Claims (5)
- 光透過性の被検査物に向けて拡散光を照射する照明装置と、
前記被検査物からの光を撮像する撮像装置と、
前記照明装置と前記撮像装置との間に配置され、前記被検査物を載置するステージと、
前記ステージと前記照明装置との間に配置され、かつ、相対向する面がそれぞれ凸面を有する第1および第2屈折部材からなる一対の屈折部材と、
前記撮像装置の撮像結果の階調に基づいて前記被検査物の表面の付着物と裏面の傷とを切り分けて前記被検査物の検査を行う処理装置と、を備えることを特徴とする検査装置。 - 前記第1屈折部材の凸面の配列方向と前記第2屈折部材の凸面の配列方向が平行な方向であること
を特徴とする請求項1記載の検査装置。 - 前記第1屈折部材と前記第2屈折部材は、共に60〜120度の頂角を有するプリズムシートであること
を特徴とする請求項1または2記載の検査装置。 - 前記第1屈折部材の頂角と前記第2屈折部材の頂角とが、ほぼ接する程度かつ密着しない程度の配置関係であること
を特徴とする請求項3記載の検査装置。 - 前記撮像装置が、前記第1屈折部材および前記第2屈折部材の凸面の配列方向と垂直な方向に配列された撮像素子により構成されていること
を特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか記載の検査装置。
