Description
Claims (6)
- 도전성 심재 상에 고무 조성물로 이루어지는 고무층을 갖는 도전성 고무 롤러이며, 상기 고무 조성물은 고무 성분과 충전제를 함유하고,상기 고무 성분은 에피클로로히드린계 고무를 고무 성분의 총합 100 질량부에 대하여 70 질량부 이상 갖고,상기 충전제는 질소 흡착 비표면적(N2SA) 20 ㎡/g 이상 40 ㎡/g 이하, 디부틸프탈레이트(DBP) 흡유량 80 ㎖/100 g 이상 100 ㎖/100 g 이하의 카본 블랙 (A)와, 질소 흡착 비표면적(N2SA) 15 ㎡/g 이하, 디부틸프탈레이트(DBP) 흡유량 40 ㎖/100 g 이하의 카본 블랙 (B)를 포함하며,상기 고무 성분 100 질량부에 대하여 카본 블랙 (A)의 함유량이 10 질량부 이상 30 질량부 이하이고, 카본 블랙 (B)의 함유량이 20 질량부 이상 60 질량부 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 고무 롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에피클로로히드린계 고무가 (i) 에피클로로히드린-에틸렌옥시드-알릴글리시딜에테르 3원 공중합체와 (ii) 에피클로로히드린-알릴글리시딜에테르 2원 공중합체 중 어느 하나 또는 모두를 포함하는 도전성 고무 롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무 조성물 100 부피%에 대하여 상기 카본 블랙 (A)와 카본 블랙 (B)의 총합이 35 부피% 이하인 도전성 고무 롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카본 블랙 (A)가 pH 5 이하의 산성 카본 블랙인 도전성 고무 롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무 성분 100 질량부에 대하여 비스페놀계 노화 방지제를 0.1 질량부 이상 1 질량부 이하 더 함유하는 도전성 고무 롤러.
- 전자 사진 감광체 상의 정전하상을 현상제에 의해 현상하는 화상 형성 장치에 이용되는 전사 롤러에 있어서, 상기 전사 롤러가 전자 사진 감광체 상에 대향하여 배치되는 제1항에 기재된 도전성 고무 롤러인 것을 특징으로 하는 전사 롤러.
