Claims (10)
- エンジンと、発電機能のある第1モータと、前記エンジンが出力した駆動力を前記第1モータ側と駆動輪側とに分割する動力分割機構と、左右の駆動輪にトルクを伝達する終減速機としてのデファレンシャルギヤと、前記動力分割機構から前記デファレンシャルギヤに伝達されるトルクにトルクを加減する第2モータとを有するハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記動力分割機構は、サンギヤと前記サンギヤに対して同心円上に配置されたリングギヤと前記サンギヤと前記リングギヤとに噛み合っているピニオンギヤを保持しているキャリヤとを回転要素として有し、かつ前記サンギヤが前記駆動輪に向けてトルクを出力する出力要素とされた遊星歯車機構によって構成され、
前記サンギヤに連結された第1減速部と、前記第1減速部と前記デファレンシャルギヤとの間に設けられた第2減速部とを更に備え、
前記第2モータは、前記サンギヤに連結されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記動力分割機構は、前記サンギヤと前記リングギヤとに噛み合いかつ前記キャリヤによって保持されたピニオンギヤを有するシングルピニオン型の遊星歯車機構によって構成され、
前記キャリヤは、前記エンジンに連結されて入力要素となり、
前記リングギヤは、前記第1モータに連結されて反力要素となっている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記動力分割機構は、サンギヤと、前記サンギヤに対して同心円上に配置されたリングギヤと、前記サンギヤに噛み合っている第1ピニオンギヤおよび前記第1ピニオンギヤと前記リングギヤとに噛み合っている第2ピニオンギヤを保持しているキャリヤとを回転要素としたダブルピニオン型の遊星歯車機構によって構成され、
前記リングギヤは、前記エンジンに連結された入力要素となり、
前記キャリヤは、前記第1モータに連結された反力要素となっている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記第1減速部は、前記出力要素と共に回転する駆動側回転体と、前記駆動側回転体に巻き掛けられた環状の伝動体と、前記伝動体が巻き掛けられかつ前記駆動側回転体より巻き掛け径が大きい従動側回転体とを有する巻き掛け伝動機構によって構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記駆動側回転体は駆動側チェーンスプロケットによって構成され、前記伝動体はチェーンによって構成され、前記従動側回転体は従動側チェーンスプロケットによって構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 瀬請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記駆動側チェーンスプロケットと前記従動側チェーンスプロケットとは、それぞれ、ニードルベアリングによって回転可能に支持されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項4ないし6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記デファレンシャルギヤは、デフケースを有し、
前記第2減速部は、入力部材と固定部材と出力部材とで差動作用を行うとともに固定部材の回転を止めた状態で前記出力部材が前記入力部材と同方向でかつ前記入力部材より低速で回転する差動回転機構によって構成され、
前記従動側回転体は、前記入力部材に連結され、
前記固定部材は、回転しないように固定され、
前記デフケースは、前記出力部材に連結されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記第2減速部は、前記第1減速部に対して前記第1減速部の回転中心軸線の方向にずれて配置され、
前記デファレンシャルギヤは、前記第2減速部に対して前記第1減速部の回転中心軸線の方向で前記第1減速部とは反対側にずれて配置されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項4ないし7のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記第1モータと前記動力分割機構と前記駆動側回転体と前記第2モータとが同一軸線上に並んで配置され、かつ
前記エンジン側から前記第1モータ、前記動力分割機構の順に配列されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記第1減速部は、前記出力要素と一体となって回転する出力ギヤと、前記出力ギヤに噛み合いかつ前記出力ギヤより大径のカウンタドリブンギヤとを有する第1平行ギヤ減速機構によって構成され、
前記第2減速部は、前記カウンタドリブンギヤと一体となって回転しかつ前記カウンタドリブンギヤより小径のカウンタドライブギヤと、前記カウンタドライブギヤに噛み合いかつ前記カウンタドライブギヤより大径で前記デファレンシャルギヤに設けられているデフリングギヤとを有する第2平行ギヤ減速機構によって構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
