Abstract

本发明提供一种导光板,所述导光板包括本体及延伸板,所述本体包括入光面、与所述入光面相邻的出光面以及与所述出光面相对的底面,所述延伸板由所述入光面一侧平行且远离所述本体的方向延伸形成。本发明还提供一种背光模组及显示装置。

导光板、背光模组及显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种导光板、背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,随着电子产品轻薄化的发展,电子设备的显示装置要求越来越高。而背光模组则是液晶显示装置中的一个重要部件,背光模组的功能性能要求也越来越高。
现有技术中的背光模组均包括胶框,导光板被胶框包围,光学膜片通过遮光胶带固定于所述导光板和胶框上;设置于所示胶框周围的背板、LED灯源以及遮光胶带。导光板是背光模组的重要组成部分。但是,由于上述背光模组的LED光源经入光侧进入导光板的光线,LED灯的光源会有一部分从LED灯底部射出并未进入所述导光板,从而造成光线的浪费,降低了LED灯光源的利用率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种导光板,减少光源的浪费,用以解决LED灯光源底部漏光的技术问题。
本发明还提供一种背光模组及显示装置。
本发明提供一种导光板,所述导光板包括本体及延伸板,所述本体包括入光面、与所述入光面相邻的出光面以及与所述出光面相对的底面,所述延伸板由所述入光面一侧平行且远离所述本体的方向延伸形成。
其中,所述延伸板包括补光面,所述补光面与所述入光面垂直设置,或者所述补光面与所述入光面呈锐角设置。
其中,所述延伸板还包括与补光面相反设置的底面,所述延伸板的底面与所述本体的底面朝向相同,所述延伸板的底面与所述本体的底面呈阶梯设置,进而使所述导光板的的底部上形成凹部。
本发明还提供一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括背板、胶框、灯源及光学膜片以及导光板,所述胶框、导光板、灯源、光学膜片设置于所述背板内,所述光学膜片叠设于所述导光板的出光面上;
所述导光板包括本体及延伸板,所述本体包括入光面、与所述入光面相邻的出光面以及与所述出光面相对的底面,所述延伸板由所述入光面一侧平行且远离所述本体的方向延伸形成;
所述胶框围绕所述导光板、灯源及光学膜片设置,所述灯源朝向所述入光面设置,并且所述灯源位于所述延伸板的上方,所述光学膜片与所述导光板层叠设置。
其中,所述延伸板包括补光面,所述补光面与所述入光面垂直设置,或者所述补光面与所述入光面呈锐角设置。
其中,所述灯源包括固定部及设于固定部上的发光部,所述发光部位于所述导光板的入光面一侧且位于所述补光面上方。
其中,所述延伸板的底面与所述本体的底面呈阶梯设置,进而使所述本体的底面上形成凹部,所述背光模组还包括反光片,所述反光片收容于所述凹部内。
其中,所述背板包括底板及围绕底板设置的侧板,所述胶框设于所述底板上沿着侧板设置,所述导光板装设于底板上,所述延伸板远离入光面的端部与所述胶框抵持,并且所述反光片被底板封于所述凹部内。
本发明提供一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括所述背光模组和显示面板,所述显示面板盖于所述背光模组上并与所述背板固定。
其中,所述显示面板与所述光学膜片周缘及背板之间通过双面胶固定。
本发明的背光模组的导光板在入光面一侧设置延伸板,灯源设于延伸板与所述入光面之间的空间内,灯源的可漏光部位的光线经过延伸板进入导光板,充分利用光源,避免光源的浪费,提高灯源的利用率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明佳实施方式提供一种导光板10、具有所述导光板10的背光模组及显示装置。所述显示装置包括所述背光模组和显示面板30,所述显示面板盖于所述背光模组上并与背光模组的背板固定。所述导光板用于背光模组的光线的调整及输出。
本实施例中,所述导光板10包括本体11及延伸板12。所述本体11包括入光面111、与所述入光面111相邻的出光面112以及与所述出光面112相对的底面113。所述延伸板12由所述入光面111一侧平行且远离所述本体11延伸形成。
本实施例中,所述本体11为矩形板体。所述延伸板12为导光板一侧的条形板,且与所述导光板10一体成型。所述延伸板12包括补光面121,所述补光面121与所述入光面111垂直设置,或者所述补光面121与所述入光面111呈锐角设置。本实施例中,所述延伸板12补光面121与所述入光面111垂直设置,即所述延伸板12与所述入光面111垂直设置。在其它实施方式中,所述补光面121与所述入光面111呈锐角设置。
本实施例中,所述延伸板12还包括与补光面121相反设置的底面122,所述延伸板12的底面122与所述本体11的底面112朝向相同,所述延伸板12的底面122与所述本体11的底面112呈阶梯设置,进而使所述导光板10的底部上形成凹部113。所述所述延伸板12的底面122所在平面高度大于所述本体11的底面112的高度,所述凹部113形成于所述本体11的底面112上。
请参阅图2,本实施例中,所述背光模组包括背板21、胶框22、灯源23及光学膜片24。所述胶框22、导光板10、灯源23及光学膜片24设置于所述背板21内,所述光学膜片24叠设于所述导光板10的出光面112上。所述胶框22围绕所述导光板10、灯源23及光学膜片24设置,所述灯源23朝向所述入光面112设置,并且所述灯源23位于所述延伸板12的补光面121上方,所述光学膜片24与所述导光板10层叠设置。
所述背板21包括底板211及围绕底板211设置的侧板212。所述底板211与所述侧板212围成收容空间,用以收容所述胶框22、导光板10、灯源23及光学膜片24。所述导光板10与所述底板211层叠设置。所述底板21与所述导光板10之间设有反光片25。本实施例中,所述延伸板12远离入光面的端部与所述胶框22抵持,并不会占用背光膜组高度的空间,并且所述反光片25被底板封于所述凹部内,相较于现有技术中的导光板与发光片叠加设置,本发明的反光片25被底板封于所述凹部内减小了背光模组的整体厚度。
本实施例中,所述灯源23设于所述导光板10的入光面111与所述胶框22之间,所述灯源23包括固定部231及设于固定部231上的发光部232,所述发光部232位于所述导光板10的入光面111一侧且位于所述补光面121上方。
本实施例中,所述延伸板12补光面121与所述入光面111垂直设置,当所述灯源23的发光部232工作发出光线时,大部分光线会通过所述入光面进入所述导光板10内进行导光后从出光面112射出,为背光模组提供光源;同时会有少部分光线会从发光部232底部,即朝向背板的底板一侧露出,这部分光通过所述延伸板12的补光面121进入所述导光板10内,经过导光板10内的折射后从所述出光面112射出,如此减少了光线的浪费,提高了灯源23的利用率。在其它实施方式中,所述补光面121与所述入光面111呈锐角设置,即所述补光面121相对所述入光面111倾斜;不仅是所述发光部232底部漏出的光线会通过所述延伸板12的补光面121进入所述导光板10内,而且背向所述入光面111一侧的漏光因为补光面121相对所述入光面111倾斜,同样向发光部倾斜,进而同样可以将背向所述入光面111一侧的漏光收入导光板10。
本实施例中,所述光学膜片24可以为多种类型的层叠设置,例如扩散片、棱镜片、偏光片等。所述光学膜片24通过双面胶26与灯源23及侧板212固定。所述双面胶26贴于光学膜片24的周缘、侧板212端面上,进而固定所述光学膜片24于背板21上。
本实施例中,所述显示面板盖于所述背光模组上并且所述显示面板与所述光学膜片周缘及背板之间通过双面胶固定。
本发明的背光模组的导光板在入光面一侧设置延伸板,灯源设于延伸板与所述入光面之间的空间内,灯源的可漏光部位的光线经过延伸板进入导光板,充分利用光源,避免光源的浪费,提高灯源的利用率。

