Abstract

本发明公开了一种摩擦剪切诱导化学反应在表面成膜降低摩擦系数的方法,具体是在超高真空环境下,将二烷基二硫醚导入系统、在金属表面吸附后,通过相应的摩擦,在金属表面发生化学反应成膜,降低摩擦系数。本发明的方法对于降低某些化学反应温度、降低系统的摩擦系数,延长摩擦副寿命,具有很好的推广应用前景。

一、技术领域
本发明涉及机械摩擦学领域,具体的说是一种摩擦剪切诱导化学反应在表面成膜降低摩擦系数的方法。
二、背景技术
由于微机械工业经常存在低负荷、连续工作等苛刻工况,导致摩擦副容易产生润滑不足而失效,显著降低了机器寿命,因此,如何改善润滑、降低微机械摩擦副的摩擦系数,对于延长微机械设备的服役寿命具有重要的实际应用价值。
通过在摩擦表面加入润滑剂可以显著改善润滑、降低摩擦系数,但是许多润滑剂的合成条件苛刻,需要高温高压等极端条件,显著加大了润滑剂生产和使用成本。除了直接加热可以引发化学反应以外,通过机械方法对系统提供能量也可以诱导化学反应的发生,然而由于缺乏对其中机理的深入理解,其发展与应用一直相对较缓慢。因此,在常温下摩擦表面原位生成润滑膜对于降低某些润滑剂合成的反应温度、降低润滑成本、降低系统的摩擦系数,延长摩擦副寿命等具有重要的现实意义。
三、发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,目的就是要提供一种摩擦剪切诱导化学反应在表面成膜降低摩擦系数的方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
本发明一种摩擦剪切诱导化学反应在表面成膜降低摩擦系数的方法,其特点在于,在1×10-10Torr高真空环境下,加入二烷基二硫醚至1×10-7~5×10-5Torr后保持5~15min,然后启动摩擦副在室温23~27℃、摩擦速度2×10-3m/s、载荷0.5~5N、行程1cm条件下进行往复摩擦30~100次,表面即可生成金属硫化物膜,摩擦系数降低至初始阶段的50%以下。
所述的二烷基二硫醚具有R1-S-S-R2结构,其中R1及R2为C1-C4的烷基;所述的摩擦副是上试样为碳化钨球;下试样为铁基或铜基金属盘,表面粗糙度Ra为0.02~1μm;所述的金属硫化物膜的化学成分为硫化亚铁或硫化铜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优势体现在:
1)本发明的方法在室温、低速、低载条件下通过摩擦剪切诱导作用在摩擦界面原位化学反应合成了金属硫化物润滑膜,降低了金属硫化物传统合成方法中的化学反应温度。
2)本发明的方法只需加入较低含量的二烷基二硫醚就能对摩擦系统起到快速的减摩润滑效果,能显著降低润滑成本。
3)本发明的方法能将系统的摩擦系数降低至初始阶段的50%以下,能显著延长摩擦副寿命。
四、附图说明
图1是采用本发明方法,通过摩擦剪切诱导化学反应在铁基金属表面生成的金属硫化物膜(硫化亚铁)的XPS图。
图2是采用本发明方法,通过摩擦剪切诱导化学反应在铜基金属表面生成的金属硫化物膜(硫化铜)的XPS图。
五、具体实施例
实施例1:
在1×10-10Torr高真空环境下,加入二烷基二硫醚(CH3-S-S-CH3)至1×10-7Torr后保持15min,然后启动摩擦副在室温25℃、摩擦速度2×10-3m/s、载荷0.8N、行程1cm条件下进行往复摩擦50次,系统的摩擦系数由初始阶段的0.52降低至0.18,通过X-射线光电子能谱对摩擦表面测试可知,表面生成了硫化亚铁的金属硫化物润滑膜。其中所述的摩擦副是上试样为碳化钨球;下试样为铁基金属盘,表面粗糙度Ra为0.06μm。
实施例2:
在1×10-10Torr高真空环境下,加入二烷基二硫醚(CH3-S-S-CH2CH3)至2×10-5Torr后保持10min,然后启动摩擦副在室温25℃、摩擦速度2×10-3m/s、载荷1N、行程1cm条件下进行往复摩擦80次,系统的摩擦系数由初始阶段的0.55降低至0.16,通过X-射线光电子能谱对摩擦表面测试可知,表面生成了硫化铜的金属硫化物润滑膜。其中所述的摩擦副是上试样为碳化钨球;下试样为铜基金属盘,表面粗糙度Ra为0.1μm。

Claims (1)

1.一种摩擦剪切诱导化学反应在表面成膜降低摩擦系数的方法,其特征在于,在1×10-10Torr高真空环境下,加入二烷基二硫醚至1×10-7~5×10-5Torr后保持5~15min,然后启动摩擦副在室温23~27℃、摩擦速度2×10-3m/s、载荷0.5~5N、行程1cm条件下进行往复摩擦30~100次,下试样摩擦表面即可生成金属硫化物膜,摩擦系数降低至初始阶段的50%以下;
所述的二烷基二硫醚具有R1-S-S-R2结构,其中R1及R2为C1-C4的烷基;
所述的摩擦副是上试样为碳化钨球;下试样为铁基或铜基金属盘,表面粗糙度Ra为0.02~1μm;
所述的金属硫化物膜的化学成分为硫化亚铁或硫化铜。
