Description
動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記電動機と駆動輪に連結された駆動軸との間で動力を伝達する動力伝達手段と、
前記駆動軸の回転数を検出または推定する駆動軸回転数検出推定手段と、
前記電動機の回転数を検出する電動機回転数検出手段と、
前記駆動軸回転数検出推定手段により検出または推定された駆動軸の回転数である検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記電動機回転数検出手段により検出された電動機の回転数である検出電動機回転数とに基づいて前記検出推定駆動軸回転数および前記検出電動機回転数が共に正常であるか否かを判定する回転数判定手段と、
前記回転数判定手段により前記検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記検出電動機回転数とが共に正常であると判定されたときには第1所定回転数範囲を停止判定範囲として設定し、前記回転数判定手段により前記検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記検出電動機回転数とのうち少なくとも一方が正常ではないと判定されたときには前記第1所定回転数範囲を一部とする第2所定回転数範囲を前記停止判定範囲として設定する停止判定範囲設定手段と、
前記駆動軸回転数検出推定手段により検出または推定された検出推定駆動軸回転数または前記電動機回転数検出手段により検出された検出電動機回転数に基づいて設定される前記駆動軸の判定用回転数と前記停止判定範囲設定手段により設定された停止判定範囲とに基づいて車両が停止しているか否かを判定する車両停止判定手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
動力を入出力可能な電動機と、前記電動機と駆動輪に連結された駆動軸との間で動力を伝達する動力伝達手段と、前記駆動軸の回転数を検出または推定する駆動軸回転数検出推定手段と、前記電動機の回転数を検出する電動機回転数検出手段と、を備える車両の制御方法であって、
前記駆動軸回転数検出推定手段により検出または推定された駆動軸の回転数である検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記電動機回転数検出手段により検出された電動機の回転数である検出電動機回転数とに基づいて前記検出推定駆動軸回転数および前記検出電動機回転数が共に正常であるか否かを判定し、
前記検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記検出電動機回転数とが共に正常であると判定されたときには前記検出推定駆動軸回転数または前記検出電動機回転数に基づいて設定される前記駆動軸の判定用回転数と第1所定回転数範囲とに基づいて前記車両が停止しているか否かを判定し、前記検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記検出電動機回転数とのうち少なくとも一方が正常ではないと判定されたときには前記検出推定駆動軸回転数または前記検出電動機回転数に基づいて設定される前記駆動軸の判定用回転数と前記第1所定回転数範囲を一部とする第2所定回転数範囲とに基づいて車両が停止しているか否かを判定する、
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (17)
- 動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記電動機と駆動輪に連結された駆動軸との間で動力を伝達する動力伝達手段と、
前記駆動軸の回転数を検出または推定する駆動軸回転数検出推定手段と、
前記電動機の回転数を検出する電動機回転数検出手段と、
前記駆動軸回転数検出推定手段により検出または推定された駆動軸の回転数である検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記電動機回転数検出手段により検出された電動機の回転数である検出電動機回転数とに基づいて前記検出推定駆動軸回転数および前記検出電動機回転数が共に正常であるか否かを判定する回転数判定手段と、
前記回転数判定手段により前記検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記検出電動機回転数とが共に正常であると判定されたときには第1所定回転数範囲を停止判定範囲として設定し、前記回転数判定手段により前記検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記検出電動機回転数とのうち少なくとも一方が正常ではないと判定されたときには前記第1所定回転数範囲を一部とする第2所定回転数範囲を前記停止判定範囲として設定する停止判定範囲設定手段と、
