Claims (5)
- 구동축으로 동력을 출력하는 하이브리드 차량의 동력 출력 장치에 있어서,연료 연소 에너지를 소스(source)로 사용하여 동력을 발생시키는 엔진(ENG);상기 엔진(ENG)에 의해 발생되는 상기 동력을 회전 전기 기계(MG2)에 의해 발생되는 동력에 결합시키고 그리고 상기 구동축에 전달하는 동력 전달 장치(20);스위칭 소자 및 상기 스위칭 소자에 의해 스위칭된 전류가 흐르는 리액터(L1)를 포함하되, 상기 스위칭 소자의 스위칭 작동에 의하여, 동력원(B)으로부터의 DC 전력과 상기 회전 전기 기계(MG2)를 구동 및 제어하는 AC 전력 사이의 전력 변환을 위한 전력 제어 유닛(21);진동의 전달이 가능하도록 상기 엔진(ENG)에 결합되고, 상기 동력 전달 장치(20) 및 상기 전력 제어 유닛(21)을 수용하는 케이스(102, 104); 및상기 엔진(ENG) 및 상기 케이스(102, 104)를 차량 몸체에 매달고, 상기 엔진(ENG)과 상기 차량 몸체 사이의 상대적인 진동의 흡수를 가능하게 하는 방진 장치(EM)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 동력 출력 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 동력 전달 장치(20)는,상기 동력원(B)에 의해 구동되고 동력을 발생시키는 제1 및 제2 회전 전기 기계(MG1, MG2), 및상기 엔진(ENG)의 출력을 상기 제1 회전 전기 기계(MG1) 및 상기 구동축에 기계적으로 분배하는 동력 분할 기구(PSD)를 포함하고,상기 전력 제어 유닛(21)은,상기 제1 및 제2 회전 전기 기계(MG1, MG2)에 대응하여 제공되는 제1 및 제2 인버터(22,14), 및상기 스위칭 소자 및 상기 리액터(L1)를 구비하고, 상기 스위칭 소자의 상기 스위칭 작동에 의해 상기 동력원(B)과 상기 제1 및 제2 인버터(22, 14) 사이의 전압 변환을 실행하는 승압 컨버터(12)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 동력 출력 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 방진 장치(EM)는 상기 엔진(ENG) 및 상기 케이스(102, 103) 중 하나 이상과 상기 차량 몸체 사이에 결합되어 진동을 가능하게 하는 탄성체를 구비하고, 전력이 통전되는 경우, 상기 탄성체의 진동 방향이 상기 리액터(L1)의 진동 방향과 동일하도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 동력 출력 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 방진 장치(EM)는, 상기 탄성체 및 상기 리액터(L1)가 일직선상에서 진동하도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 동력 출력 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 방진 장치(EM)는, 전력이 통전되는 경우, 상기 탄성체의 진동 방향이 상기 리액터(L1)의 진동 방향 및 상기 엔진(ENG)의 진동 방향과 동일하도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 동력 출력 장치.
