Claims (6)
- 전기전도성 재질로 이루어지며 시트(2)가 부착되는 시공면(1)에 고정 설치되는 접합구(10)와, 배면이 상기 접합구(10)를 덮도록 상기 시공면(1)에 배치되는 시트(2)를 포함하며, 상기 접합구(10)는 상기 시트(2)와 접하는 접합면(11)에 다수개의 관통공(12)이 형성되어, 고주파전류에 의한 전자기유도가열 방식의 접합장치(20)를 이용하여 상기 접합구(10)에 열을 발생시키면 상기 접합면(11)과 접해있는 시트(2)의 배면이 연화되어 상기 관통공(12)으로 침투하여 확장돌기(3)를 형성하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기유도가열을 이용한 시트 접합구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시트(2)는 비연화부(2a)와 이 비연화부(2a)의 배면에 형성된 연화부(2b)로 이루어져서, 상기 접합장치(20)를 작동시키면 연화부(2b)가 상기 관통공(12)을 침투하여 확장돌기(3)를 형성하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기유도가열을 이용한 시트 접합구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 시트(2)의 배면 또는 접합구(10)에는 열가소성접착제(4) 또는 접착성 시트가 코팅되거나 부착되어, 상기 접합장치(20)의 작동에 의해 열가소성접착제(4) 또는 접착성 시트와 상기 시트(2)의 배면이 함께 연화되어 확장돌기(3)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기유도가열을 이용한 시트 접합구조.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 접합구(10)는 판상으로 이루어지고 중앙부에는 저면이 시공면(1)과 접하도록 된 오목부(13)가 형성되며, 테두리부는 시공면(1)에 접하도록 절곡되어 시공면(1)과 접합면(11) 사이에 공간부(15)가 형성되고, 상기 오목부(13)의 저면에는 시공면(1)에 박혀지는 고정축(16)이 결합되는 결합공(14)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기유도가열을 이용한 시트 접합구조.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고정축(16)에는 숫나사부(17)가 형성되고, 이 숫나사부(17)와 나사결합되는 암나사부(31)가 형성된 너트체(30)가 상기 접합구(10)와 시공면(1) 사이에 위치되어, 너트체(30)가 회전됨에 따라 너트체(30)가 접합구(10)를 시공면(1)에서 승하강시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기유도가열을 이용한 시트 접합구조.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 오목부(13)의 외부면은 반구 형상으로 이루어지고, 상기 오목부(13)의 저면과 접하는 너트체(30)의 선단은 오목부(13)의 저면에 대응되 는 형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기유도가열을 이용한 시트 접합구조.
