- 전기 디바이스 요소와, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 포위하여 배치된 외장 필름을 갖는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스에 있어서,상기 전기 디바이스 요소의 주위를 둘러싸도록 하여 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 지지하고, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소의 두께보다도 두꺼운 제 1의 부분을 갖는 테두리 부재를 구비하고,상기 테두리 부재는, 상기 외장 필름 밖에 배치되며,상기 전기 디바이스 요소의 두께 방향으로 분할된 상기 테두리 부재가, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소의 주위에서 상기 외장 필름의 대향면 끼리 열융착됨에 의해 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 밀봉하는 열융착 영역을 끼워 넣고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 전기 디바이스 요소와, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 포위하여 배치된 외장 필름을 갖는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스에 있어서,상기 전기 디바이스 요소의 주위를 둘러싸도록 하여 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 지지하고, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소의 두께보다도 두꺼운 제 1의 부분을 갖는 테두리 부재를 구비하고,상기 테두리 부재는, 상기 외장 필름 밖에 배치되며,상기 테두리 부재는, 상기 외장 필름으로 밀봉된 영역 내의 내압이 개방될 때에 방출된 가스를 안내하기 위한 가이드부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 전기 디바이스 요소와, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 포위하여 배치된 외장 필름을 갖는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스를 용기 내에 고정하기 위한, 상기 필름 외장 전기 디바이스의 외주 부분에 부착되는 테두리 부재로서,상기 전기 디바이스 요소의 두께보다도 두꺼운 제 1의 부분을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 테두리 부재.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 제 1의 부분보다도 두께가 얇은 제 2의 부분을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 테두리 부재.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 전기 디바이스 요소의 주위에서 상기 외장 필름의 대향면 끼리 열융착됨에 의해 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 밀봉하는 밀봉 영역을 끼워 넣기 위해 분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 테두리 부재.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 필름 외장 전기 디바이스의 상기 외장 필름으로 밀봉된 영역 내의 내압이 개방될 때에 방출된 가스를 안내하기 위한 가이드부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 테두리 부재.
- 전기 디바이스 요소와, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 포위하여 배치된 외장 필름을 갖는 복수의 필름 외장 전기 디바이스를 용기 내에 수납하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스 수납 시스템으로서,상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 둘러싸서 지지하고, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소의 두께보다도 두꺼운 제 1의 부분을 갖는 테두리 부재를 구비하고 있는 상기 필름 외장 전기 디바이스의 제 1의 부분의 두께가 되는 상기 필름 외장 디바이스의 당접 부분과, 인접하는 상기 필름 외장 전기 디바이스의 당접 부분을 맞닿게 하여 적층하여 이루어지는 조립 전지를 상기 용기 내에 수납하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스 수납 시스템.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 외장 필름 밖에 배치되어 있는 상기 테두리 부재는, 상기 필름 외장 전기 디바이스의 상기 외장 필름으로 밀봉된 영역 내의 내압이 개방될 때에 방출된 가스를 안내하는 가이드부를 가지며,상기 용기는, 상기 가이드부에 의해 안내되어 온 가스를 적어도 1개소에 통합하여 상기 용기 밖으로 배출하는 덕트를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스 수납 시스템.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 용기는, 각각이 동일 개소에 상기 가이드부를 갖는 상기 필름 외장 전기 디바이스로 이루어지는 상기 조립 전지의 상기 각 가이드부에 대응하는 위치에 상기 덕트를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스 수납 시스템.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 용기는, 상기 덕트를 상기 용기의 측벽에 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스 수납 시스템.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 용기는, 상기 용기 내에 수납된 상기 조립 전지의 상기 테두리 부재를, 상기 조립 전지가 재치된 상기 용기의 저면을 향하여 가압하는 가압부를 구비한 덮개를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스 수납 시스템.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 용기의 측벽에 형성된 수지로 이루어지는 복수의 돌기를, 상기 덮개에 형성된 복수의 구멍으로서 상기 각 돌기에 대응한 위치에 형성된 각 구멍에 삽통시키고, 상기 각 구멍으로부터 돌출한 상기 각 돌기를 열코킹에 의해 코킹함에 의해, 상기 용기에 대해 상기 덮개를 고정하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스 수납 시스템.
- 제 18항에 있어서,소정의 가압력으로 상기 가압부가 상기 테두리 부재를 가압한 상태에서 상기 열코킹이 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스 수납 시스템.
