Abstract

本发明提供一种导光板,所述导光板包括板体和数个容纳槽,所述板体包括入光侧及非入光侧,所述数个容纳槽呈直线排列于所述入光侧边缘,并且贯穿所述板体;每个所述容纳槽上设有开口,所述开口使所述容纳槽与外界连通,并且位于所述开口两侧形成弹性臂,所述每一弹性臂朝向所述容纳槽内凸设有推块。本发明还公开了一种背光模组和一种显示器。

导光板、背光模组及显示器
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种导光板、背光模组及显示器。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,随着电子产品轻薄化的发展,电子设备的边框被设计得越来越窄。而背光模组则是液晶显示装置中的一个重要部件,背光模组的边框也势必要越来越窄。
现有技术中的背光模组均包括背板、胶框、导光板被胶框包围,灯条发光源设置于胶框与导光板入光侧之间,光学膜片通过遮光双面胶带固定在胶框上。然而在实际的组装过程中,很难保证灯条发光源与导光板入光侧的紧密接触,总是会留下缝隙,导致灯条发光源与导光板的入光效率下降。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种导光板、背光模组及显示器,使得背光模组的灯条发光源与导光板入光侧紧密接触。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
本发明提供一种导光板,所述导光板包括板体和数个容纳槽,所述板体包括入光侧及非入光侧,所述数个容纳槽呈直线排列于所述入光侧边缘,并且贯穿所述板体;每个所述容纳槽上设有开口,所述开口使所述容纳槽与外界连通,并且位于所述开口两侧形成弹性臂,所述每一弹性臂朝向所述容纳槽内凸设有推块。
其中,所述板体的一个表面设有均光结构,使得所述导光板所导出的光均匀,与所述表面相对的另一个表面涂覆有反射涂层。
其中,所述容纳槽包括两个相对的槽侧壁,远离所述板体方向的槽侧壁上开设所述开口,所述推块朝向与开口相对的另一个槽侧壁。
本发明提供一种背光模组,包括背板、灯条光源及光学膜片,所述背光模组包括所述的导光板,所述导光板、灯条光源及光学膜片设置于所述背板上,所述灯条光源插入所述容纳槽内,所述弹性臂上的推块抵持所述灯条光源,使所述灯条光源于所述容纳槽内向所述导光板入光方向贴紧所述导光板,所述光学膜片与所述导光板层叠设置。
其中,所述灯条光源包括背光面积与背光面相反的发光面,所述凸起抵持所述背光面,所述发光面贴紧所述导光板。
其中,所述背板包括底板及侧板,所述光学膜片通过双面胶与所述导光板及背板的侧壁固定。
其中,所述底板与所述导光板之间设有反光片。
本发明提供一种显示器,所述显示器包括所述的背光模组和液晶面板,所述液晶面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述液晶面板与所述光学膜片之间通过双面胶固定。
本发明的背光模组的灯条光源装设于导光板的容纳槽内,并且通过设于容纳槽内的推块抵推所述灯条光源,使灯条光源的发光面于入光侧紧密接触所述导光板,进而极大程度的保证了灯条光源与导光板的紧密度,提升了入光效率。

