Claims (20)
- 결정화가능한 프로필렌-함유 중합체,베타-핵형성제, 및중합체의 용융 온도를 초과하는 온도에서 중합체와 혼화가능하며 중합체 결정화 온도 미만의 온도에서는 중합체로부터 상이 분리되는 희석제를 포함하는 미공성 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베타-핵형성제가 감마 퀴나크리돈; 수베르산의 칼슘 염 및 피멜산의 칼슘 염으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 미공성 재료.

- (a) 결정화가능한 프로필렌-함유 중합체, 베타-핵형성제, 및 중합체의 용융 온도를 초과하는 온도에서 중합체와 혼화가능하며 중합체 결정화 온도 미만의 온도로 냉각되면 중합체로부터 상이 분리되는 희석제를 포함하는 용융물 용액을 형성하고;(b) 상기 용융물 용액을 상기 중합체 성분의 결정화 침전에 의해 상 분리가 일어나는 온도까지 냉각시켜 연결 세섬유에 의해 서로 연결된 중합체 입자의 그물구조를 함유하는 상 및 희석제 상을 형성하고;(c) 상기 물질을 적어도 한 방향으로 배향하여 인접한 결정화된 중합체 입자를 서로로부터 분리시키거나, 상기 물질로부터 희석제의 적어도 일부를 제거함으로써 상호연결된 미공을 만드는 것에의해 제조되는 미공성 재료.

- (a) (i) 30 내지 80 중량부의 결정화가능한 프로프렌-함유 중합체,(ii) 핵형성제가 없는 결정화에 비하여 상당히 더 많은 수의 결정화 부위에서 이어지는 프로필렌-함유 중합체의 결정의 핵형성을 개시하기 충분한 양의 베타-핵형성제, 및(iii) 프로필렌-함유 중합체와 혼화가능하고 프로필렌-함유 중합체가 상기 중합체의 용융 온도에서 그 안에 용해되나 상기 중합체의 결정화 온도 또는 그 미만의 온도로 냉각시키면 프로필렌-함유 중합체가 그로부터 상 분리되는, 20 내지 70 중량부의 희석제를 함유하는 혼합물을 형성시키기 위해 용융 배합하는 단계;(b) 상기 용융 배합된 혼합물을 성형하는 단계;(c) 연결 세섬유에 의해 서로 연결된 중합체 입자와 희석제 사이의 상 분리를 일으키도록 상기 성형된 혼합물을 상기 프로필렌-함유 중합체 내에서 베타-핵형성제가 결정화를 개시하는 온도로 냉각시키고, 이로써 희석제 중 결정화된 프로필렌-함유 중합체의 응집체를 함유하는 물품을 수득하는 단계; 및(d) 성형된 물품을 적어도 한 방향으로 연신하고 적어도 일부의 희석제를 제거하는 것 중 하나 또는 둘 다에 의해 물품의 다공성을 증가시키는 단계를 포함하는 미공성 물품의 제조 방법.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 베타-핵형성제가 감마 퀴나크리돈; 퀴니자린 술폰산의 알루미늄염; 디히드로퀴노아크리딘-디온; 퀴나크리딘-테트론; 트리페네놀 디트리아진; 탄산 칼슘 및 유기산의 조합; 스테아르산 칼슘 및 피멜산의 조합; 칼슘 실리케이트; 주기율표의 II 군 금속의 디카르복실산염; 델타-퀴나크리돈; 아디프산 또는 수베르산의 디아미드; 수베르산 또는 피멜산의 칼슘 염; 인디고졸 또는 시반틴(cibantine) 유기 안료; 퀴나크리돈 퀴논; N',N'-디시클로헥실-2,6-나프탈렌 디카르복사미드; 안트라퀴논 적색 안료; 및 비스-아조 황색 안료로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 미공성 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 베타-핵형성제의 양이 중합체 및 희석제 100 중량부 당 0.002 내지 0.1 중량부인 미공성 재료.
