- 베이스와, 상기 베이스에 설치되는 지지부에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 것으로 그 상부에 폴리곤 미러가 장착되는 장착부를 가지고 그 하부에 영구자석을 포함하는 모터 회전자가 마련되어 있는 허브부와, 상기 베이스에 설치되는 것으로 상기 모터 회전자에 대응하는 위치에 마련되는 모터 고정자를 구비하는 폴리곤 미러 유니트에 있어서,상기 폴리곤 미러와 상기 장착부 사이에 설치되어 상기 폴리곤 미러의 오염을 방지하는 폴리곤 미러 오염방지부;상기 폴리곤 미러의 상측에 설치되는 것으로, 상기 폴리곤 미러를 상기 허브부에 고정시키는 고정부;를 구비하며,상기 폴리곤 미러 오염방지부에는 상기 폴리곤 미러를 상기 고정부 측으로 가압하는 돌출부가 형성되어 있으며,상기 돌출부는 상기 폴리곤 미러 오염방지부의 내측에 형성되어 상기 폴리곤 미러를 탄성적으로 가압하며 상기 폴리곤 미러와 선접촉하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 폴리곤 미러 유니트.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 지지부는 공기동압 또는 유체동압에 의하여 상기 허브부를 지지하는 동압 베어링부이고, 상기 동압 베어링부의 상부와 상기 고정부의 하부에는 스러스트 마그네트가 소정 간격 이격된 채로 마주보도록 설치되어 상기 스러스트 마그네트 상호간의 자기적 척력에 의해 상기 고정부가 상기 동압 베어링부를 스러스트 방향으로 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리곤 미러 유니트.
