Claims (7)
- 제1항에 기재한 난연 가공제를 섬유에 부여하는 난연 가공제 부여공정과 난연 가공제가 부여된 섬유에 열을 인가하는 열처리공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 난연 가공 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 열처리공정에서는, 섬유를 100 내지 220℃의 범위내의 온도에서 열처리하여 난연 가공제를 당해 섬유에 고착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 난연 가공 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 난연 가공제 부여공정에서는, 난연 가공제를 포함하는 제1 처리액에 섬유를 침지시켜 난연 가공제를 섬유에 부여하고,열처리공정에서는, 제1 처리액을 90 내지 150℃의 범위내의 온도에서 가열하여 난연 가공제를 섬유에 고착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 난연 가공 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 난연 가공제 부여공정에서는, 난연 가공제와 캐리어를 포함하는 제2 처리액에 섬유를 침지시켜 난연 가공제를 섬유에 부여하고,열처리공정에서는, 제2 처리액을 80 내지 130℃의 범위내의 온도에서 가열하여 난연 가공제를 섬유에 고착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 난연 가공 방법.
- 제1항에 기재한 난연 가공제를 섬유에 부여하는 난연 가공제 부여공정과 난연 가공제가 부여된 섬유에 열을 인가하는 열처리공정을 구비하는 난연 가공 방법에 의해, 난연 가공제가 섬유에 고착되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 난연 가공 섬유.
