Abstract
本发明提供一种背光模组及显示器,所述显示器包括液晶面板,所述背光模组包括背板、导光板、灯源及光学膜片,所述导光板、灯源及光学膜片设置于所述背板上,并且所述光学膜片层叠于所述导光板上,所述导光板包括入光侧,所述灯源包括发光面及与发光面相对的背光面,所述灯源的发光面朝向所述导光板的入光侧设置,所述发光面上凸设有数个透光结构。所述液晶面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述液晶面板与所述背光模组之间通过双面胶固定。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种背光模组及显示器。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,随着电子产品轻薄化的发展,电子设备的边框被设计得越来越窄。亮度要求也越来越高,同时还要满足省电的要求;而背光模组则是液晶显示装置中的一个重要部件,其灯条的入光效率势必要求越来越高,光学品味要求也越来越高。
现有技术中的背光模组均包括背板、胶框、导光板被胶框包围,灯条发光源设置于胶框与导光板入光侧之间,光学膜片通过遮光双面胶带固定在胶框上。然而在实际的应用中中,由于光源的出射光线比较发散,导致一些光线不能进入导光板,降低入光效率,进而影响背光模组效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种背光模组,解决背光模组的灯源进入导光板的入光率低的技术问题。
本发明还提供一种显示器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
本发明提供一种背光模组,其包括背板、导光板、灯源及光学膜片,所述导光板、灯源及光学膜片设置于所述背板上,并且所述光学膜片层叠于所述导光板上,所述导光板包括入光侧,所述灯源包括发光面及与发光面相对的背光面,所述灯源的发光面朝向所述导光板的入光侧设置,所述发光面上凸设有数个透光结构。
其中,所述透光结构为棱形或者三角形的透镜。
其中,所述导光板的一个表面设有均光结构,使得所述导光板所导出的光均匀,与所述表面相对的另一个表面涂覆有反射涂层。
其中,所述背光模组还包括胶框,所述胶框围绕所述导光板及光学膜片设置于背板上,并且灯源位于所述胶框与所述入光侧之间。
其中,所述灯源还包括灯源线路板,所述灯源线路板通过双面胶与所述胶框内侧及导光板固定。
其中,所述背板包括底板及设于底板的侧板,所述光学膜片通过双面胶与背板的侧板及灯源线路板固定。
其中,所述底板与所述导光板之间设有反光片。
其中,所述导光板的一端开设有容置槽,所述容置槽的一个侧壁为所述入光侧,所述灯源收容于所述容置槽内。
本发明还提供一种显示器,所述显示器包括背光模组和液晶面板,所述背光模组包括背板、导光板、灯源及光学膜片,所述导光板、灯源及光学膜片设置于所述背板上,并且所述光学膜片层叠于所述导光板上,所述导光板包括入光侧,所述灯源包括发光面及与发光面相对的背光面,所述灯源的发光面朝向所述导光板的入光侧设置,所述发光面上凸设有数个透光结构。所述液晶面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述液晶面板与所述背光模组之间通过双面胶固定。
其中,所述透光结构为棱形或者三角形的透镜。
本发明的显示器内的灯源的发光面凸设有数个透镜结构,所述灯源发出的光线透过过所述透光结构进行多次折射后再进入所述导光板的入光侧,避免发光面发出的光线发散而从入光侧边缘位置射出,集中了光源的出射光线,提高出射光线进入入光侧的入射率,进而提高了光源的利用率。

图1是本发明较佳实施方式中的背光模组的截面示意图。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1,本发明的较佳实施例提供了一种背光模组10,其包括背板11、导光板13、灯源15及光学膜片17。所述导光板13、灯源15及光学膜片17设置于所述背板11上,并且所述光学膜片17层叠于所述导光板13上。所述导光板13包括入光侧131,所述灯源15包括发光面151及与发光面151相对的背光面152,所述灯源15的发光面151朝向所述导光板13的入光侧131设置,所述发光面151上凸设有数个透光结构16。
本实施例中,所述透光结构16为棱形或者三角形的透镜。所述棱形或者三角形的透镜均与排列设于所述发光面151上,所述灯源15的发光面151发出的光线透过过所述透光结构16进行多次折射后再进入所述导光板13的入光侧131,避免发光面151发出的光线发散而从入光侧边缘位置射出,进而提高了光源的利用率。
