Claims (10)
- 회전축에 연동하여 회전되며, 양 단면 중 적어도 하나에 평탄한 제1 슬라이딩면을 갖는 사판과, 상기 사판의 제1 슬라이딩면과 슬라이딩하는 제2 슬라이딩면을 갖는 슈를 구비한 슬라이딩 장치에 있어서,상기 슈의 재료로 철계 재료를 사용함과 아울러, 이 슈의 제2 슬라이딩면에 다수 개의 미소한 환상 팽출부로 이루어지는 담금질부를 형성하고, 또한 상기 사판의 재료로 하기 a∼e 중 어느 하나를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 장치.(a)고력 황동(b)철계 기재를 동 합금으로 피복한 것(c)알루미늄 실리콘 합금(d)철계 기재를 알루미늄 실리콘 합금으로 피복한 것(e)철계 기재

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슈의 제2 슬라이딩면에 Ni-P계의 경질 도금을 실시한 후에 상기 환상 팽출부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 슈의 제2 슬라이딩면에 대하여 질화, 침탄 담금질, 침탄 질화 중 어느 하나의 확산 처리를 실시한 후에 상기 환상 팽출부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 환상 팽출부를 형성한 후에 상기 슈의 제2 슬라이딩면에 대하여 하기에 기재한 어느 하나의 도금을 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 장치.Sn, Sn 합금, 땜납 합금, 은, 인산 Mn, 인산 Zn 도금
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 사판의 제1 슬라이딩면의 표면에 하기 (가)∼(다) 중 어느 하나의 표면 처리를 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 장치.(가)열경화 수지와 고정 윤활재와의 혼합제의 코팅(나)고체 윤활재(MoS2, PTFE, 그래파이트 중 어느 하나)의 코팅 또는 함침(다)Sn, Sn 합금, 땜납 합금, 은 도금 중 어느 하나
- 제 1 항, 제 4 항, 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 사판의 제1 슬라이딩면의 표면에 하기 (라)의 표면 처리를 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 장치.(라)Ni-P계, Ni-P-B계 도금 중 어느 하나
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 사판의 제1 슬라이딩면의 표면에 하기 (마)의 표면 처리를 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 장치.(마)DLC, WC/C, CrN 코팅 중 어느 하나
