Claims (6)
- 액정셀을 가지는 액정 패널과;상기 액정 패널의 게이트 라인을 구동하는 게이트 구동부와;상기 액정 패널의 제1 내지 제2m(여기서, m은 자연수)+1 데이터 라인을 구동하는 데이터 구동부를 구비하며,상기 액정 패널은상기 데이터 라인 중 기수번째 데이터 라인에 접속되며 수평 라인마다 상기 기수번째 데이터 라인을 기준으로 지그재그 형태로 배치되는 제1 박막트랜지스터와;상기 데이터 라인 중 우수번째 데이터 라인에 접속되며 수평 라인마다 상기 우수번째 데이터 라인을 기준으로 지그재그 형태로 배치되는 제2 박막트랜지스터와;상기 제1 박막트랜지스터와 접속되어 상기 기수번째 데이터 라인을 통해 제1 데이터 신호가 공급되는 화소 전극과;상기 제2 박막트랜지스터와 접속되어 상기 우수번째 데이터 라인을 통해 제2 데이터 신호가 공급되며 상기 화소 전극과 수평 전계를 이루는 공통 전극을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정셀에는 상기 제1 및 제2 데이터 신호의 차전압이 충전되며, 상기 제1 및 제2 데이터 신호는 수평 기간마다 교류 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,1 수평 기간 중 1/2 수평 기간 동안 상기 제1 데이터 신호는 상기 기수번째 데이터 라인에 공급되며, 상기 제2 데이터 신호는 상기 우수번째 데이터 라인에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 라인 중 j(여기서, j는 자연수)번째 게이트 라인과 접속된 액정셀들 중 기수 및 우수번째 액정셀들 중 어느 액정셀들은 제2i(여기서, i는 자연수)-1 번째 게이트 라인에 접속되며, 상기 기수 및 우수번째 액정셀들 중 나머지 액정셀들은 제2i 번째 게이트 라인에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소 전극은상기 게이트 라인과 나란한 제1 화소 수평부와;상기 제1 화소 수평부와 마주보는 제2 화소 수평부와;상기 제1 및 제2 화소 수평부 중 어느 하나와 접속된 화소 핑거부를 구비하 며,상기 공통 전극은상기 제2 화소 수평부와 적어도 하나의 절연막을 사이에 두고 중첩되어 제1 스토리지 캐패시터를 형성하는 제1 공통 수평부와;상기 1 화소 수평부와 적어도 하나의 절연막을 사이에 두고 중첩되어 제1 스토리지 캐패시터와 병렬로 연결된 제2 스토리지 캐패시터를 형성하는 제2 공통 수평부와;상기 제1 및 제2 공통 수평부 중 어느 하나와 접속되어 상기 화소 핑거부와 교번적으로 위치하는 공통 핑거부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 화소 핑거부 및 공통 핑거부는 투명 도전막으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
