Claims (3)
- 일측의 입력단자를 신호입력 단자에 공통 접속받고, 어느 하나의 회로가 동작 선택되는 복수개의 차동 회로;상기 복수개의 차동 회로의 출력 단자가 공통으로 접속되고 상기 복수개의 차동 회로의 출력 신호를 꺼내어 신호출력 단자로부터 출력하는 출력 회로; 및기준 전압이 인가되는 단자와 상기 신호출력 단자 사이에 직렬 접속된 복수개의 저항을 포함하고,상기 복수개의 차동 회로의 각각은 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터로 구성되고, 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 베이스는 상기 신호입력 단자와 접속되고 컬렉터가 상기 출력 단자가 되고, 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 베이스의 각각은 상기 직렬 접속된 복수개의 저항의 접속점에 하나씩 접속되고 컬렉터는 전원에 접속되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터의 에미터는 정전류원과 스위치 회로를 통해 그라운드에 접속되고,상기 복수개의 차동 회로의 각각의 입력은 하나로 접속된 공통의 입력이 되고, 상기 복수개의 차동 회로의 각각의 출력은 하나로 접속된 공통의 출력이 되고 제1 부하소자를 통해 상기 전원에 접속되고,상기 출력회로는 제3 트랜지스터를 포함하고, 상기 제3 트랜지스터의 베이스는 상기 공통의 출력에 접속되고, 에미터는 상기 전원에 접속되고, 컬렉터는 상기 신호출력 단자에 접속됨과 동시에 제2 부하 소자를 통해 그라운드에 접속되고,상기 복수개의 차동 회로의 각각이 소정 이득값을 가지도록 상기 복수개의 저항의 값이 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이득 가변 증폭 회로.
