Abstract
Description
응력 차이 및 발포제 압력 사이가, 첫번째는 열 팽창 때문에, 두번째는 엇갈리는 발포 개시 때문에 물질에서 발생하는 것이 명백한데, 이는 온도 구배로 인한 위치-의존성이다. 도 1에 나타낸 예에서, 발포 공정에 도입되는 중합체 시이트에 의해 경험되는 온도 급상승은 1단계 열풍법(흑색선)의 경우 175K이고, 2단계 열풍법(회색선)의 경우 40K이다.
Claims (14)
- 메타크릴산과 메타크릴로니트릴을 공중합시키고, 공중합체를 후중합 및 환화시켜 폴리이미드를 수득하고, 이를 발포체로 전환시키는, 판형(slab-like) 또는 시이트형(sheet-like) 폴리메타크릴이미드 발포체의 제조방법으로서,발포가, 발포될 중합체를 열풍 오븐에서 예열함을 포함하는 제1 단계 및 제2 열풍 오븐 또는 열풍 오븐 구획에서 온도 경사에 사용된 가열 속도를 0.001 내지 10K/min으로 하여 발포시키는 제2 단계를 포함하는 2단계로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 폴리메타크릴이미드 발포체의 제조방법.
