Claims (20)
- 제동 시에 2차전지의 정격전압보다 높은 전압의 회생전력을 발생시키는 주행용 회전전기기계를 포함하는 차량의 전력제어장치에 있어서,상기 회전전기기계에 연결되어, 상기 회생전력을 변환 및 출력하는 인버터;상기 인버터와 상기 2차전지 사이에 연결되어, 변환된 상기 회생전력의 전압을 상기 2차전지의 정격전압으로 변환하고 그 결과적인 전압을 출력하는 컨버터;상기 컨버터와 상기 인버터 사이에 상기 2차전지와 병렬로 연결되어, 상기 2차전지보다 정격충방전전력이 크고 축전용량은 적은 캐패시터;상기 2차전지 또는 상기 캐패시터 중 어느 것을 우선적으로 충전하도록 절환되는 절환유닛; 및상기 절환유닛에 연결된 연산유닛을 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 연산유닛은 상기 회생전력이 사전설정된 값 이상인 지의 여부를 판정하고, 상기 사전설정된 값 이상인 것으로 판정된다면 상기 2차전지가 우선적으로 충전되고, 상기 사전설정된 값보다 낮은 것으로 판정된다면 상기 캐패시터가 우선적으로 충전되도록 상기 절환유닛을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 사전설정된 값은, 상기 2차전지에 대한 충전전력의 제1제어상한값과 상기 캐패시터에 대한 충전전력의 제2제어상한값을 토대로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 사전설정된 값은, 상기 제1제어상한값과 상기 제2제어상한값의 합계가 되도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 연산유닛은 또한 상기 차량의 브레이크압을 토대로 상기 회생전력을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제동 시에 2차전지의 정격전압보다 높은 전압의 회생전력을 발생시키는 주행용 회전전기기계를 포함하는 차량의 전력제어장치에 있어서,상기 회전전기기계에 연결되어, 상기 회생전력을 변환 및 출력하는 인버터;상기 인버터와 상기 2차전지 사이에 연결되어, 변환된 상기 회생전력의 전압을 상기 2차전지의 정격전압으로 변환하고 그 결과적인 전압을 출력하는 컨버터;상기 컨버터와 상기 인버터 사이에 상기 2차전지와 병렬로 연결되어, 상기 2차전지보다 정격충방전전력이 크고 축전용량은 적은 캐패시터;상기 2차전지 또는 상기 캐패시터 중 어느 것을 우선적으로 충전하도록 절환되는 절환유닛; 및상기 절환유닛에 연결된 연산유닛을 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 연산유닛은, 상기 2차전지가 우선적으로 충전되는 경우에도, 사전설정된 값 이상의 전기에너지로 상기 캐패시터를 충전하기에 충분한 큰 회생에너지가 발생될 것인 지의 여부를 추정하고, 상기 큰 회생에너지가 발생될 것으로 추정된다면 상기 2차전지가 우선적으로 충전되고, 상기 큰 회생에너지가 발생되지 않을 것으로 추정된다면 상기 캐패시터가 우선적으로 충전되도록 상기 절환유닛을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 사전설정된 값은, 상기 차량의 운전자의 요구에 대응하는 전력을 출력하기에 충분한 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 연산유닛은 또한 상기 차량의 브레이크압을 토대로 상기 회생전력을 산출하고, 산출된 상기 회생전력을 토대로 상기 큰 회생에너지가 발생될 것인 지의 여부를 추정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 연산유닛은, 산출된 상기 회생전력 이외에, 상기 2차전지에 대한 충전전력의 제1제어상한값과 상기 캐패시터에 대한 충전전력의 제2제어상한값을 토대로 상기 큰 회생에너지가 발생될 것인 지의 여부를 추정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 제어장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 연산유닛은, 산출된 상기 회생전력값이 상기 제1제어상한값과 상기 제2제어상한값의 합계보다 큰 경우, 상기 큰 회생에너지가 발생될 것으로 추정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,상기 연산유닛은, 내비게이션장치로부터의 정보를 토대로, 상기 큰 회생에너지가 발생될 것인 