前記駆動軸回転数検出推定手段により検出または推定された検出推定駆動軸回転数または前記電動機回転数検出手段により検出された検出電動機回転数に基づいて設定される前記駆動軸の判定用回転数と前記停止判定範囲設定手段により設定された停止判定範囲とに基づいて車両が停止しているか否かを判定する車両停止判定手段と、
を備える車両。 - 請求項1記載の車両であって、
前記停止判定範囲設定手段は、第1所定回転数以下の範囲を前記第1所定回転数範囲とすると共に前記第1所定回転数より大きい第2所定回転数以下の範囲を前記第2所定回転数範囲とする手段であり、
前記車両停止判定手段は、前記駆動軸の判定用回転数の絶対値と前記停止判定範囲とに基づいて前記車両が停止しているか否かを判定する手段である
車両。 - 請求項1または2記載の車両であって、
前記駆動軸回転数検出推定手段は、外部から磁界の影響を受けているときには、前記駆動軸の回転数と該磁界の影響とに基づく回転数を検出または推定する手段であり、
前記電動機回転数検出手段は、前記磁界の影響を受けているときでも、該磁界の影響に拘わらずに前記電動機の回転数を検出可能な手段であり、
前記停止判定範囲設定手段は、前記磁界の影響を受けているときにおける前記検出推定駆動軸回転数を含む範囲を前記第2所定回転数範囲とする手段である
車両。 - 請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の車両であって、
前記停止判定範囲設定手段は、前記回転数判定手段により前記検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記検出電動機回転数とのうち少なくとも一方が正常ではないと判定されたとき、前記検出電動機回転数が第3所定回転数範囲内のときには前記第2所定回転数範囲を前記停止判定範囲として設定し、前記検出電動機回転数が前記第3所定回転数範囲外のときには前記第1所定回転数範囲を前記停止判定範囲として設定する手段であり、
前記車両停止判定手段は、前記検出推定駆動軸回転数を前記駆動軸の判定用回転数として前記車両が停止しているか否かを判定する手段である
車両。 - 前記停止判定範囲設定手段は、前記駆動軸の回転数における前記第1所定回転数範囲に対応する前記電動機の回転数の範囲を前記第3所定回転数範囲とする手段である請求項4
記載の車両。 - 前記回転数判定手段は、前記検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記動力伝達手段の状態とに基づいて前記電動機の回転数を推定し、該推定した電動機の回転数である推定電動機回転数と前記検出電動機回転数との偏差に基づいて前記検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記検出電動機回転数とが共に正常であるか否かを判定する手段である請求項1ないし5いずれか記載の車両。
- 前記回転数判定手段は、前記推定電動機回転数と前記検出電動機回転数との偏差が所定時間に亘って第4所定回転数範囲外のときに前記検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記検出電動機回転数とのうち少なくとも一方が正常ではないと判定する手段である請求項6記載の車両。
- 前記車両停止判定手段は、前記回転数判定手段により前記検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記検出電動機回転数とのうち少なくとも一方が正常ではないと判定されたとき、前記検出推定駆動軸回転数が第5所定回転数範囲内のときには値0を前記駆動軸の判定用回転数として前記車両が停止しているか否かを判定し、前記検出推定駆動軸回転数が前記第5所定回転数範囲外のときには前記検出推定駆動軸回転数を前記駆動軸の判定用回転数として前記車両が停止しているか否かを判定する手段である請求項1ないし7いずれか記載の車両。
- 請求項1ないし7いずれか記載の車両であって、
内燃機関と、
該内燃機関の出力軸と該出力軸に対して独立に回転可能な前記駆動軸とに接続され、電力の入出力と前記出力軸および前記駆動軸への動力の入出力を伴って前記駆動軸に対する前記出力軸の回転数を調整可能な回転調整手段と、
を備える車両。 - 前記回転調整手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸と第3の軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記第3の軸に動力を入出力可能な発電機と、を備える手段である請求項9記載の車両。
