Abstract
Description
본 발명은 스크린상에 이미지를 투영하는 액정 프로젝터에 적용할 수 있다.
Claims (20)
- 적어도 하나의 액정 소자 및 투영 광학 시스템을 가지며, 상기 액정 소자는 광원으로부터의 조명광을 이미지광으로 변경하고, 상기 투영 광학 시스템은 스크린상에 상기 이미지광을 결상시키고, 상기 조명광은 상기 액정 소자의 입사면으로 도광되고, 상기 이미지광은 상기 입사면에 대향하는 출사면으로부터 출사되는, 투과형 액정 프로젝터로서,상기 액정 소자의 상기 입사면측에 제공된 편광자;상기 액정 소자의 상기 출사면측에 제공된 검광자 (analyzer); 및상기 입사면측과 상기 출사면측 중 적어도 일측에, 상기 편광자와 상기 검광자 사이에 제공된 무기 구조성 복굴절층을 구비하는, 투과형 액정 프로젝터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무기 구조성 복굴절층은 복수의 박막들을 가지며, 상기 박막들은 교호 적층된 서로 다른 굴절율을 갖는 적어도 2 종류의 박막층을 구비하는, 투과형 액정 프로젝터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 박막층의 광학 두께는 λ/100 내지 λ/5 이며,여기서, λ는 상기 액정 소자에 입사하는 상기 조명광의 파장인, 투과형 액정 프로젝터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무기 구조성 복굴절층은 상기 조명광 또는 상기 이미지광의 광학축에 수직인 면에 1 차원 굴절율 분포 또는 2 차원 굴절율 분포를 나타내도록 배열된 복수의 복굴절 부재들인, 투과형 액정 프로젝터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 복굴절 부재들은 상기 조명광 또는 상기 이미지광의 광학축에 대해 경사져 있는, 투과형 액정 프로젝터.
- 적어도 하나의 액정 소자 및 투영 광학 시스템을 가지며, 상기 액정 소자는 광원으로부터의 조명광을 이미지광으로 변경하고, 상기 투영 광학 시스템은 스크린상에 상기 이미지광을 결상시키고, 상기 조명광은 상기 액정 소자의 입사면으로 도광되고, 상기 이미지광은 상기 입사면으로부터 출사되는, 반사형 액정 프로젝터로서,상기 액정 소자의 상기 입사면측에 제공되며 상기 이미지광에 대해 검광자로서 작용하는 편광자; 및상기 편광자와 상기 액정 소자 사이에 제공된 무기 구조성 복굴절층을 구비하는, 반사형 액정 프로젝터.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 무기 구조성 복굴절층은 복수의 박막들을 가지며, 상기 박막들은 교호 적층된 서로 다른 굴절율을 갖는 적어도 2 종류의 박막층을 구비하는, 반사형 액정 프로젝터.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 박막층의 광학 두께는 λ/100 내지 λ/5 이고,여기서, λ는 상기 액정 소자에 입사하는 상기 조명광의 파장인, 반사형 액정 프로젝터.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 무기 구조성 복굴절층은 상기 조명광 또는 상기 이미지광의 광학축에 수직인 면에 1 차원 굴절율 분포 또는 2 차원 굴절율 분포를 나타내도록 배열된 복수의 복굴절 부재들인, 반사형 액정 프로젝터.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 복굴절 부재들은 상기 조명광 또는 상기 이미지광의 광학축에 대해 경사져 있는, 반사형 액정 프로젝터.
- 적어도 하나의 액정 소자 및 투영 광학 시스템을 가지며, 상기 액정 소자는 광원으로부터의 조명광을 이미지광으로 변경하고, 상기 투영 광학 시스템은 스크린상에 상기 이미지광을 결상시키고, 상기 액정 소자는 한 쌍의 기판 본체 사이의 액정층, 상기 기판 본체상에 형성된 배향막 및 전극을 갖는 액정 프로젝터로서,적어도 하나의 기판 본체의 적어도 일면에 형성되고, 상기 액정층을 통과하는 광의 위상차를 보상하는 무기 구조성 복굴절층을 구비하는, 액정 프로젝터.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 무기 구조성 복굴절층은 복수의 박막들을 가지며, 상기 박막들은 교호 적층된 서로 다른 굴절율을 갖는 적어도 2 종류의 박막층을 구비하는, 액정 프로젝터.
- 한 쌍의 기판 본체 사이의 액정층, 상기 기판 본체상에 형성된 배향막 및 전극을 갖는 액정 소자로서,적어도 하나의 기판 본체의 적어도 일면에 형성되고, 상기 액정층을 통과하는 광의 위상차를 보상하는 무기 구조성 복굴절층을 구비하는, 액정 소자.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 무기 구조성 복굴절층은 복수의 박막들을 가지며, 상기 박막들은 교호 적층된 서로 다른 굴절율을 갖는 적어도 2 종류의 박막층을 구비하는, 액정 소자.
- 액정층을 둘러싸고, 기판 본체의 내면측에 형성된 배향막 및 전극을 갖는 액정 소자용 기판으로서,상기 기판 본체의 내면측 및 외면측 중 적어도 일측에 형성되고, 상기 액정층을 통과하는 광의 위상차를 보상하는 무기 구조성 복굴절층을 구비하는, 액정 소자용 기판.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 무기 구조성 복굴절층은 복수의 박막들을 가지며, 상기 박막들은 교호 적층된 서로 다른 굴절율을 갖는 적어도 2 종류의 박막층을 구비하는, 액정 소자용 기판.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 박막들은 교호 적층되는 고굴절율을 갖는 제 1 박막들과 저굴절율을 갖는 제 2 박막들로 이루어지는, 액정 소자용 기판.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 무기 구조성 복굴절층은 상기 기판 본체의 내면에 형성되는, 액정 소자용 기판.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 무기 구조성 복굴절층은 상기 기판 본체의 외면에 형성되는, 액정 소자용 기판.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 무기 구조성 복굴절층은 상기 기판 본체의 외면 및 내면에 형성되는, 액정 소자용 기판.
