Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 색소 증감형 태양 전지의 전해액을 밀봉하기 위한 밀봉제 조성물이며, 해당 밀봉제 조성물이(a) 하나 이상의 (메트)아크릴레이트기를 갖는 이소프렌 중합체, 및(b) 성분 (a) 100 중량부에 대하여 20 내지 200 중량부의 희석 단량체를 주성분으로 하거나, 또는(A) 분자 중에 히드로실릴화 반응이 가능한 하나 이상의 알케닐기를 함유하는 이소부틸렌계 중합체,(B) 성분 (A)의 알케닐기에 대한 성분 (B)의 Si-H기 몰비가 1:0.8 내지 5의 범위가 되는 양의 오르가노히드로겐폴리실록산,(C) 성분 (A)의 알케닐기 1 몰에 대하여 10-1 내지 10-8 몰의 히드로실릴화 촉매, 및(D) 성분 (A) 100 중량부에 대하여 1 내지 20 중량부의 실란 커플링제를 주성분으로 하는, 색소 증감형 태양 전지 전해액 밀봉용 밀봉제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a) 하나 이상의 (메트)아크릴레이트기를 갖는 이소프렌 중합체, 및 (b) 희석 단량체를 주성분으로 하는 색소 증감형 태양 전지 전해액 밀봉용 밀봉제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (A), (B), (C), (D)를 주성분으로 하는 색소 증감형 태양 전지 전해액 밀봉용 밀봉제 조성물.
- 투명 기판 상에 투명 도전막, 다공질막 및 색소층을 갖는 제1의 적층체와, 투명 기판 상에 투명 도전막을 갖는 제2의 적층체를 밀봉제 조성물을 사용하여 접합시키는 공정, 및 양 적층체간에 전해액을 봉입하는 공정을 포함하는 색소 증감형 태양 전지의 제조 방법이며, 해당 밀봉제 조성물이 제1항에 기재된 것인 색소 증감형 태양 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 색소 증감형 태양 전지.
