Claims (6)
- 적어도 전면측이 투명한 한 쌍의 기판을 기판 사이에 방전 공간이 형성되도록 대향 배치하고, 전면측의 기판에는 주사 전극과 유지 전극을 구비하는 표시 전극과 해당 표시 전극 사이의 비방전부에 차광부를 설치하고, 배면측의 기판에는 방전에 의해 발광하는 형광체층을 설치한 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널로서,상기 표시 전극을 투명 전극과 버스 전극으로 구성하고, 상기 버스 전극을 도전층과 흑색층으로 구성하며, 상기 흑색층의 저항률과 막두께의 곱은 2Ω㎠ 이하이고, 상기 흑색층과 상기 차광부를 동일 재료로 하고, 상기 차광부의 저항률은 1×106Ωcm 이상이며, 상기 차광부와 상기 흑색층은 동시에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 적어도 전면측이 투명한 한 쌍의 기판을 기판 사이에 방전 공간이 형성되도록 대향 배치하고, 전면측의 기판에는 주사 전극과 유지 전극을 구비하는 표시 전극과 해당 표시 전극 사이의 비방전부에 차광부를 설치하고, 배면측의 기판에는 방전에 의해 발광하는 형광체층을 설치한 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널로서,상기 표시 전극을 투명 전극과 버스 전극으로 구성하고, 상기 버스 전극을 다수의 전극층으로 구성하며, 상기 전극층 중의 적어도 하나의 층은 저항률과 막두께의 곱이 0.8Ω㎠ 이상 2Ω㎠ 이하인 흑색층이고, 상기 차광부는 저항률이 1×105Ωcm 이상 1×108Ωcm 이하인 흑색층이며, 상기 흑색층은 동일 재료이고, 상기 표시 전극과 상기 차광부는 서로 전기적으로 절연되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서,상기 흑색층은 적어도 흑색 안료와 전도성 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 전도성 재료는 산화 루테늄 또는 루테늄을 포함하는 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 전도성 재료는 전도성 금속 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 전도성 금속 재료는 Ag, Cu, Pd, Pt, Au 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
