ビスフェノールAとジフェニルカーボネートから、溶融エステル交換法により製造されたビスフェノールA系ポリカーボネートであり、ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤としてオクタデシル−3−(3,5−ジ−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネートを300ppm含むもの。
重量平均分子量(Mw)=21,500
フェノール性末端基比率(フェノール性末端基が全末端基数に占める割合)=32モル%
フェノール性末端基比率は、核基磁気共鳴法(NMR法)で測定した。
以下の特性を有するタルク。
平均粒子径=5μm
白色度=96%
嵩比容積=2.3ml/g
比表面積=8.5m2/g
水分=0.2%
吸油量=51ml/100g

p−トルエンスルホン酸(特級試薬、和光純薬工業株式会社製)
パーフルオロブタンスルホン酸カリウム塩(大日本インキ工業(株)製、商品名「メガファックF114」)
(滴下防止剤)
フルオロポリマー
ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)とアクリロニトリル・スチレン共重合体(AS)の50/50(重量比)紛体状混合物(米国GEスペシャリティケミカルズ社製、「Blendex 449」(登録商標))
(紫外線吸収剤)
ベンゾトリアゾール系の2−(2H−ベンゾトリアゾール−2−イル)−4−(1,1’, 3,3’ −テトラメチルブチル)フェノンを用いた。(永光化学社製「Eversorb72」)
(離型剤)
ペンタエリスリトールテトラステアレート(日本国日本油脂(株)製、「ユニスターH476」(登録商標))
所望の厚みのシートを、燃焼試験用短冊薄肉成形体として切り出し、試験片として使用した。試験片は、温度23℃、湿度50%の環境下に2日間保持した後、UL94規格に準じて50W(20mm)垂直燃焼試験を行い、V−0、V−1、V−2、NC(NCは、non−classification(分類不能))に分類した。
(難燃焼性の程度(左を良好とする):V−0>V−1>V−2>NC)
収縮率の測定は、作成シートから、JIS K6873 に準じた加熱伸縮率試験片(縦120mm、横120mm)を切り出し、押出方向に対する平行線(長さ100mm)と垂直線(100mm)との交差点が、シートの中心となるような十字型標線を標した。このシートを170℃雰囲気下に30分間放置し、取り出した成形品の収縮率を測定する。加熱収縮率の計算は、下式(11)を用いて算出した。

複屈折率は、下式(12)を用いて算出した。

(但し、ΔNは複屈折率、Γはリターデイション、dは試験片厚みを表す。)
実施例2、3の成形品に比べて耐候性に優れていることがわかった。参考実施例1、実施例2、3の組成物による成形品の表面には細かなクラックが認められたのに対して、実施例4、5,6の組成物による成形品の表面にはクラックは発生しなかった。
Claims (8)
- 芳香族ポリカーボネートまたは芳香族ポリカーボネートを主体とする樹脂(A)100重量部、無機化合物(B)0.1〜200重量部、有機酸性化合物および有機酸性化合物誘導体から選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物(C)0.001〜10重量部、及び有機酸アルカリ金属塩および有機酸アルカリ土類金属塩から選ばれる少なくとも1種の金属塩(D)0.001〜1重量部を含む樹脂組成物からなる少なくとも一方向に配向するように押出シート成形したシートあるいはフィルムの形状を有するポリカーボネート薄肉成形体であって、該ポリカーボネート薄肉成形体の表面積の少なくとも50%に相当する部分が0.5mm以下の厚みを有し、該ポリカーボネート薄肉成形体が、UL94規格における試験法にて、V−0またはVTM−0で示される難燃性を有し、かつ170℃の雰囲気下に30分間放置した時に、該ポリカーボネート薄肉成形体の成形流動方向の収縮率S1(%)が下式(1)を満足するポリカーボネート薄肉成形体。
−60 < S1 ≦ −10.5 (1)式 - 該ポリカーボネート薄肉成形体の複屈折率が、0.00001以上0.002以下である請求項1に記載のポリカーボネート薄肉成形体。
- 該樹脂組成物が、更にフルオロポリマー(E)1重量部以下を含む請求項1に記載のポリカーボネート薄肉成形体。
- 該化合物(C)が、該無機化合物(B)と該化合物(C)との混合物のpH値が4〜8となる量含まれている請求項1に記載のポリカーボネート薄肉成形体。
- 該金属塩(D)の該樹脂組成物に占める割合がX重量%、該フルオロポリマー(E)のフッ素化合物成分の該樹脂組成物に占める割合がY重量%のとき、XとYが、(2)式かつ(3)式を満足する請求項3に記載のポリカーボネート薄肉成形体。

0.05≦Y≦0.4 (3)式 - XとYが、(4)式かつ(5)式かつ(6)式を満足する請求項5に記載のポリカーボネート薄肉成形体。
