Claims (12)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 생체분해성 마그네슘계 합금을 포함하고, 정형외과용, 치과용, 성형외과용 또는 혈관용인 임플란트:<화학식 1>MgaCabXc상기 화학식 1에서,a, b 및 c는 각 성분의 몰비로서, a+b+c=1이고, 0.5≤a<1, 0≤b≤0.4, 0≤c≤0.4이고, 단, b와 c 중 적어도 하나는 0을 초과하고, c가 0일 경우, Ca의 함량이 상기 생체분해성 마그네슘계 합금 총 중량에 대하여 5 내지 33중량%로 포함되고,X는 지르코늄(Zr), 몰리브덴(Mo), 니오븀(Nb), 탄탈륨(Ta), 티타늄(Ti), 스트론튬(Sr), 크롬(Cr), 망간(Mn), 아연(Zn), 규소(Si), 인(P), 니켈(Ni) 및 철(Fe) 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상이다.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 화학식 1에서, c가 0이고 Ca의 함량이 상기 생체분해성 마그네슘계 합금 총 중량에 대하여 5 내지 23중량%로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 화학식 1에서 c가 0초과일 경우, a>b>c인 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 임플란트는 그 전체가 상기 생체분해성 마그네슘계 합금으로 이루어진 것인 임플란트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 임플란트는 표면에 상기 생체분해성 마그네슘계 합금으로 이루어진 코팅층을 구비한 것인 임플란트.
- 청구항 1기재의 정형외과용, 치과용, 성형외과용 또는 혈관용인 임플란트의 제조방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,a) 상기 생체분해성 마그네슘계 합금을 용융시키는 단계; 및b) 상기 용융된 생체분해성 마그네슘계 합금을 성형하는 단계를 포함하고.상기 생체분해성 마그네슘계 합금은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 것인 임플란트의 제조방법:<화학식 1>MgaCabXc상기 화학식 1에서,a, b 및 c는 각 성분의 몰비로서, a+b+c=1이고, 0.5≤a<1, 0≤b≤0.4, 0≤c≤0.4이고, 단, b와 c 중 적어도 하나는 0을 초과하고, c가 0일 경우, Ca의 함량이 상기 생체분해성 마그네슘계 합금 총 중량에 대하여 5 내지 33중량%로 포함되고,X는 지르코늄(Zr), 몰리브덴(Mo), 니오븀(Nb), 탄탈륨(Ta), 티타늄(Ti), 스트론튬(Sr), 크롬(Cr), 망간(Mn), 아연(Zn), 규소(Si), 인(P), 니켈(Ni) 및 철(Fe) 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상이다.
