Claims (12)
- 차량의 주행 중에, 운전자의 상태 혹은 차량의 주행 상태를 검출하는 검출부와,
상기 검출부의 검출 결과에 기초하여, 이상 상태인지의 여부를 판정하는 판정부와,
상기 이상 상태라고 판정되었을 때에, 운전자에 대하여 소정의 진동 패턴의 진동을 부여하는 가진부를 구비하고,
상기 가진부는, 이상 상태가 계속되고 있는 경우에, 상기 진동 패턴을 변화시키면서 상기 진동을 부여하고,
상기 가진부는, 상기 진동 패턴을 변화시킬 때, 상기 진동의 주파수를 연속적으로 가변하며,
가진부에 의한 진동 패턴은 복수 개의 펄스에 기초하여 변화되며,
주파수 및 진폭에 기초한 당해 진동 패턴의 변화가 각 펄스마다 행해지며,
각 펄스파의 주파수 및 진폭은 각 펄스마다 연속적으로 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 이상 경보 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가진부는, 상기 진동 패턴을 변화시킬 때, 상기 진동의 진폭을 연속적 혹은 단계적으로 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 이상 경보 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가진부는, 상기 진동 패턴을 변화시킬 때, 상기 진동을 부여하는 간격을 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 이상 경보 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동 패턴에 의해 얻어지는 진동은, 단발적인 진동인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 이상 경보 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판정부는, 상기 검출부의 검출 결과가, 운전자의 졸음 상태인 경우에 상기 이상 상태라고 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 이상 경보 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판정부는, 상기 검출부의 검출 결과가, 차량의 백선 이탈 상태인 경우에 상기 이상 상태라고 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 이상 경보 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가진부는, 상기 운전자가 착석하는 좌석에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 이상 경보 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가진부는, 전기 신호를 상기 진동으로 변환하는 스피커를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 이상 경보 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차량의 속도를 검출하는 차속 검출부를 구비하고,
상기 가진부는, 검출한 상기 속도에 따라 상기 진동 패턴을 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 이상 경보 장치. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 가진부는, 상기 진동 패턴을 변화시킬 때,
검출한 상기 속도가 느릴 때에는 초기의 구동 간격을 길게 하고, 검출한 상기 속도가 빠를 때에는 초기의 구동 간격을 짧게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 이상 경보 장치. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 가진부는, 상기 진동 패턴을 변화시킬 때,
검출한 상기 속도에 따라 초기의 진동 강도를 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 이상 경보 장치. - 차량의 주행 중에, 운전자의 상태 혹은 차량의 주행 상태를 검출하는 검출부와, 운전자에 대하여 소정의 진동 패턴의 진동을 부여하는 가진부를 구비한 차량용 이상 경보 장치를 컴퓨터에 의해 제어하기 위한 제어 프로그램이 기록된 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록매체에 있어서,
상기 검출부에 운전자의 상태 혹은 차량의 주행 상태를 검출시키고,
검출 결과에 기초하여, 이상 상태인지의 여부를 판정시키고,
이상 상태라고 판정했을 때에, 상기 가진부를 소정의 진동 패턴으로 진동시키는 동시에, 이상 상태가 계속되고 있는 경우에, 상기 가진부에 상기 진동 패턴을 변화시키면서 상기 진동을 부여시키고,
상기 가진부에 상기 진동 패턴을 변화시킬 때, 상기 진동의 주파수를 연속적으로 가변시키며,
가진부에 의한 진동 패턴은 복수 개의 펄스에 기초하여 변화되며,
주파수 및 진폭에 기초한 당해 진동 패턴의 변화가 각 펄스마다 행해지며,
각 펄스파의 주파수 및 진폭은 각 펄스마다 연속적으로 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록매체.