지의 여부를 추정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제동 시에 2차전지의 정격전압보다 높은 전압의 회생전력을 발생시키는 주행용 회전전기기계를 포함하는 차량의 전력제어장치에 있어서,상기 회전전기기계에 연결되어, 상기 회생전력을 변환 및 출력하는 인버터;상기 인버터와 상기 2차전지 사이에 연결되어, 변환된 상기 회생전력의 전압을 상기 2차전지의 정격전압으로 변환하고 그 결과적인 전압을 출력하는 컨버터;상기 컨버터와 상기 인버터 사이에 상기 2차전지와 병렬로 연결되어, 상기 2차전지보다 정격충방전전력이 크고 축전용량은 적은 캐패시터;상기 2차전지 또는 상기 캐패시터 중 어느 것을 우선적으로 충전하도록 절환되는 절환수단;상기 회생전력이 사전설정된 값 이상인 지의 여부를 판정하기 위한 수단; 및상기 사전설정된 값 이상인 것으로 판정된다면 상기 2차전지가 우선적으로 충전되고, 상기 사전설정된 값보다 낮은 것으로 판정된다면 상기 캐패시터가 우선적으로 충전되도록 상기 절환수단을 제어하기 위한 제어수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 사전설정된 값은, 상기 2차전지에 대한 충전전력의 제1제어상한값과 상기 캐패시터에 대한 충전전력의 제2제어상한값을 토대로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 사전설정된 값은, 상기 제1제어상한값과 상기 제2제어상한값의 합계가 되도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 차량의 브레이크압을 토대로 상기 회생전력을 산출하기 위한 수단을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제동 시에 2차전지의 정격전압보다 높은 전압의 회생전력을 발생시키는 주행 용 회전전기기계를 포함하는 차량의 전력제어장치에 있어서,상기 회전전기기계에 연결되어, 상기 회생전력을 변환 및 출력하는 인버터;상기 인버터와 상기 2차전지 사이에 연결되어, 변환된 상기 회생전력의 전압을 상기 2차전지의 정격전압으로 변환하고 그 결과적인 전압을 출력하는 컨버터;상기 컨버터와 상기 인버터 사이에 상기 2차전지와 병렬로 연결되어, 상기 2차전지보다 정격충방전전력이 크고 축전용량은 적은 캐패시터;상기 2차전지 또는 상기 캐패시터 중 어느 것을 우선적으로 충전하도록 절환되는 절환수단;상기 2차전지가 우선적으로 충전되는 경우에도, 사전설정된 값 이상의 전기에너지로 상기 캐패시터를 충전하기에 충분한 큰 회생에너지가 발생될 것인 지의 여부를 추정하기 위한 추정수단; 및상기 큰 회생에너지가 발생될 것으로 추정된다면 상기 2차전지가 우선적으로 충전되고, 상기 큰 회생에너지가 발생되지 않을 것으로 추정된다면 상기 캐패시터가 우선적으로 충전되도록 상기 절환수단을 제어하기 위한 제어수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 사전설정된 값은, 상기 차량의 운전자의 요구에 대응하는 전력을 출력하기에 충분한 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 차량의 브레이크압을 토대로 상기 회생전력을 산출하기 위한 수단을 더 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 추정수단은 산출된 상기 회생전력을 토대로 상기 큰 회생에너지가 발생될 것인 지의 여부를 추정하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 추정수단은, 산출된 상기 회생전력 이외에, 상기 2차전지에 대한 충전전력의 제1제어상한값과 상기 캐패시터에 대한 충전전력의 제2제어상한값을 토대로 상기 큰 회생에너지가 발생될 것인 지의 여부를 추정하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 추정수단은, 산출된 상기 회생전력값이 상기 제1제어상한값과 상기 제2제어상한값의 합계보다 큰 경우, 상기 큰 회생에너지가 발생될 것으로 추정하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서,상기 추정수단은, 내비게이션장치로부터의 정보를 토대로, 상기 큰 회생에너 지가 발생될 것인 지의 여부를 추정하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력제어장치.