Claims (10)

1.一种导光板,其特征在于,所述导光板包括本体及延伸板,所述本体包括入光面、与所述入光面相邻的出光面以及与所述出光面相对的底面,所述延伸板由所述入光面一侧平行且远离所述本体的方向延伸形成。
2.如权利要求1所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述延伸板包括补光面,所述补光面与所述入光面垂直设置,或者所述补光面与所述入光面呈锐角设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述延伸板还包括与补光面相反设置的底面,所述延伸板的底面与所述本体的底面朝向相同,所述延伸板的底面与所述本体的底面呈阶梯设置,进而使所述导光板的的底部上形成凹部。
4.一种背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组包括背板、胶框、灯源及光学膜片以及导光板,所述胶框、导光板、灯源、光学膜片设置于所述背板内,所述光学膜片叠设于所述导光板的出光面上;
所述导光板包括本体及延伸板,所述本体包括入光面、与所述入光面相邻的出光面以及与所述出光面相对的底面,所述延伸板由所述入光面一侧平行且远离所述本体的方向延伸形成;
所述胶框围绕所述导光板、灯源及光学膜片设置,所述灯源朝向所述入光面设置,并且所述灯源位于所述延伸板的上方,所述光学膜片与所述导光板层叠设置。
5.如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述延伸板包括补光面,所述补光面与所述入光面垂直设置,或者所述补光面与所述入光面呈锐角设置。
6.如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述灯源包括固定部及设于固定部上的发光部,所述发光部位于所述导光板的入光面一侧且位于所述补光面上方。
7.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述延伸板的底面与所述本体的底面呈阶梯设置,进而使所述本体的底面上形成凹部,所述背光模组还包括反光片,所述反光片收容于所述凹部内。
8.如权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背板包括底板及围绕底板设置的侧板,所述胶框设于所述底板上沿着侧板设置,所述导光板装设于底板上,所述延伸板远离入光面的端部与所述胶框抵持,并且所述反光片被底板封于所述凹部内。
9.一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括如权利要求4-8任一项所述背光模组和显示面板,所述显示面板盖于所述背光模组上并与所述背板固定。
10.如权利要求9所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示面板与所述光学膜片周缘及背板之间通过双面胶固定。
