Claims (9)
- 한 쪽의 면을 워크(work) 대향면으로 하여, 광의 조사 대상인 제품 등의 워크를 향해서 설치되는 소정 두께를 갖는 투광판과,상기 투광판에 있어서 다른 쪽의 면에, 광 반사면이 워크측을 향하고 또한 서로의 사이에 미세한 틈이 형성되도록 나란히 마련된 다수의 반사부와,사출(射出)한 광의 적어도 일부가 상기 투광판내를 투과하여 상기 광 반사면에 도달하고, 거기에서 반사하여 상기 워크 대향면으로부터 사출되는 위치에 마련한 광원부와,상기 워크 대향면을 피복하는 반사 방지막을 구비하고,상기 반사 방지막이, 상기 반사부에서 워크측으로 반사하고, 그 후에 워크 대향면에서 재반사하는 광을 저감시켜, 무아레를 억제하는 검사용 광 조사 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 광원부가 투광판의 측주단면(側周端面)에 임하여 배치되고, 해당 측주단면으로부터 투광판 내부로 광을 도입하는 복수의 LED를 구비한 검사용 광 조사 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,종횡으로 각각 소정 피치(pitch)로 배열된 다수의 화상 소자를 포함하여 이루어지고, 투광판의 반(反)워크측에 배치되어 해당 투광판을 통해 상기 워크를 촬상(撮像)하는 촬상 장치와 함께 이용되는 것으로서,
- 청구항 3 또는 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 반사부가 종횡으로 거의 같은 피치로 배열되어 있는 경우에 있어서, 상기 각도 θ가 약 22.5°인 검사용 광 조사 장치.
- 한 쪽의 면을 워크 대향면으로 하여, 광의 조사 대상인 제품 등의 워크를 향해서 설치되는 소정 두께를 갖는 투광판과,상기 투광판에 있어서 다른 쪽의 면에, 광 반사면이 워크측을 향하고 또한 서로의 사이에 미세한 틈이 형성되도록 나란히 마련된 다수의 반사부와,상기 워크 대향면을 피복하는 반사 방지막을 구비하고,상기 반사 방지막이, 상기 반사부에서 워크측으로 반사하고, 그 후에 워크 대향면에서 재반사하는 빛을 저감시켜, 무아레를 억제하는 검사용 광학 부재.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,종횡으로 각각 소정 피치로 배열된 다수의 화상 소자를 포함하여 이루어지고, 투광판의 반워크측에 배치되어 해당 투광판을 통해 상기 워크를 촬상하는 촬상 장치와 함께 이용되는 것으로서,
- 청구항 7 또는 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 반사부가 종횡으로 거의 같은 피치로 배열되어 있는 경우에 있어서, 상기 각도 θ 가 약 22.5°인 검사용 광학 부재.
