Claims (11)
- 연결 접속된 보조 페달(3)을 가지는 동시에 종방향으로 조작되는 브레이크 페달(1), 상기 보조 페달(3)에 대해 횡방향으로 조작 가능하게 설치된 액셀러레이터 패드(9), 선단부에 롤러(14, 14a)를 가지는 액셀러레이터 레버(10, 10a), 및 상기 액셀러레이터 패드(9)에 맞닿은 상기 롤러(14, 14a)를 가지는 상기 액셀러레이터 레버(10, 10a)를 통하여 상기 액셀러레이터 패드(9)에 의해 구동되는 액셀러레이터 기구를 포함하는 자동차용 액셀러레이터 및 브레이크 페달 장치로서,상기 액셀러레이터 패드(9)는, 판형재로 형성하되 그 중간 부분을 외측으로 부풀려 산형(山形)으로 형성하고,상기 액셀러레이터 기구는, 상기 액셀러레이터 패드(9)의 상기 중간 부분의 산형의 경사면(9c)에서 상기 롤러(14, 14a)를 통하여 조작되고,브레이크 페달(1)을 밟지 않은 위치에서, 상기 액셀러레이터 기구는 상기 액셀러레이터 패드(9)의 위치에 따라 조작되고,브레이크 페달(1)을 밟은 위치에서, 상기 롤러(14, 14a)는 상기 액셀러레이터 패드(9)의 위치에 관계없이 액셀러레이터가 작용하지 않는 위치로 활동(滑動)하며,상기 보조 페달(3)은 상기 보조 페달(3)의 후단부 근방의 저면 측에 장착된 지점 롤러(7)를 가지고, 상기 지점 롤러(7)는 차내의 바닥면에 장착된 가이드 부재(18)의 오목부(19)에 끼워져 위치 결정되는,자동차용 액셀러레이터 및 브레이크 페달 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액셀러레이터 레버(10, 10a)는, 상기 액셀러레이터 패드(9)의 산형 정상부(9a)와 상기 보조 페달(3)의 후단부 측에 위치한 측부(8) 사이에서 맞닿는 상기 롤러(14, 14a)를 통해 작용을 받는, 자동차용 액셀러레이터 및 브레이크 페달 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액셀러레이터 패드(9)는, 상기 보조 페달(3)의 후단부 측에 위치한 축부(8)를 통하여 회전 가능하게 장착되어 있는, 자동차용 액셀러레이터 및 브레이크 페달 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,상기 액셀러레이터 기구는, 상기 액셀러레이터 패드(9)의 작용을 받도록 연결된 액셀러레이터 레버(10, 10a) 및 액셀러레이터 와이어(12)가 연결된 액셀러레이터 와이어 암(11, 11a)으로 구성되며, 상기 액셀러레이터 레버(10, 10a)에 의해 상기 액셀러레이터 와이어 암(11, 11a)이 액셀러레이터 와이어(12)를 끌어올리거나 밀어내리는, 자동차용 액셀러레이터 및 브레이크 페달 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 액셀러레이터 레버(10, 10a)는 상기 롤러(14, 14a)를 통하여 액셀러레이터 패드(9)의 작용을 받는 측과 상기 액셀러레이터 와이어 암(11, 11a)을 작동시키는 측을 가지고,상기 2개의 측이 그 사이에 위치하는 축(13, 13a)을 통하여 회전 가능하도록, 상기 액셀러레이터 레버(10, 10a)가 배치된, 자동차용 액셀러레이터 및 브레이크 페달 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 액셀러레이터 레버(10, 10a) 중, 상기 액셀러레이터 패드(9)의 작용을 받는 측과 상기 액셀러레이터 와이어 암(11, 11a)을 작동시키는 측과의 길이의 비가 4∼5:1 인, 자동차용 액셀러레이터 및 브레이크 페달 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 액셀러레이터 레버(10, 10a)의 상기 액셀러레이터 와이어 암(11, 11a)을 작동시키는 측은, 가압 롤러(16, 16a)가 장착된 축간(軸桿)(15, 15a)으로 한, 자동차용 액셀러레이터 및 브레이크 페달 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 액셀러레이터 와이어 암(11)의 단부 측은, 상기 축(13)을 중심으로 한 원호형으로 형성되는 동시에, 상기 단부 측을 상방으로 원호형으로 만곡시켜 형성한, 자동차용 액셀러레이터 및 브레이크 페달 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 액셀러레이터 레버(10)의 회전 중심이 되는 상기 축(13)에, 상기 액셀러레이터 와이어 암(11)의 복귀 가압력을 경감시키는 가압력 경감 수단(27)을 설치한, 자동차용 액셀러레이터 및 브레이크 페달 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 가압력 경감 수단(27)은 토션 스프링으로서 상기 액셀러레이터 레버(10)의 작용 방향으로 가압하는, 자동차용 액셀러레이터 및 브레이크 페달 장치.
