Abstract

本实用新型公开一种背光模组和液晶显示器,该背光模组包括至少一第一框架、至少一光源、一散热片和一第二框架;该散热片呈长条状,对应该光源设置,该第二框架为一中空型框架,与该第一框架卡合,收容该光源和散热片。本实用新型的背光模组和液晶显示器的成本较低且较轻薄。

背光模组及液晶显示器
技术领域
本实用新型是关于一种背光模组及采用该背光模组的液晶显示器。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)逐渐取代了用于计算器的传统阴极射线管(Cathode Ray Tube,CRT)显示器,而且由于液晶显示器具有轻、薄等特点,使其广泛应用于个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、便携式电话、电视和多种办公自动化与视听设备。随着液晶显示器技术的不断成熟,液晶显示器也不断向更加轻、薄的方向发展。
请参阅图1,是一种现有技术液晶显示器的结构示意图。该液晶显示器10包括层叠设置的一液晶显示面板110及一背光模组100,该背光模组100为该液晶显示面板110提供光以显示画面。
该背光模组100包括一光学膜片组120、一导光板130、一光源140、一反射片150、一第一框架160和一金属后壳170。该第一框架160与该金属后壳170形成一收容空间(未标示),该光学膜片组120、该导光板130、该光源140和该反射片150均收容于该收容空间内。
该导光板130包括一入光面131、一与该入光面131相连的出光面132和与该出光面132相对的底面133。该光源140包括一灯管141和一灯罩142,该灯罩142为半封闭式长方体,收容该灯管141。该第一框架160为一矩形中空胶框,其包括首尾相连的多个侧边161、分别自该多个侧边161的边缘延伸的多个侧壁162和凸设于该多个侧壁162上的多个卡钩163。该金属后壳170包括一背板171、二相对且自该背板171边缘向上延伸形成的侧壁172和多个设置在该多个侧壁172上的卡扣173,该第一框架160和该金属后壳170通过该卡钩163和该卡扣173对应卡合,用于收容该光学膜片组120、该导光板130、该光源140和该反射片150。
请参照图2和图3,图2是图1所示背光模组100组装后的结构示意图。图3是该背光模组100沿III-III线的截面示意图。该反射片150设置在该金属后壳170的背板171上,该导光板130叠于该反射片150,其底面133对应该反射片150;该灯罩142与该金属后壳170直接接触,设置在该金属后壳170的背板171上;该灯管141收容于该灯罩142内,且与该导光板130的入光面131对应;该光学膜片组120叠设于该导光板130的出光面132上;该第一框架160与该金属后壳170通过该卡钩163和该卡扣173对应卡合,固定该光学膜片组120、该导光板130、该光源140和该反射片150。
该金属后壳170与该第一框架160配合,固定该背光模组100;且该金属后壳170的金属背板171因与该灯罩142相接触,于该背光模组100在发光时,有效传导该灯管141产生的热量,将其扩散开以降低该灯管141处的温度,从而延长该灯管141的使用寿命。但是,该金属后壳170进行热传导以散热的区域为其靠近该灯管141的区域,其它区域无散热的功效,故,该金属后壳170的金属背板171的面积大,成本高,从而导致该背光模组100和该液晶显示器10所需的成本高。另外,该金属后壳170的体积大,且较重,从而采用该金属后壳170的该背光模组100和该液晶显示器10也较厚且较重。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述背光模组成本高且厚的问题,有必要提供一种成本较低且较轻薄的背光模组。
为了解决上述液晶显示器成本高且厚的问题,有必要提供一种成本较低且较轻薄的液晶显示器。
一种背光模组,其包括至少一第一框架、至少一光源、一散热片和一第二框架;该散热片呈长条状,对应该光源设置,该第二框架为一中空型框架,与该第一框架卡合,收容该光源和散热片。
一种液晶显示器,其包括层叠设置的一液晶显示面板和一背光模组,该背光模组包括至少一第一框架、至少一光源、一散热片和一第二框架;该散热片为长条状,对应该光源设置,该第二框架为一中空型框架,与该第一框架卡合,收容该光源和散热片。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型的背光模组设置一长条状的散热片传导该光源产生的热量以散热,则可省略现有技术中采用的金属后壳,从而可利用中空型的第二框架固定该背光模组,节约了材料,降低了该背光模组的成本;且因为省略了厚度和重量较大的金属后壳,使得该背光模组较轻薄。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型液晶显示器的背光模组设置一长条状的散热片传导该光源产生的热量以散热,则可省略现有技术中采用的金属后壳,从而可利用中空型的第二框架固定该背光模组,节约了材料,降低了该背光模组的成本,故采用该背光模组的液晶显示器成本较低;且因为省略了厚度和重量较大的金属后壳,使得该液晶显示器较轻薄。