图1是本发明较佳实施方式中的导光板结构示意图。
图2是图1所示的导光板的II部分的放大示意图。
图3是本发明的背光模组的截面示意图。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1与图2,本发明的较佳实施例提供了一种导光板10,其包括板体11和数个容纳槽13,所述板体11包括入光侧111及非入光侧(图未标)。所述数个容纳槽13呈直线排列于所述入光侧111边缘,并且贯穿所述板体10。每个所述容纳槽13上设有开口14,所述开口14使所述容纳槽13与外界连通,并且位于所述开口14两侧形成弹性臂15,所述每一弹性臂15朝向所述容纳槽13内凸设有推块16。
本实施例中,所述导光板10为长方形板体,所述容纳槽13包括两个相对的槽侧壁131,远离所述板体11方向的槽侧壁131上开设所述开口14,所述推块16朝向与开口14相对的另一个槽侧壁131。
本实施例中,所述板体11的一个表面设有均光结构,使得所述导光板10所导出的光均匀,与所述表面相对的另一个表面涂覆有反射涂层(图未标)。
请参阅图3,本发明的较佳实施例还提供了一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括包括导光板10、背板20、灯条光源30及光学膜片40。所述导光板10、灯条光源30及光学膜片40设置于所述背板20上,所述灯条光源30插入所述容纳槽13内,所述弹性臂15上的推块16抵持所述灯条光源30,使所述灯条光源30于所述容纳槽13内向所述导光板10入光方向贴紧所述导光板10,所述光学膜片40与所述导光板10层叠设置。
所述背板20包括底板21及围绕底板21设置的侧板22。所述底板21与所述侧板22围成收容空间,用以收容所述导光板10、灯条光源30及光学膜片40。所述导光板10与所述底板21层叠设置。本实施例中,所述底板21与所述导光板10之间设有反光片90。所述导光板10通过双面胶60与所述侧板22固定。
所述灯条光源30包括背光面31积与背光面31相反的发光面32,所述凸起16抵持所述背光面31,所述发光面32贴紧所述导光板10。所述容纳槽13设于导光板10入光侧111,所述发光面32于入光侧与所述导光板10贴紧。
光学膜片40可以为多种类型的层叠设置,例如扩散片、棱镜片、偏光片等。所述光学膜片40通过双面胶50与的侧壁22固定。所述双面胶50贴于光学膜片40的周缘、侧壁22端面上,进而固定所述光学膜片40。
本发明的背光模组的灯条光源30装设于导光板10的容纳槽13内,并且通过设于容纳槽13内的推块16抵推所述灯条光源30,使灯条光源30的发光面32于入光侧紧密接触所述导光板10,进而极大程度的保证了灯条光源30与导光板10的紧密度,提升了入光效率。
本发明还提供一种显示器,所述显示器包括所述的背光模组和液晶面板,所述液晶面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述液晶面板与所述光学膜片40之间通过双面胶50固定。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种导光板,其特征在于,所述导光板包括板体和数个容纳槽,所述板体包括入光侧及非入光侧,所述数个容纳槽呈直线排列于所述入光侧边缘,并且贯穿所述板体;每个所述容纳槽上设有开口,所述开口使所述容纳槽与外界连通,并且位于所述开口两侧形成弹性臂,所述每一弹性臂朝向所述容纳槽内凸设有推块。
2.如权利要求1所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述板体的一个表面设有均光结构,使得所述导光板所导出的光均匀,与所述表面相对的另一个表面涂覆有反射涂层。
3.如权利要求1所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述容纳槽包括两个相对的槽侧壁,远离所述板体方向的槽侧壁上开设所述开口,所述推块朝向与开口相对的另一个槽侧壁。
4.一种背光模组,包括背板、灯条光源及光学膜片,其特征在于,所述背光模组包括如权利要求1至3任意一项所述的导光板,所述导光板、灯条光源及光学膜片设置于所述背板上,所述灯条光源插入所述容纳槽内,所述弹性臂上的推块抵持所述灯条光源,使所述灯条光源于所述容纳槽内向所述导光板入光方向贴紧所述导光板,所述光学膜片与所述导光板层叠设置。
5.如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述灯条光源包括背光面积与背光面相反的发光面,所述凸起抵持所述背光面,所述发光面贴紧所述导光板。
6.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背板包括底板及侧板,所述光学膜片通过双面胶与所述导光板及背板的侧壁固定。
7.如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述底板与所述导光板之间设有反光片。
8.一种显示器,其特征在于,所述显示器包括如权利要求4-8任一项所述的背光模组和液晶面板,所述液晶面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述液晶面板与所述光学膜片之间通过双面胶固定。
