技术领域
本发明涉及一种液晶面板技术,特别是一种用于背光组件的LED灯条及背光组件。
背景技术
如今高亮度的屏幕已经成为智能设备市场的主流,屏幕要做到高亮就需要搭配高亮度的背光组件,而高亮度的背光组件同时也带来了高能耗、高产热的问题,在屏幕长时间被点亮时,背光组件的高温,会带来智能设备局部温度升高的问题。
背光组件的产热主要集中在LED灯珠上,由于背光内部较为封闭,过多的热量会导致LED灯珠周围局部温度过高,而LED灯条越靠近中间的部分温度越高,附近的光学膜片因为横向、纵向温差过大而导致褶皱,引起背光可视区出现黑影,直接导致产品功能失效。
市面上现有的智能设备大多是在反射片背后贴一整面石墨片,以石墨片的导热能力缩小各区域的温差,防止出现褶皱,但是这种方式会增加背光组件的厚度,同时大面积的石墨片会带来成本上升。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种用于背光组件的LED灯条及背光组件,从而提高背光的散热能力。
本发明提供了一种用于背光组件的LED灯条,包括灯条电路板以及设于灯条电路板上的LED灯珠,所述灯条电路板的一侧长边上设有缺口,所述缺口形成第一嵌入部,在第一嵌入部中设有散热部。
进一步地,所述第一嵌入部上位于灯条电路板的LED焊盘之间设有朝灯条电路板的另一侧长边方向延伸的第二嵌入部,在散热部上位于第二嵌入部处设有填满第二嵌入部的延伸部。
进一步地,所述灯条电路板为FPC软电路板。
进一步地,所述LED灯珠与延伸部之间的位置处设有硅胶层。
进一步地,所述第二嵌入部设于每个LED灯珠对应的两个LED焊盘之间。
进一步地,所述散热部与延伸部为石墨片或导热金属片。
本发明还提供了一种背光组件,包括设于中框中的导光板,还包括所述的用于背光组件的LED灯条;在导光板与液晶显示面板相对的一侧表面设有光学膜片,所述导光板与液晶显示面板相反的一侧设有反射片;在导光板与中框之间设有用于放置LED灯珠的空隙,所述LED灯珠设于空隙中并且朝下设置与反射片相对,灯条电路板设于中框以及导光板与液晶显示面板相对的一侧表面上;所述散热部设置在中框的一侧并且与中框相互贴合接触。
进一步地,所述中框上位于散热部处设有凹槽,凹槽、空隙以及导光板与液晶显示面板相对的一侧边缘形成灯条放置部。
进一步地,所述中框上与液晶显示面板相对的一侧设有遮光胶带,遮光胶带延伸至光学膜片的边缘处。
进一步地,所述光学膜片包括由下至上依次设置的扩散膜、棱镜膜。
本发明与现有技术相比,通过灯条电路板上设至散热部,使LED灯珠的热量被传导至背光组件外,从而降低了LED灯条的中心发热量,实现提高背光组件的散热能力,防止光学膜片褶皱导致背光组件中出现背光暗区。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的用于背光组件的LED灯条,包括LED灯条本体1,所述LED灯条本体1包括条状的灯条电路板2以及设于灯条电路板2上的LED灯珠3,LED灯珠3均匀分布在灯条电路板2上,而且间距相等;在灯条电路板2的一侧长边上设有缺口,缺口为矩形,缺口贯通灯条电路板2的前后两侧表面,所述缺口形成第一嵌入部4,在第一嵌入部4中设有散热部5,散热部5的形状与第一嵌入部4的形状相适配;散热部5能够将LED灯珠3发出的热量吸收传导,使灯条电路板2的中心热量降低防止热量传导至光学膜片处,导致光学膜片受热出现褶皱而形成的暗区。
本发明中灯条电路板2采用FPC软电路板,散热部5通过在FPC软电路板制造过程中直接压合在FPC软电路板上,这样可以节省灯条电路板2的厚度。
作为本发明的一种较佳方式,如图3所示,第一嵌入部4上位于灯条电路板2的LED焊盘9之间设有朝灯条电路板2的另一侧长边方向延伸的第二嵌入部6,第二嵌入部6为矩形,当第一嵌入部4与第二嵌入部6组合后形成矩形锯齿状结构,在散热部5上位于第二嵌入部6处设有填满第二嵌入部6的延伸部7。
第二嵌入部6设于每个LED灯珠3对应的两个LED焊盘9之间,第二嵌入部6需要保证与每个LED灯珠3对应的两个LED焊盘9之间不连接,而其中的延伸部7与LE的灯珠3的背面贴合,这样能够充分的吸收LED灯珠3所发出的热量,并将其转移至灯条电路板2远离背光组件光学膜片的一侧边缘,从而进一步防止热量传导至光学膜片处。
如图2所示,在LED灯珠3与延伸部7之间的位置处设有硅胶层8,硅胶层8为预涂,由于LED灯珠焊接时,LED焊盘9上的焊锡有一定高度,因此延伸部7与LED灯珠3之间设置硅胶层8,才能够保证LED灯珠与散热材料相接触,达到直接散热的效果。
本发明中,散热部5与延伸部7为石墨片或导热金属片,散热部5与延伸部7为一体结构。
