Description
なお、本願では、「回転電機」は、電動モータ、ジェネレータ(発電機)、及び必要に応じてモータ及びジェネレータの双方の機能を果たすモータ・ジェネレータのいずれをも含む概念として用いている。
更に、この構成によれば、低剛性領域を有するサブケースとは異なるサブケースに設けられた支持部は、サブケースの接合部及び当該接合部に設けられたフランジ等を超えて、低剛性領域から離れた高剛性部位に設けられることになる。これにより、同じサブケースに設けられた支持部よりも更に振動し難い支持部によってサイレンサーを支持することができる。したがって、サイレンサー自体の振動をより効果的に抑制でき、サイレンサーからの騒音の発生を抑制することができる。
このような低剛性領域は、ケースの中でも剛性が低く、振動し易いために騒音の発生源となり易い。そこで、このような低剛性領域をサイレンサーで覆うことにより、ケースからの騒音を効果的に抑制することができる。
このような低剛性領域よりも複雑な凹凸が形成された部位としては、例えば、フランジが形成された部位、スプラインが形成された部位、リブが形成された部位、水路や油路が形成された部位、段差が形成された部位等が該当する。このような部位では、当該凹凸がケースの補強用のリブのように機能するため、低剛性領域よりも剛性が高い高剛性部位となる。そこで、このような高剛性部位にサイレンサーを支持することにより、サイレンサー自体の振動を抑制でき、サイレンサーからの騒音の発生を抑制することができる。
図1に示すように、この車両用駆動装置1は、主たる構成として、第一モータ・ジェネレータMG1、第二モータ・ジェネレータMG2、動力分配機構SP、及び変速機構Tを備えている。そして、この車両用駆動装置1は、エンジンEからダンパ装置Dを介して伝達される駆動力を、動力分配機構SPにより、第一モータ・ジェネレータMG1と、第二モータ・ジェネレータMG2及び変速機構Tとに、必要に応じて分配して伝達するスプリット方式として構成されている。これらの各構成は、前後方向に長い筒状のケースCの内部に収納されている。具体的には、エンジンE側から出力軸O側へ向かって、第一モータ・ジェネレータMG1、動力分配機構SP、第二モータ・ジェネレータMG2、変速機構Tの順に軸方向に配列した状態でケースCに収納されている。また、ケースCにおける第二モータ・ジェネレータMG2の外周の剛性が低い領域である低剛性領域Alを覆うサイレンサーNを備えている。更に、この車両用駆動装置1は、ケースCを構成する第二サブケースC2の下側に、オイルポンプ21から供給されたオイルを、車両用駆動装置1内の各部へ供給する制御を行う油圧制御装置22と、オイルを貯留するオイルパン23とを有している。なお、この車両用駆動装置1の出力軸Oは、図示しないディファレンシャル装置や四輪駆動用のトランスファ装置等を介して車輪に駆動力を伝達する。
この車両用駆動装置1は、ケースC内に収納される内部構成として、第一モータ・ジェネレータMG1、第二モータ・ジェネレータMG2、動力分配機構SP、及び変速機構Tを備えている。また、この車両用駆動装置1では、クランク軸Ecの軸心の延長上に、入力軸I、中間軸M、及び出力軸Oが前側から順に一列に配置されている。クランク軸Ecと入力軸Iとの間には、ダンパ装置Dが設けられている。このダンパ装置Dは、クランク軸Ecの回転方向の振動を減衰させて入力軸Iに伝達するための装置である。入力軸Iの後端部は、動力分配機構SPのキャリアe1に連結されている。なお、ダンパ装置Dを備えない構成とすることも可能である。
ケースCは、回転電機としての第二モータ・ジェネレータMG2とギヤ機構としての変速機構Tとを含む内部構成を、それらの軸方向に配列して収納している。図1に示すように、本実施形態においては、ケースCは、複数のサブケースに分割されており、前側(図1における左側)から順に第一サブケースC1、第二サブケースC2、及び第三サブケースC3の3つのサブケースにより構成されている。これらのサブケースC1〜C3は、ボルト等の締結手段により互いに締結固定されている。具体的には、第一サブケースC1と第二サブケースC2との間は、第一サブケースC1の後端部に設けられたフランジC1bと、第二サブケースC2の前端部に設けられたフランジC2aとの接合部をボルトにより締結固定している。同様に、第二サブケースC2と第三サブケースC3との間は、第二サブケースC2の後端部に設けられたフランジC2bと、第三サブケースC3の前端部に設けられたフランジC3aとの接合部をボルトにより締結固定している。なお、第一サブケースC1の前端部には、ケースCをエンジンEに締結固定するためのフランジC1aが設けられている。
