Description
本実施例1に係る摺動部材10は、図1(a)に示すように、厚さ6mmの鉄系の基材11を準備し、研磨加工し、油脂などの不純物などを除くため、洗浄した。
本実施例2に係る摺動部材10は、レーザ光の単位面積あたりのエネルギー強度が0.10J/mm2を基材11に照射したこと以外は実施例1と同様の方法で形成した。このときの摺動部材10は、凹凸部13の垂直方向の深さが5μmであり、単位面積あたりの基材の一部14は、100個/mm2形成された。この結果を表1に示す。
本実施例3に係る摺動部材10は、レーザ光の単位面積あたりのエネルギー強度が0.24J/mm2を基材11に照射したこと以外は実施例1と同様の方法により摺動部材10形成した。このときの摺動部材10は、凹凸部13の垂直方向の深さが10μmであり、単位面積あたりの基材の一部14は、7000個/mm2形成された。この結果を表1に示す。
本実施例4に係る摺動部材10は、レーザ光の単位面積あたりのエネルギー強度が0.34J/mm2を基材11に照射したこと以外は実施例1と同様の方法により摺動部材10形成した。このときの摺動部材10は、凹凸部13の垂直方向の深さが15μmであり、単位面積あたりの基材の一部14は、8000個/mm2形成された。この結果を表1に示す。
レーザ光は、単位面積あたりのエネルギー強度が0.04J/mm2を基材11に照射したこと以外は実施例1と同様の方法により摺動部材10を形成した。ここで、図6は、比較例1に係る基材11の凹凸部13上に形成される基材の一部14を示す概略表面図である。図6に示すように、基材11の凹凸部13上の基材の一部14は、レーザ光を単位面積あたりのエネルギー強度が0.04J/mm2で基材11に照射することで、基材11の凹部131上に液体が輪のようなものが凝固する。このときの摺動部材10は、凹凸部13の垂直方向の深さが1μmであり、単位面積あたりの基材の一部14は、0個/mm2形成された。この結果を表1に示す。

荷重:1735N
潤滑:冷媒/冷凍機油混合、コンプレッサ吸入雰囲気
相手材:シュー(SUJ2焼入れ)
Claims (3)
- 単位面積あたりのエネルギー強度が0.053J/mm 2 以上であるレーザ光を連続的に照射して、垂直方向に凹凸部を基材に形成し、
前記基材の前記凹凸部上に溶解、凝固した一部を形成し、
前記基材の一部は、粒状、直方体、ひし形を含む不均質な形状であり、
前記基材上に固体潤滑剤及びバインダー樹脂を含む樹脂膜を形成することを特徴とする摺動部材の製造方法。 - 前記凹凸部の凹部は、前記基材の垂直方向に深さが45μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摺動部材の製造方法。
- 前記固体潤滑剤は、二硫化モリブデン(MoS2)、グラファイト、h−BN、二硫化タングステン(WS2)、Pb、CFのいずれかで1種から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の摺動部材の製造方法。
