无间隙的紧密配合。
8.如权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述透明体还包括遮光层,所述遮光层设于所述对限位部与所述导光板配合的面上。
9.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述透明体的材质为含有荧光粉的树脂。
10.一种液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶显示装置包括如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的背光模组。
