Claims (15)
- 프레스 조인트 결합 방식을 이용하여 부품(플레이트, 보울트, 너트 등)을 플레이트(2)에 결합시키기 위한 방법으로서,스탬프(1) 등이 상기 플레이트(2)의 반대편에 배치된 매트릭스 개구(3)내에서 상기 플레이트(2)의 표면부를 부분적으로 펀칭하거나, 디프 드로잉 하거나 또는 프레스하는 동시에, 플레이트 재료가 상기 매트릭스 개구(3)의 바닥(12)에 의해서 축 방향에 대해 수직으로 밀려지고, 그 다음에 상기 플레이트 재료가 상기 플레이트(2)의 고정부와 응집되어, 결합하고자 하는 부품과 형상 결합 및 강제 결합 중 하나 이상의 방식으로 결합되도록 구성된, 부품을 플레이트(2)에 결합시키기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 수직으로 밀려진 재료의 재료 흐름은 상기 매트릭스의 둘레에 걸쳐서 볼 때 상이한 방사 방향 저항 때문에 크기가 교대로 변경되며, 그 결과 상이한 부하가 재료에 형성되고, 그럼으로써 재료의 탄성이 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 방사 방향 저항은 상기 매트릭스 개구(3)의 둘레와 관련하여 중앙 대칭으로 분배되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 프레스 조인트 결합은 접착제를 첨가함으로써 보완되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 방법을 실시하기 위한 공구에 있어서,- 모울드 스탬프(1), 및 상기 모울드 스탬프(1)의 이동 방향으로 진행하는 방사형 제한 벽 및 바닥(12)을 갖는 팩 개구(3)를 포함하는 다이 매트릭스(4, 6)를 포함하고,- 상기 모울드 스탬프(1) 및 팩 개구(3)가 밀려질 재료에 맞추어 조절된 체적 치수를 가지며,- 상기 팩 개구(3)의 둘레에 걸쳐 분배된 상기 제한 벽의 다수의 섹션이 벽 리세스 내부로 가이드 된, 방사 방향으로 휘어지는 세그먼트(7)로 형성되며,- 그 사이에 있는 상기 제한 벽의 섹션(5)은 휨 불가능하게 형성된, 부품을 플레이트(2)에 결합시키기 위한 공구.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 세그먼트(7)의 높이는 팩 개구(3)의 깊이에 상응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,출발 위치에서 밀려질 재료의 체적은 상기 모울드 스탬프(1)를 제외한 팩 개구(3)의 체적보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 세그먼트(7)는 스프링력에 대항하여 슬라이딩 될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 세그먼트(7)는 세그먼트(7)를 수용하는 벽 리세스(10) 내부로 가이드 되고, 상기 벽 리세스는 상기 팩 개구(3)의 바닥(12)이 있는 한 평면에 측면 가이드 벽을 포함하며, 상기 측면 가이드 벽은 상기 세그먼트(7)의 방사 방향으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상호 마주보도록 배치된 상기 세그먼트(7)의 가이드 벽은 하나의 벽 리세스(10)내에서 휨 불가능한 벽 섹션(5)에 평행하게 상호 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,다이에 배치된 판 스프링 또는 바아 스프링이 스프링력으로서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 판 스프링 또는 바아 스프링이 상기 다이(6)의 종방향 홈(11) 내부로 가이드 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 판 스프링 또는 바아 스프링은 세그먼트로부터 떨어진 단부에서 결합 섹션을 통해 일체로 서로 결합되고, 결합 영역 중에서 결합 섹션(7)과 개별 스프링(6) 사이에서는 상기 섹션 및 스프링의 휨부(9)가 케이스 부품의 방향으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 결합 섹션은 구동 방향에 대해 수직으로 진행하는 상기 다이 매트릭스의 분할 평면에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 결합 섹션이 십자 형태로 또는 별 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 다이 매트릭스 바닥의 종방향과 정면 중 하나 이상에 스프링 및 상기 결합 섹션 중 하나 이상을 수용하기 위한 홈이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
