Description
Claims (13)
- 표시 패널과,일단부가, 상기 표시 패널의 단자부에 접속되는 가요성 배선 기판을 구비하는 표시 장치이며,상기 가요성 배선 기판은 기재와, 상기 기재 상에 금속층으로 형성된 배선층과, 상기 배선층을 덮는 표면 보호 커버와, 절곡부를 갖고,상기 배선층은 상기 표시 패널에 제어 신호 또는 표시 데이터를 공급하는 신호 배선과, 더미 배선을 갖고,상기 절곡부에 있어서, 상기 신호 배선은 상기 표면 보호 커버에 의해 덮여 있고,상기 절곡부는 절곡 개시점으로부터 절곡 종료점에 걸쳐 상기 더미 배선이 상기 표면 보호 커버로부터 노출되는 적어도 1개의 노출부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절곡부에 있어서의 상기 신호 배선의 면적의 90 % 이상이 상기 표면 보호 커버에 의해 덮여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절곡부에 있어서의 상기 신호 배선의 면적 전체가 상기 표면 보호 커버에 의해 덮여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 절곡부에 있어서의 상기 노출부의 총 면적은 상기 절곡부의 면적의 10 % 이상, 50 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 1개의 노출부의 형상은 상기 절곡부에 대해 교차하는 방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 노출부는 표면에 금 도금이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 노출부는 표면에 땜납이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 노출부의 상기 더미 배선은 전기적으로 플로팅인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 노출부의 상기 더미 배선은 접지 전위가 공급되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 1개의 노출부의 개시점과 상기 절곡부의 상기 절곡 개시점과의 사이의 거리, 혹은 상기 적어도 1개의 노출부의 종료점과 상기 절곡부의 상기 절곡 종료점과의 사이의 거리는 0.5 mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표시 패널은 액정 표시 패널이고,상기 액정 표시 패널의 배면측에 배치되는 백라이트를 갖고,상기 가요성 배선 기판은 상기 절곡부에 있어서 절곡되어, 일부가 상기 백라이트의 배면측에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 백라이트는 프레임 형상의 몰드를 갖고,상기 가요성 배선 기판은 상기 프레임 형상의 몰드의 배면측의 면에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 배선 기판은 타단부가 상기 절곡부에 있어서 절곡되어 있고,상기 절곡부보다도 상기 타단부의 측에 커넥터를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
