Abstract
Description
벤조페논계의 자외선 흡수제에는 2, 4-디하이드록시벤조페논, 2-하이드록시-4-메톡시벤조페논, 2-하이드록시-4-메톡시벤조페논, 2-하이드록시-4-옥틸벤조페논, 4-도데실옥시-2-하이드록시벤조페논, 4-벤질옥시-2-하이드록시벤조페논, 2, 2′, 4, 4′-테트라하이드록시벤조페논, 2, 2′-디하이드록시4, 4′-디메톡시벤조페논 등이 포함된다.
Claims (10)
- 제 1 기판의 절연 표면에 접하여 설치된 제 1 전극과, 상기 제 1 전극에 접하여 설치되고 또한 전계 발광하는 유기 화합물을 포함하는 유기 발광층과, 상기 유기 발광층에 접하여 설치된 투명성을 갖는 제 2 전극을 순차 적층하여 이루어지는 유기 발광 소자가, 상기 제 1 기판과 투명성을 갖는 제 2 기판의 사이에 설치된 발광 장치에 있어서,상기 제 2 전극 상방에 투명성을 갖는 보호층이 설치되고,상기 투명성을 갖는 보호층과 상기 제 2 기판의 사이에는 자외선 흡수제를 자외선 경화형 수지에 분산하고 있는 실제(sealant)가 충전되고, 상기 투명성을 갖는 보호층과 상기 실제는 접하고 있고, 또한,상기 실제는 상기 자외선 경화형 수지를 경화시키기 위해서 조사하는 자외광(紫外光)의 파장에 대하여 흡광도가 1이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 발광 장치.
- 제 1 기판의 절연 표면에 접하여 설치된 제 1 전극과, 상기 제 1 전극상에 전계 발광하는 유기 화합물을 포함하는 유기 발광층과, 상기 유기 발광층상에 투명성을 갖는 제 2 전극으로 이루어지는 유기 발광 소자가, 상기 제 1 기판과 투명성을 갖는 제 2 기판의 사이에 설치된 발광 장치에 있어서,상기 제 2 전극과 상기 제 2 기판의 사이에는 자외선 흡수제를 자외선 경화형 수지에 분산하고 있는 실제가 충전되고, 상기 제 2 전극과 상기 실제는 접하고 있고, 또한,상기 실제는 상기 자외선 경화형 수지를 경화시키기 위해서 조사하는 자외광의 파장에 대하여 흡광도가 1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 자외광의 파장은 200nm 이상 400nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 자외선 흡수제가 수분 흡착성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 자외선 흡수제가 산소 흡수성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 발광 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 자외선 흡수제는 상기 자외광의 파장 영역에 흡수를 갖는 물질을 다공체에 담지시킨 것인 것을 특징으로 하는, 발광 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 다공체가 제오라이트(zeolite)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 발광 장치를 갖는 조명등의 발광 디바이스.
- 제 1 기판의 절연 표면에 접하여 형성된 제 1 전극과, 상기 제 1 전극상에 전계 발광하는 유기 화합물을 포함하는 유기 발광층과, 상기 유기 발광층상에 투명성을 갖는 제 2 전극으로 이루어지는 유기 발광 소자가, 상기 제 1 기판과 투명성을 갖는 제 2 기판의 사이에 설치된 발광 장치에 있어서,상기 제 2 전극 상방에 투명성을 갖는 보호층이 설치되고,상기 투명성을 갖는 보호층과 상기 제 2 기판의 사이에는 자외선 흡수제를 자외선 경화형 수지에 분산하고 있는 실제가 충전되어 있고, 상기 보호층과 상기 실제는 접하고 있고, 또한,상기 실제는 상기 자외선 경화형 수지를 경화시키기 위해서 조사하는 자외광의 파장에 대하여 흡광도가 1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자 기기.
- 제 9 항에 기재된 상기 전자기기는 표시 장치, 퍼스널 컴퓨터, 모바일 컴퓨터, 화상 재생 장치, 고글형 디스플레이, 또는 비디오카메라인 전자 기기.