本实施例中,所述导光板13的一个表面设有均光结构,使得所述导光板13所导出的光均匀,与所述表面相对的另一个表面涂覆有反射涂层。所述设有均光结构的表面朝向所述光学膜片17。
本发明的其它实施例中,所述导光板13的一端还开设有容置槽(图未示),所述容置槽的一个侧壁为所述入光侧131,所述灯源15收容于所述容置槽内,增强了对所述灯源的定位以及发光面151与入光侧131的紧密配合,进而极大程度的保证了灯源15与导光板13的紧密度,提升了入光效率。
本实施例中,所述背光模组10还包括胶框12,所述胶框12围绕所述导光板13及光学膜片17设置于背板11上,并且灯源15位于所述胶框12与所述入光侧131之间。
所述背板11包括底板111及围绕底板111设置的侧板112。所述底板111与所述侧板112围成收容空间,用以收容所述导光板13、灯源15及光学膜片17。所述导光板13与所述底板111层叠设置。本实施例中,所述底板111与所述导光板13之间设有反光片19。
本实施例中,所述灯源15还包括灯源线路板153,所述灯源线路板153通过双面胶与所述胶框12内侧及导光板13固定。具体的,所述胶框12内侧设有凸台,所述灯源线路板153通过双面胶与凸台及导光板13靠近所述入光侧131的边缘固定。
本实施例中,所述光学膜片17可以为多种类型的层叠设置,例如扩散片、棱镜片、偏光片等。所述光学膜片17通过双面胶18与的侧壁112及胶框12固定。所述光学膜片17通过双面胶18与的侧壁112、灯源线路板153及胶框12固定.
本发明还提供一种显示器,所述显示器包括背光模组10和液晶面板(图未示),所述液晶面板设于所述背光模组10上,且所述液晶面板与所述背光模组17之间通过双面胶18固定。
本发明的显示器内的背光模组具有灯源15,灯源15的发光面151设有透镜结构16,所述灯源15发出的光线透过过所述透光结构16进行多次折射后再进入所述导光板13的入光侧131,避免发光面151发出的光线发散而从入光侧边缘位置射出,集中了光源的出射光线,提高出射光线进入入光侧的入射率,进而提高显示器显示效果。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种背光模组,其包括背板、导光板、灯源及光学膜片,所述导光板、灯源及光学膜片设置于所述背板上,并且所述光学膜片层叠于所述导光板上,其特征在于,所述导光板包括入光侧,所述灯源包括发光面及与发光面相对的背光面,所述灯源的发光面朝向所述导光板的入光侧设置,所述发光面上凸设有数个透光结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述透光结构为棱形或者三角形的透镜。
3.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光板的一个表面设有均光结构,使得所述导光板所导出的光均匀,与所述表面相对的另一个表面涂覆有反射涂层。
4.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括胶框,所述胶框围绕所述导光板及光学膜片设置于背板上,并且灯源位于所述胶框与所述入光侧之间。
5.如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述灯源还包括灯源线路板,所述灯源线路板通过双面胶与所述胶框内侧及导光板固定。
6.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背板包括底板及设于底板的侧板,所述光学膜片通过双面胶与背板的侧板及灯源线路板固定。
7.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述底板与所述导光板之间设有反光片。
8.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光板的一端开设有容置槽,所述容置槽的一个侧壁为所述入光侧,所述灯源收容于所述容置槽内。
9.一种显示器,所述显示器包括背光模组和液晶面板,所述背光模组包括背板、导光板、灯源及光学膜片,所述导光板、灯源及光学膜片设置于所述背板上,并且所述光学膜片层叠于所述导光板上,其特征在于,所述导光板包括入光侧,所述灯源包括发光面及与发光面相对的背光面,所述灯源的发光面朝向所述导光板的入光侧设置,所述发光面上凸设有数个透光结构。所述液晶面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述液晶面板与所述背光模组之间通过双面胶固定。
10.如权利要求9所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述透光结构为棱形或者三角形的透镜。