如图4所示,本发明的背光组件,包括设于中框10中的导光板11,还包括上述的用于背光组件的LED灯条,背光组件的具体结构如下:
所述中框10中设有导光板11,在导光板11与液晶显示面板相对的一侧表面设有光学膜片13,光学膜片13的边缘短于导光板11,使导光板11的边缘与光学膜片13之间形成具有落差的落差面,导光板11与液晶显示面板相反的一侧设有反射片14,反射片14通过双面胶与中框10相互粘合,导光板11放置在反射片14上;在导光板11与中框10之间设有用于放置LED灯珠3的空隙,LED灯珠3设于空隙中并且朝下设置与反射片14相对,灯条电路板2设于中框10以及导光板11与液晶显示面板相对的一侧表面上;所述散热部5设置在中框10的一侧并且与中框10相互贴合接触;通过散热部5将LED灯珠3的热量传导至中框10处,使热量远离了光学膜片,从而防止光学膜片褶皱导致出现背光暗区。
在中框10上位于散热部5处设有凹槽15,凹槽15的底部截面形状为L字形,凹槽15具有两个槽孔,其中一个贯穿中框10与液晶显示面板相对的一侧表面,另一个贯穿中框10与导光板11相对的一侧表面;凹槽15、空隙以及导光板11与液晶显示面板相对的一侧边缘(落差面)形成灯条放置部16,灯条放置部16为T字型,灯条电路板2上的LED灯珠3朝下,放入空隙中,而灯条电路板2设于灯条放置部16中,这里需要注意的是,散热部5刚好位于凹槽15中,并且与凹槽15的表面贴合。
所述中框10上与液晶显示面板相对的一侧设有遮光胶带17,遮光胶带17的一侧与中框10贴合,另一侧延伸至光学膜片13的边缘处,灯条电路板2的背面贴附在遮光胶带17上。
本发明中,光学膜片13包括由下至上依次设置的扩散膜12、棱镜膜18;棱镜膜18包括下棱镜膜和上棱镜膜。
虽然已经参照特定实施例示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将理解:在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可在此进行形式和细节上的各种变化。
Claims (7)
1.一种背光组件,包括设于中框(10)中的导光板(11),其特征在于:还包括用于背光组件的LED灯条,所述LED灯条包括灯条电路板(2)以及设于灯条电路板(2)上的LED灯珠(3),其特征在于:所述灯条电路板(2)的一侧长边上设有缺口,所述缺口贯通所述灯条电路板(2)的前后两侧表面,所述缺口形成第一嵌入部(4),在第一嵌入部(4)中设有散热部(5),所述第一嵌入部(4)上位于灯条电路板(2)的LED焊盘(9)之间设有朝灯条电路板(2)的另一侧长边方向延伸的第二嵌入部(6),在散热部(5)上位于第二嵌入部(6)处设有填满第二嵌入部(6)的延伸部(7);在导光板(11)与液晶显示面板相对的一侧表面设有光学膜片(13),所述导光板(11)与液晶显示面板相反的一侧设有反射片(14);在导光板(11)与中框(10)之间设有用于放置LED灯珠(3)的空隙,所述LED灯珠(3)设于空隙中并且朝下设置与反射片(14)相对,灯条电路板(2)设于中框(10)以及导光板(11)与液晶显示面板相对的一侧表面上;所述散热部(5)设置在中框(10)的一侧并且与中框(10)相互贴合接触;所述中框(10)上位于散热部(5)处设有凹槽(15),凹槽(15)、空隙以及导光板(11)与液晶显示面板相对的一侧边缘形成灯条放置部(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光组件,其特征在于:所述灯条电路板(2)为FPC软电路板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光组件,其特征在于:所述LED灯珠(3)与延伸部(7)之间的位置处设有硅胶层(8)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的背光组件,其特征在于:所述第二嵌入部(6)设于每个LED灯珠(3)对应的两个LED焊盘(9)之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的背光组件,其特征在于:所述散热部(5)与延伸部(7)为石墨片或导热金属片。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的背光组件,其特征在于:所述中框(10)上与液晶显示面板相对的一侧设有遮光胶带(17),遮光胶带(17)延伸至光学膜片(13)的边缘处。
7.根据权利要求6所述的背光组件,其特征在于:所述光学膜片(13)包括由下至上依次设置的扩散膜(12)、棱镜膜(18)。