次に、本実施形態に係るサイレンサーNの配置構成について、図1〜6を用いて詳細に説明する。ここで、図3は、車両用駆動装置1を右後上方から見た斜視図であり、図4は、サイレンサーNを外した状態の車両用駆動装置1を右後上方から見た斜視図である。また、図5は、車両用駆動装置1を左前上方から見た斜視図であり、図6は、サイレンサーNを外した状態の車両用駆動装置1を左前上方から見た斜視図である。但し、これらの図では、ケースCの内に収納される内部構成は省略している。図3〜6に示すように、本実施形態においては、サイレンサーNは、第一サイレンサーN1と第二サイレンサーN2との2つに分割されている。なお、以下の説明において、単に「サイレンサーN」という場合には、第一サイレンサーN1及び第二サイレンサーN2を総称するものとする。
次に、本実施形態に係るサイレンサーNの構成について、主に図7〜11を用いて詳細に説明する。ここで、図7は、第一サイレンサーN1の表面側を示す斜視図である。また、図8は、図7のVIII−VIII断面図であり、図9は、図7のIX−IX断面図である。また、図10は、第二サイレンサーN2の表面側を示す平面図であり、図11は、図10のXI−XI断面図である。
(1)上記の実施形態においては、サイレンサーNが、第一サイレンサーN1と第二サイレンサーN2との2つで構成される場合の例について説明した。しかし、サイレンサーNの構成はこれに限定されるものではなく、サイレンサーNを、一つ又は3つ以上に分割された構成とすることも、本発明の好適な実施形態の一つである。

Claims (9)
- 回転電機と、動力伝達用のギヤ機構と、前記回転電機と前記ギヤ機構とを前記回転電機の軸方向に配列して収納したケースと、を備えた車両用駆動装置であって、
前記ケースにおける前記回転電機の外周の剛性が低い領域である低剛性領域を、前記ケースにおける前記低剛性領域よりも剛性が高い高剛性部位に支持されるサイレンサーにより覆っており、
前記ケースが複数のサブケースに分割されているとともに、前記ケースの前記高剛性部位の中から選択された複数箇所に前記サイレンサーの支持部が設けられ、
これら複数の支持部の少なくとも一部は、前記回転電機を収納して前記低剛性領域を有するサブケースとは異なるサブケースに設けられている車両用駆動装置。 - 前記ケースの前記低剛性領域は、前記回転電機の外周を覆う周壁の少なくとも一部を構成し、内面及び外面が略平坦状に形成された領域である請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記ケースの前記高剛性部位は、前記ケースの内面及び外面の少なくとも一方に前記低剛性領域よりも複雑な凹凸が形成された部位である請求項1又は2に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記サイレンサーは、防振部材を介して前記ケースに支持されている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記サイレンサーは、サイレンサー本体の少なくとも外周縁に補強用リブを備えている請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記サイレンサーは、サイレンサー本体の前記ケースに対向する面である裏面の少なくとも外周縁にシール部材を備えるとともに、前記裏面の前記シール部材で囲まれた領域に吸音部材を備える請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記サイレンサーは、前記ケースの前記低剛性領域の少なくとも車室側を覆っている請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記サイレンサーは複数に分割され、少なくとも前記ケースにおける前記回転電機の外周の上半分の低剛性領域と側面の低剛性領域とをそれぞれ覆っている請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記回転電機と前記ギヤ機構との間に、少なくとも前記ギヤ機構の回転軸を支持する軸受と、この軸受を前記ケースに支持する中間壁体と、を備えている請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