具体实施方式
请参阅图4,是本实用新型液晶显示器较佳实施方式的结构示意图。该液晶显示器20包括层叠设置的一液晶显示面板210和一背光模组200,该背光模组200为该液晶显示面板210提供光以显示画面。
该背光模组200包括一光学膜片组220、一导光板230、一光源240、一反射片250、一第一框架260、一第二框架270和一散热片280。该第一框架260与该第二框架270一并收容该光学膜片组220、该导光板230、该光源240、该反射片250和该散热片280。
该导光板230包括一入光面231、一与该入光面231相连的出光面232和与该出光面232相对的底面233。该光源240包括一灯管241和一收容该灯管241的反射罩242,该反射罩242为半封闭式长方体,其具有一矩形开口(未标示)。该第一框架260为一矩形中空胶框,其包括多个侧边261、多个侧壁262和多个卡钩263。该多个侧壁262自该多个侧边261的边缘延伸形成且与该多个侧边261相垂直;该多个卡钩263设置在该多个侧壁262的外侧。该第二框架270也为一矩形胶框,其包括一矩形中空底框271、二相对且自该底框271边缘向上延伸出的侧板272和多个设置在该侧板272上的卡扣273,该多个卡扣273与该第一框架260的多个卡钩263对应设置。该散热片280为一长条状的矩形金属薄片,其材料一般为轻薄的铝片。该散热片280的长边与该灯管241的长度相一致,其宽边较该反射罩242宽且该宽边窄于该第二框架270的底框271,只需等于或大于该第二框架270长度的四分之一即可,该散热片280可将该灯管241的热量传导散开,以降低该灯管241的温度。
请参阅图5和图6,图5是该背光模组200组装后的结构示意图。图6是该背光模组200沿VI-VI线的截面示意图。该灯管241收容于该反射罩242内,并将该反射罩242放置于该第二框架270内,该反射罩242的开口朝向该第二框架270内;该反射片250的一端夹持于该光源240的反射罩242内,其它端则放置在该第二框架270的底框271边缘;该散热片280夹持于该反射罩242与该反射片250之间,该散热片280与该反射罩242直接接触以散热;该导光板230底面233对应该反射片250设置,其入光面231则与该灯管241对应,该灯管241发出的光线可直接入射该导光板230;该光学膜片组220紧贴该导光板230的出光面232设置;该第一框架260则与该第二框架270通过该多个卡钩263与该多个卡扣273对应卡合,一并收容上述该光学膜片组220、该导光板230、该光源240、该反射片250和该散热片280。
相较于现有技术,该背光模组200设置一宽度较原金属背板171窄的散热片280与该反射罩242直接接触以传导该光源240工作时产生的热量,取代该金属背板171散热,从而节省制作该金属背板171的材料,降低该背光模组的成本。另外,第二框架270取代该金属后壳170,与该第一框架260配合以固定该背光模组200,因该第二框架270为中空型,可节约材料且因该第二框架270为胶框,其成本较金属后壳170低且重量较轻,从而可以进一步降低该背光模组200的成本,也可减轻该背光模组200的重量,该背光模组200较轻薄。因上所述,采用该背光模组200的液晶显示器20的成本也较低,且较轻薄。

Claims (8)

1.一种背光模组,其包括至少一第一框架、至少一光源、一散热片和一第二框架;其特征在于:该散热片呈长条状,对应该光源设置,该第二框架为一中空型框架,与该第一框架卡合,收容该光源和散热片。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该光源包括一灯管和一反射罩,该反射罩收容该灯管,该散热片紧贴该反射罩设置。
3.如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该散热片的宽度大于该反射罩的宽度,且该散热片的宽度窄于该第二框架的宽度。
4.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该散热片的宽度等于或大于该第二框架长度的四分之一。
5.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该第一框架为一中空的矩形框架,其包括多个首尾相连的侧边、多个垂直该多个侧边的侧壁和多个设置在侧壁上的卡钩。
6.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该第二框架包括一底框、二相对且自底框边缘向上延伸的侧板和多个设置在该侧板上的卡扣,该多个卡扣与该第一框架的多个卡钩对应卡合。
7.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该背光模组进一步包括一导光板,该导光板包括一入光面、一与之相连的出光面和与该出光面相对的底面,该入光面与该光源对应设置。
8.一种液晶显示器,其包括层叠设置的一液晶显示面板和一背光模组,其特征在于:该背光模组是权利要求1至7中任一权利要求所述的背光模组。
