Claims (9)
- 차량의 전기 모터 마운트 구조이며,볼트(33)에 의해 차량(10)의 후방 플로어 크로스 부재(31) 또는 차폭 방향 로드 지지 크로스 부재(32)에 착탈 가능하게 고정되는 마운트 프레임(29)과,상기 마운트 프레임(29)으로부터 상향으로 돌출되어, 차량(10)의 후방 플로어 크로스 부재(31) 또는 차폭 방향 로드 지지 크로스 부재(32)의 하면에 부착되는 상방 돌출 브래킷(37)과,상기 상방 돌출 브래킷(37) 상에 형성되어 볼트(33)가 삽입되는 볼트 구멍(37c)과,상기 마운트 프레임(29)으로부터 하향으로 돌출되어, 전기 모터(11)에 연결되는 하방 돌출 브래킷(42)을 포함하고,상기 마운트 프레임(29) 및 상기 하방 돌출 브래킷(42) 모두는 상기 볼트 구멍(37c)의 축(C37c)으로부터 차량의 중심측으로 이격되도록 설정되는 차량의 전기 모터 마운트 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마운트 프레임(29)의 양단부를 연결하는 U자형 형상의 부재인 크로스 부재(36)를 더 포함하고, 상기 크로스 부재 상에는 전기 모터(11)에 전기적으로 접속되어 전기 모터(11)를 제어하는 제어 유닛(17)이 배치되는 차량의 전기 모터 마운트 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마운트 프레임(29)은 파이프를 대략 U자형으로 절곡시킴으로써 만들어지는 차량의 전기 모터 마운트 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상방 돌출 브래킷(37) 및 상기 하방 돌출 브래킷(42)은 마운트 프레임의 단부에 인접하여 고정되고, 상기 하방 돌출 브래킷(42)은 측면에서 볼 때 상기 상방 돌출 브래킷(37) 아래에 배치되는 차량의 전기 모터 마운트 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기 모터(11)에 고정되는 모터 브래킷(41)과,상기 모터 브래킷(41)의 양단부에 설치되는 한 쌍의 고무 부시(45, 45)를 더 포함하고,양 상단부에 인접하여 개별적으로 고정되는 한 쌍의 상기 하방 돌출 브래킷(42, 42)은 한 쌍의 상기 고무 부시(45, 45)를 통해 상기 전기 모터(11)를 지지하는 차량의 전기 모터 마운트 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마운트 프레임(29) 및 상기 하방 돌출 브래킷(42, 42)은 상기 볼트 구멍(37c) 안으로 상기 볼트를 삽입하기에 충분한 거리 만큼만 상기 볼트 구멍(37c)의 축(C37c)으로부터 이격되도록 설정되는 차량의 전기 모터 마운트 구조.
- 차량의 전기 모터 마운트 구조이며,전기 모터(11)를 차량에 고정하기 위한 수단(42, 44, 45, 48)과,전기 모터(11)가 작동하는 이론적인 롤링 지점인 모터 롤링 중심(R0)의 위치를 설정하기 위한 수단(42, 44, 45, 48)을 포함하고,상기 모터 롤링 중심 설정 수단(42, 44, 45, 48)은 모터 롤링 중심(R0)을 전기 모터(11)의 무게 중심(G0) 위로 설정하는 차량의 전기 모터 마운트 구조.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 모터 롤링 중심 설정 수단(42, 44, 45, 48)은 모터 롤링 중심(R0)을 전기 모터(11)의 무게 중심(G0) 바로 위로 설정하는 차량의 전기 모터 마운트 구조.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 전기 모터 고정 수단(42, 44, 45, 48) 및 상기 모터 롤링 중심 설정 수단(42, 44, 45, 48)은 합체되어 전기 모터(11)의 회전축이 차량(10)의 차폭 방향으로 연장하도록 전기 모터가 차량 내에 설치되는 것을 가능하게 하는 차량의 전기 모터 마운트 구조.
