Claims (12)
- 상온 상압에서 서로 비상용 (非相溶)인 2종 이상의 수지를 상온 상압에서 액상 또는 기체상인 용매와 혼합하는 제1공정;상기 용매를 가열 및 가압하여 고온 고압 유체 또는 초임계 유체가 되게 하고, 이 상태로 혼합하는 제2공정; 및상기 제2공정에서 얻어진 혼합물을 해압하지 않고 강온 속도 25 ℃/분 이상으로 급속히 유리 전이 온도 이하까지 냉각시키는 제3공정을 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 알로이의 제조 방법.
- 상온 상압에서 서로 비상용인 2종 이상의 수지를 상온 상압에서 액상 또는 기체상인 용매와 혼합하는 제1공정;상기 용매를 가열 및 가압하여 고온 고압 유체 또는 초임계 유체가 되게 하고, 이 상태로 혼합하는 제2공정; 및상기 제2공정에서 얻어진 혼합물을 해압하지 않고 강온 속도 25 ℃/분 이상으로 급속히 유리 전이 온도 이하까지 냉각하고, 그 후 실온 이하까지 냉각시키는 제3공정을 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 알로이의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상온 상압에서 서로 비상용인 2종 이상의 수지와 상온 상압에서 액상인 용매의 혼합물 중에 차지하는 용매의 체적이, 상기 상온 상압에서 서로 비상용인 2종 이상의 수지의 체적 합계의 1배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 알로이의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상온 상압에서 서로 비상용인 2종 이상의 수지는, 열가소성 노르보르넨계 수지 및 열가소성 노르보르넨계 수지와 비상용인 1종 이상의 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 알로이의 제조 방법.
