Claims (4)
- 弾性率の異なる部材同士の摺動において、低弾性率側の部材の摺動面の一部に表面テクスチャにて構成された表面テクスチャ形成領域が偏在化して設けられ、前記表面テクスチャ形成領域にて、低弾性率側の部材の剛性を局所的に低下させることによって、接線力を偏在化させることを特徴とする摺動面構造。
- 前記低弾性率側の部材が樹脂又はゴムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摺動面構造。
- 前記表面テクスチャが複数の溝又はピットで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の摺動面構造。
- 弾性率の異なる部材同士の摺動において、低弾性率側の部材の摺動面の一部に表面テクスチャにて構成された表面テクスチャ形成領域が偏在化して設けられ、前記表面テクスチャ形成領域にて、低弾性率側の部材の剛性を局所的に低下させることによって、接線力を偏在化させ、前記表面テクスチャが、相対摺動方向の後方側に形成されていることを特徴とする摺動面構造。
