技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种背光模组及显示器。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,现有技术中的背光模组通常包括胶框、导光板、灯源线路板及光学膜片,灯源线路板的底面通过双面胶固定于所述导光板和胶框上。光学膜片通常包括多层膜片,例如扩散片、棱镜片、偏光片等。每层光学膜片均需要固定,通常将光学膜片通过双面胶固定至灯源线路板的顶面。
如何设计一种背光模组,使得光学膜片、导光板、灯源线路板及胶框之间的固定更加简洁,易于组装,为业界持续研究的课题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种背光模组及显示器,背光模组及显示器具组装结构简洁、易于组装的优势。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
一方面,本发明提供了背光模组,包括导光板、光源组件、边框及多层光学膜片,边框包围所述导光板,所述光源组件设于所述导光板的一个边缘与所述边框之间,所述光源组件包括线路板和发光件,所述发光件位于所述导光板与所述边框之间,所述线路板位于所述导光板边缘的上方,所述光学膜片层叠设置在所述导光板上,所述背光模组还包括第一双面胶和第二双面胶,所述多层光学膜片的边缘层叠排列呈阶梯状,所述第一双面胶粘接于所述导光板与所述线路板的底面之间,所述第一双面胶包括边缘部,所述边缘部粘附最底层的所述光学膜片,所述第二双面胶粘附所述线路板的顶面、所述第一双面胶的所述边缘部及所述光学膜片之除最底层之外的其它层的边缘。
其中,所述边框包括呈台阶状排列的第一定位面和第二定位面,所述第一定位面位于所述第二定位面的内围,所述第一定位面与所述导光板的边缘齐平,所述线路板的底面通过所述第一双面胶固定于所述第一定位面及所述导光板的边缘,所述第二定位面与所述线路板的顶面齐平。
其中,所述背光模组还包括背板,所述背板包括底板和外墙,所述外墙自所述底板的边缘垂直突出延伸,所述边框连同所述导光板、所述光学膜片、及所述光源组件固定于所述背板,所述外墙的顶面与所述第二定位面齐平。

另一方面,本发明还提供一种显示器,所述显示器包括上述背光模组和显示面板,所述显示面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述第二双面胶的顶面粘附所述显示面板。
本发明通过所述多层光学膜片的边缘层叠排列呈阶梯状,所述第一双面胶粘接于所述导光板与所述线路板的底面之间,且所述第一双面胶的边缘部粘附最底层的所述光学膜片,通过所述第二双面胶粘附所述线路板的顶面、所述第一双面胶的所述边缘部及所述光学膜片之除最底层之外的其它层的边缘,这样的组装架构简洁,使得背光模组及显示器具有易于组装的优势。

请参阅图1,本发明提供了背光模组,包括导光板10、光源组件20、边框30及多层光学膜片40。导光板10安装于边框30的中空区域,边框30包围所述导光板10。所述光源组件20设于所述导光板10的一个边缘(即导光板10的入光边)与所述边框30之间。所述光源组件20包括线路板22和发光件24,发光件24一体成型于线路板22。组装时,所述发光件24位于所述导光板10与所述边框30之间,所述线路板22位于所述导光板10边缘的上方。所述光学膜片40层叠设置在所述导光板10上,所述多层光学膜片40的边缘层叠排列呈阶梯状。所述背光模组还包括第一双面胶50和第二双面胶60,所述第一双面胶50粘接于所述导光板10与所述线路板22的底面之间,所述第一双面胶50包括边缘部,所述边缘部粘附最底层的所述光学膜片42,也就是说,第一双面胶50延伸至最底层的所述光学膜片42的边缘的顶面,以将最底层的光学膜片42粘附固定。所述第二双面胶60粘附所述线路板22的顶面、所述第一双面胶50的所述边缘部及所述光学膜片40之除最底层之外的其它层44、46的边缘。

本发明之背光模组还包括背板70,所述背板70包括底板72和外墙74,所述外墙74自所述底板72的边缘垂直突出延伸,所述边框30连同所述导光板10、所述光学膜片40、及所述光源组件20固定于所述背板70,所述外墙74的顶面与所述第二定位面34齐平。
一种实施方式中,所述背光模组还包括反射片80,所述反射片80设于所述导光板10与所述底板72之间。

本发明之背光模组中所述第一双面胶50及所述第二双面胶60均为遮光双面胶。遮光双面胶能够防止背光模组边缘处漏光。
具体而言,所述光学膜片40的层数为三层,所述第一双面胶50之边缘部用于粘附所述最底层所述光学膜片42,所述第一双面胶50之边缘部的顶面与中间层所述光学膜片44的顶面齐平。
本发明还提供一种显示器,所述显示器包括上述背光模组和显示面板,所述显示面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述第二双面胶60的顶面粘附所述显示面板。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种背光模组,包括导光板、光源组件、边框及多层光学膜片,边框包围所述导光板,所述光源组件设于所述导光板的一个边缘与所述边框之间,所述光源组件包括线路板和发光件,所述发光件位于所述导光板与所述边框之间,所述线路板位于所述导光板边缘的上方,所述光学膜片层叠设置在所述导光板上,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括第一双面胶和第二双面胶,所述多层光学膜片的边缘层叠排列呈阶梯状,所述第一双面胶粘接于所述导光板与所述线路板的底面之间,所述第一双面胶包括边缘部,所述边缘部粘附最底层的所述光学膜片,所述第二双面胶粘附所述线路板的顶面、所述第一双面胶的所述边缘部及所述光学膜片之除最底层之外的其它层的边缘。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述边框包括呈台阶状排列的第一定位面和第二定位面,所述第一定位面位于所述第二定位面的内围,所述第一定位面与所述导光板的边缘齐平,所述线路板的底面通过所述第一双面胶固定于所述第一定位面及所述导光板的边缘,所述第二定位面与所述线路板的顶面齐平。
3.如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,述背光模组还包括背板,所述背板包括底板和外墙,所述外墙自所述底板的边缘垂直突出延伸,所述边框连同所述导光板、所述光学膜片、及所述光源组件固定于所述背板,所述外墙的顶面与所述第二定位面齐平。
4.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括反射片,所述反射片设于所述导光板与所述底板之间。
5.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光板的底面涂覆反光涂层,所述反光涂层与所述底板接触。
6.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一双面胶及所述第二双面胶均为遮光双面胶。
7.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述光学膜片的层数为三层,所述第一双面胶之用于粘附所述最底层所述光学膜片的所述边缘部的顶面与中间层所述光学膜片的顶面齐平。
8.一种显示器,其特征在于,所述显示器包括如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的背光模组和显示面板,所述显示面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述第二双面胶的顶面粘附所述显示面板。
