Claims (5)
- 삭제
- 오가피와 더덕을 포함하는 한약재로부터 한약재추출물을 추출하는 한약재추출단계와;돼지뼈를 물과 혼합한 후 끓여서 육수를 얻는 육수준비단계와;상기 육수에 상기 한약재추출물을 혼합한 후 가열하여 한약재육수를 얻는 한약재육수준비단계;를 포함하며,상기 한약재추출단계는 상기 오가피에 헛개나무와 겨우살이를 첨가하고 물을 혼합한 후 끓여서 제 1추출물을 얻는 제 1추출단계와, 인동과 우슬을 물과 혼합한 후 끓여서 제 2추출물을 얻는 제 2추출단계와, 상기 더덕에 삼지구엽초를 첨가하고 물을 혼합한 후 끓여서 제 3추출물을 얻는 제 3추출단계와, 상기 제 1추출물과 제 2추출물 및 제 3추출물은 상온에서 냉각시킨 후 혼합하여 끓여서 상기 한약재추출물을 얻는 혼합가열단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한약재를 이용한 국밥의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 육수준비단계는 상기 돼지뼈와 물을 혼합하여 1차 가열한 다음 뜬 기름을 제거한 후 전복껍질을 더 혼합하고 2차로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한약재를 이용한 국밥의 제조방법.
