Claims (8)
- 柱状ピン体と、
前記柱状ピン体の側面に、前記柱状ピン体の摺動方向に対して直交する方向または斜め方向に離間して複数本設けられた溝と、
前記溝に埋設され、オイルを含有し、黒鉛が混入された樹脂潤滑材とを有し、
前記溝は前記柱状ピン体の側面に環状に形成され、前記溝の側面及び底面は凹凸形状となり、
前記黒鉛は、前記溝の側面及び底面の凹凸形状の幅よりも小さい粒径であり、前記溝の側面及び底面の凹凸形状に入り込み、少なくとも前記溝の開口から露出する前記樹脂潤滑材はポーラス形状であることを特徴とする摺動ピン。 - 前記溝の側面及び底面は平坦面となり、前記側面は前記開口から前記底面に向けて逆テーパー形状となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摺動ピン。
- 前記溝の底面は曲面となり、前記側面は前記開口から前記底面に向けて逆テーパー形状となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摺動ピン。
- 前記柱状ピン体は円柱状であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の摺動ピン。
- 柱状ピン体を準備する工程と、
前記柱状ピン体の側面に、溝の側面及び底面に凹凸形状が形成されるように環状の前記溝を前記柱状ピン体の摺動方向に対して直交する方向または斜め方向に離間して複数本を形成する工程と、
前記凹凸形状の幅よりも粒径の小さい黒鉛を準備し、オイルを含有したペースト状の樹脂潤滑材に前記黒鉛を混入させた後、前記樹脂潤滑材を前記溝内に埋設させ、前記樹脂潤滑材を焼き固める工程とを有し、
前記焼き固め工程では、前記柱状ピン体の周囲に前記柱状ピン体より広い径を有する筒状の蓋を配置し、前記溝の内部で拡がる前記樹脂潤滑材の膨張圧力を利用し、前記側面及び底面の凹凸形状に前記黒鉛を入り込ませ、前記樹脂潤滑材と前記側面及び底面とを密着させることを特徴とする摺動ピンの製造方法。 - 前記焼き固め工程では、前記柱状ピン体と前記蓋との隙間から前記樹脂潤滑材の膨張圧力を逃がしながら、前記溝の開口近傍に硬化する前記樹脂潤滑材をポーラス形状とすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の摺動ピンの製造方法。
- 前記焼き固め工程後に、前記溝の外部へと流出して硬化した前記樹脂潤滑材を研磨する工程とを有することを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の摺動ピンの製造方法。
- 前記溝を形成する工程では、前記溝の開口から底面に向けて前記側面が逆テーパー形状となる溝を形成することを特徴とする請求項5から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の摺動ピンの製造方法。
