- 제26항에 있어서,상기 인버터 회로의 입력 단자와, 상기 인버터 회로의 출력 단자 사이에 전기적으로 접속되는 제3 스위칭 소자를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제26항 또는 제27항에 있어서,상기 영상 신호선을 통하여 영상 신호를 화소에 공급한 후에, 상기 계조 신호선을 통하여 계조 전압을 화소에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제26항 또는 제27항에 있어서,상기 제1 스위칭 소자를 온하고, 또한 오프한 후에, 상기 제2 스위칭 소자를 온으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제29항에 있어서,상기 제3 스위칭 소자를 온한 후에, 상기 제1 스위칭 소자를 온으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제26항 또는 제27항에 있어서,1 프레임 기간은, 제1 기간과 그 제1 기간보다도 후의 기간인 제2 기간을 포함하고, 상기 영상 신호를 상기 제1 기간에 화소에 공급하고, 상기 계조 신호를 상기 제2 기간에 화소에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 비교기와 전류 구동형 발광 소자를 갖는 화소를 복수 포함하는 표시 장치의 구동 방법으로서,1 프레임 기간 중에 제1 기간과, 상기 제1 기간보다도 후의 기간인 제2 기간을 가지고,상기 제1 기간에, 모든 화소 내의 상기 전류 구동형 발광 소자의 발광을 정지시킨 상태에서, 상기 각 화소의 비교기의 한쪽의 입력 단자에 접속된 제1 배선에 대하여 영상 신호 전압을 기입하고,상기 제2 기간에, 상기 각 화소의 비교기의 다른 쪽의 입력 단자에 접속된 제2 배선에 대하여, 제1 레벨에서 제2 레벨까지 복수회에 걸쳐 변화하는 전압을 기입하고, 상기 각 화소에 기입된 영상 신호 전압과 해당 전압에 의해 결정되는 기간 동안, 상기 각 화소의 상기 전류 구동형 발광 소자를 발광시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제32항에 있어서,상기 제1 레벨에서 제2 레벨까지 복수회에 걸쳐 변화하는 전압은, 경사파 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제33항에 있어서,상기 경사파 전압은, 램프 파형인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제32항에 있어서,상기 영상 신호 전압은, 발광 휘도가 낮을수록 제1 레벨의 전압과의 전위차가 작아지는 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제32항에 있어서,상기 영상 신호 전압은, 발광 휘도가 높을수록 제1 레벨의 전압과의 전위차가 커지는 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 구동 방법.
