Claims (16)
- 방향족 폴리카보네이트 또는 방향족 폴리카보네이트를 주체로 하는 수지 (A) 100 중량부,무기 화합물 입자 (B) 0.1 내지 200 중량부,유기 술폰산, 유기 술폰산 에스테르 또는 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물 (C) 0.001 내지 10 중량부, 및유기산 알칼리 금속염 및 유기산 알칼리 토금속염으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속염 (D) 0.001 내지 1 중량부를 포함하는 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체로서,상기 화합물 (C)는 상기 무기 화합물 (B)와 상기 화합물 (C)의 혼합물의 pH 값이 4 내지 8이 되는 양으로 포함되어 있는 것이고,폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체의 표면적의 적어도 50%에 상당하는 부분이 0.001 mm 이상 0.7 mm 미만의 두께를 가지며,온도 170℃ 분위기 하에서 30분간 방치한 경우에 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체의 성형 유동 방향의 수축율 S1(%)이 아래 식 (1)을 만족하는 것인 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체.-60 < S1 < -1 식(1)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체의 복굴절율은 0.00001 이상 0.O02 이하인 것인 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물은 플루오로 중합체 (E) 0.01 중량부 이상 1 중량부 이하를 더 포함하는 것인 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체.
- 삭제
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 금속염 (D)의 상기 수지 조성물에서 차지하는 비율이 X 중량%, 상기 플루오로 중합체 (E)의 불소 화합물 성분의 상기 수지 조성물에서 차지하는 비율이 Y 중량%일 때, X와 Y가 (2)식 그리고 (3)식을 만족하는 것인 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체.0.15≤X≤0.5 (2)식0.05≤Y≤0.4 (3)식
- 제5항에 있어서, X와 Y가, (4)식, (5)식, 그리고 (6)식을 만족하는 것인 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체.0.15≤X (4)식0.05≤Y (5)식X+Y≤0.5 (6)식
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체는 난연성이고, 상기 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체를 170℃의 분위기하에 30분간 방치하였을 때에, 상기 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체의 성형 유동 방향의 수축율 S1(%)은 아래 식 (7)을 만족하는 것인 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체.-30<S1<-1 (7)식
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체를 170℃ 분위기하에 30분간 방치하였을 때에, 상기 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체의 성형 유동 방향의 수축율 S1 (%)은 아래 식 (8)을 만족하고, 또한 상기 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체의 성형 수직 방향의 수축율 S2 (%)는 아래 식 (9)를 만족하는 것인 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체.-60<S1<-1 (8)식-60<S2<-1 (9)식
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체의 표면적의 적어도 50%에 상당하는 부분은 0.5 mm 이하의 두께를 가지는 것인 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체는 UL94 규격에 있어서의 시험법에서 V-0 또는 VTM-0으로 나타나는 난연성을 가지는 것인 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체가 시트 또는 필름의 형상을 가지는 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체는 절연 시트 또는 절연 필름인 것인 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체는 전기 또는 전자 기기용 성형체인 것인 폴리카보네이트 박육 성형체.
- 방향족 폴리카보네이트를 주체로 하는 수지 성분 (A) 100 중량부,무기 화합물 입자 (B) 0.1 내지 200 중량부,유기 술폰산, 유기 술폰산 에스테르 또는 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물 (C) 0.001 내지 10 중량부 및유기산 알칼리 금속염 및 유기산 알칼리 토금속염으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 유기산 금속염 (D) 0.001 내지 1 중량부를 포함하고,상기 화합물 (C)는 상기 무기 화합물 (B)와 상기 화합물 (C)의 혼합물의 pH 값이 4 내지 8이 되는 양으로 포함되어 있는 것인, 방향족 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
