Claims (19)
- 세륨 전구체와, 우레아를 혼합하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물을 무용매 상태에서 50 ~ 250℃로 승온시켜 상기 세륨 전구체와 우레아를 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 탄산세륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 전구체와, 우레아는 고체 상태로 혼합되는 탄산세륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 전구체는 세륨의 질산염, 황산염, 염화물 또는 암모늄염을 포함하는 탄산세륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 전구체와 우레아의 반응은 1~2 atm의 압력 하에서 진행되는 탄산세륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 전구체와 우레아는 1 : 0.5 ~ 1 : 10의 당량비로 혼합되는 탄산세륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 전구체와 우레아는 1 : 0.5 이상 1 : 1.5 미만의 당량비로 혼합되고, 상기 세륨 전구체와 우레아의 반응에 의해 사방정계 결정구조의 탄산세륨을 50 부피% 이상으로 포함하는 탄산세륨을 제조하는 탄산세륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 전구체와 우레아의 혼합물을 80℃ 이상 140℃ 미만으로 승온시켜 이들을 반응시킴으로서, 사방정계 결정구조의 탄산세륨을 50 부피% 이상으로 포함하는 탄산세륨을 제조하는 탄산세륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 전구체와 우레아는 1 : 1.5 이상 1 : 10 이하의 당량비로 혼합되고, 이러한 세륨 전구체와 우레아의 혼합물을 140℃ 이상 250℃ 이하로 승온시켜 이들을 반응시킴으로서, 육방정계 결정구조의 탄산세륨을 50 부피% 이상으로 포함하는 탄산세륨을 제조하는 탄산세륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 전구체와 우레아를 0.5~60 시간 동안 반응시키는 탄산세륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 전구체와 우레아를 0.5 시간 이상 3 시간 미만 동안 반응시켜 사방정계 결정구조의 탄산세륨을 50 부피% 이상으로 포함하는 탄산세륨을 제조하는 탄산세륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 전구체와 우레아를 3~60시간 동안 반응시켜 육방정계 결정구조의 탄산세륨을 50 부피% 이상으로 포함하는 탄산세륨을 제조하는 탄산세륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 전구체와 우레아의 반응은 질산의 존재 하에 진행되는 탄산세륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 질산은 우레아 : 질산이 1 : 4 이하의 당량비로 되게 가해지는 탄산세륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 전구체와 우레아의 혼합물을 50℃ 이상 100℃ 미만으로 승온시켜 이들을 반응시킴으로서, 사방정계 결정구조의 탄산세륨을 50 부피% 이상으로 포함하는 탄산세륨을 제조하는 탄산세륨의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 전구체와 우레아의 혼합물을 100℃ 이상 250℃ 이하로 승온시켜 이들을 반응시킴으로서, 육방정계 결정구조의 탄산세륨을 50 부피% 이상으로 포함하는 탄산세륨을 제조하는 탄산세륨의 제조 방법.
