Claims (6)
- 경질 탄화수소 원료로부터 접촉 환화에 의해 방향족 탄화수소 화합물을 제조하는 방법에 이용되는 제올라이트 함유 성형체 촉매로서,상기 제올라이트 함유 성형체 촉매에 함유되는 제올라이트가(1) 상기 제올라이트가 5∼6.5Å의 세공 직경을 갖는 중간 세공 직경 제올라이트이고,(2) 상기 제올라이트의 1차 입자경이 0.02∼0.25 ㎛의 범위이며,(3) 상기 제올라이트가 주기율표 제IB족에 속하는 금속 원소로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 금속 원소를 함유한다라는 요건을 만족시키고,또한, 상기 제올라이트 함유 성형체 촉매가, 주기율표 제IB족, IIB족, IIIB족, VIII족에 속하는 원소로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 함유 성형체 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트가 은을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트가 MFI형 제올라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트 함유 성형체 촉매가 상기 경질 탄화수소 원료와의 접촉에 앞서, 수증기의 존재 하, 500℃ 이상의 온도에서 가열 처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 방향족 탄화수소 화합물의 제조 방법으로서,경질 탄화수소 원료를 제1항 또는 제2항의 제올라이트 함유 성형체 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제조 방법에 이용하는 반응기가 단열형 고정상형 반응기인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