- 請求項10記載の車両であって、
前記駆動軸回転数検出推定手段は、前記駆動軸の回転数を検出する駆動軸回転数検出手段と、前記内燃機関の回転数を検出する機関回転数検出手段と、前記発電機の回転数を検出する発電機回転数検出手段と、前記機関回転数検出手段により検出された内燃機関の回転数である検出機関回転数と前記発電機回転数検出手段により検出された発電機の回転数である検出発電機回転数とに基づいて前記駆動軸の回転数を推定する駆動軸回転数推定手段と、を備える手段であり、
前記車両停止判定手段は、前記回転数判定手段により前記検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記検出電動機回転数とのうち少なくとも一方が正常ではないと判定されたときには、前記駆動軸回転数検出手段により検出された駆動軸の回転数である検出駆動軸回転数または前記駆動軸回転数推定手段により推定された駆動軸の回転数である推定駆動軸回転数を前記検出推定駆動軸回転数とすると共に該検出推定駆動軸回転数または前記検出電動機回転数に基づいて設定される前記駆動軸の判定用回転数と前記停止判定範囲とに基づいて前記車両が停止しているか否かを判定する手段である
車両。 - 前記車両停止判定手段は、前記回転数判定手段により前記検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記検出電動機回転数とのうち少なくとも一方が正常ではないと判定されたときであって、前
記機関回転数検出手段により前記内燃機関の回転数を検出することができないとき又は前記発電機回転数検出手段により前記発電機の回転数を検出することができないときには、前記検出推定駆動軸回転数が第5所定回転数範囲内のときには値0を前記駆動軸の判定用回転数として前記車両が停止しているか否かを判定し、前記検出推定駆動軸回転数が前記第5所定回転数範囲外のときには前記検出推定駆動軸回転数を前記駆動軸の判定用回転数として前記車両が停止しているか否かを判定する手段である請求項11記載の車両。 - 前記車両停止判定手段は、前記車両が停止しているときにおける前記検出推定駆動軸回転数を含む範囲を前記5所定回転数範囲とする手段である請求項8または12記載の車両。
- 請求項1ないし13いずれか記載の車両において、
前記駆動輪をロックするロック手段と、
前記車両停止判定手段により前記車両が停止していると判定されている条件と、運転者によってシフトポジションが駐車ポジションにシフト操作される条件と、を含む駐車条件が成立したとき、前記ロック手段により前記駆動輪がロックされるよう前記ロック手段を制御する駐車制御手段と、
を備える車両。 - 請求項1ないし14いずれか記載の車両であって、
充放電可能な蓄電手段と、
少なくとも前記電動機を含む電気駆動系に前記蓄電手段を遮断可能に接続する遮断接続手段と、
前記車両停止判定手段により前記車両が停止していると判定されている条件と、運転者によりイグニッションオフされた条件と、を含む遮断条件が成立したとき、前記遮断接続手段により前記電動機と前記蓄電手段とが遮断されるよう該遮断接続手段を制御する遮断制御手段と、
を備える車両。 - 前記動力伝達手段は、前記電動機の回転軸と前記駆動軸との間で変速比の変更を伴って動力を伝達する変速手段である請求項1ないし15いずれか記載の車両。
- 動力を入出力可能な電動機と、前記電動機と駆動輪に連結された駆動軸との間で動力を伝達する動力伝達手段と、前記駆動軸の回転数を検出または推定する駆動軸回転数検出推定手段と、前記電動機の回転数を検出する電動機回転数検出手段と、を備える車両の制御方法であって、
前記駆動軸回転数検出推定手段により検出または推定された駆動軸の回転数である検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記電動機回転数検出手段により検出された電動機の回転数である検出電動機回転数とに基づいて前記検出推定駆動軸回転数および前記検出電動機回転数が共に正常であるか否かを判定し、
前記検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記検出電動機回転数とが共に正常であると判定されたときには前記検出推定駆動軸回転数または前記検出電動機回転数に基づいて設定される前記駆動軸の判定用回転数と第1所定回転数範囲とに基づいて前記車両が停止しているか否かを判定し、前記検出推定駆動軸回転数と前記検出電動機回転数とのうち少なくとも一方が正常ではないと判定されたときには前記検出推定駆動軸回転数または前記検出電動機回転数に基づいて設定される前記駆動軸の判定用回転数と前記第1所定回転数範囲を一部とする第2所定回転数範囲とに基づいて車両が停止しているか否かを判定する、
