Claims (17)
- 복수의 통신 네트워크로부터의 호(call)를 처리하는 호 처리 방법에 있어서,복수의 오퍼레이터(operator)를 검색(serach)하여 복수의 통신 네트워크에 각각 등록(register)하는 단계;제1의 호 요청을 검출(detect)하는 단계;상기 제1의 호 요청에 대응하는 제1 통신 네트워크를 상기 복수의 통신 네트워크로부터 판정(determine)하는 단계;상기 제1 통신 네트워크의 제1 서비스를 진행(proceed)하는 단계;제2의 호 요청을 검출하는 단계;상기 제2의 호 요청에 대응하는 제2 통신 네트워크를 상기 복수의 통신 네트워크로부터 판정하는 단계; 및상기 제1 서비스가 계속 진행 중이고 상기 제2 통신 네트워크와 상기 제1 통신 네트워크가 서로 다르다고 판정되면, 상기 제1 서비스를 중단하거나 또는 상기 제1 서비스를 유지하기 위하여 상기 제2의 호 요청을 종결(terminate)하는 단계를 포함하는,호 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 통신 네트워크는, GSM(Global System for Mobile Communication) 통신 네트워크, CDMA(코드분할 다중접속) 통신 네트워크, PHS(Personal Handset System) 통신 네트워크, 및 3G(3rd Generation) 통신 네트워크 중 어느 하나의 통신 네트워크이며,상기 제2 통신 네트워크는, GSM 통신 네트워크, CDMA 통신 네트워크, PHS 통신 네트워크, 및 3G 통신 네트워크 중 어느 하나의 통신 네트워크인,호 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2의 호 요청은 상기 제2 통신 네트워크를 통해 전달된 다이얼 요청(dial request)인, 호 처리 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 서비스가 계속 진행 중이고 상기 제2 통신 네트워크와 상기 제1 통신 네트워크가 서로 다르다고 판정되면, 상기 제1 서비스를 중단하거나 또는 상기 제1 서비스를 유지하기 위하여 상기 제2의 호 요청을 종결하는 단계는,상기 제1 통신 네트워크의 호 서비스(call service)가 진행중인지 및 상기 제1 통신 네트워크와 상기 제2 통신 네트워크가 서로 다른지를 판정하여, 만일 상기 제1 통신 네트워크의 호 서비스가 진행중이며 상기 제1 통신 네트워크와 상기 제2 통신 네트워크가 서로 다르다고 판정되면, 상기 다이얼 요청을 취소(cancel)하고, 만일 그렇지 않다고 판정되면,상기 제1 통신 네트워크의 데이터 서비스(date service)가 진행중인지 및 상기 제1 통신 네트워크와 상기 제2 통신 네트워크가 서로 다른지를 판정하여, 만일 상기 제1 통신 네트워크의 데이터 서비스가 진행중이며 상기 제1 통신 네트워크와 상기 제2 통신 네트워크가 서로 다르다고 판정되면, 상기 다이얼 요청을 취소하고, 만일 그렇지 않다고 판정되면, 정상적인 처리과정에 따라 다이얼링하는 단계를 포함하는,호 처리 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제2의 호 요청을 검출하는 단계는, 다이얼 키가 눌러졌는지 여부를 판정함으로써 제2 다이얼 요청을 검출하는 단계인, 호 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2의 호 요청은 상기 제2 통신 네트워크를 통해 수신된 착신 요청(called request)인, 호 처리 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제1 서비스가 계속 진행 중이고 상기 제2 통신 네트워크와 상기 제1 통신 네트워크가 서로 다르다고 판정되면, 상기 제1 서비스를 중단하거나 또는 상기 제1 서비스를 유지하기 위하여 상기 제2의 호 요청을 종결하는 단계는,상기 제1 통신 네트워크의 호 서비스 또는 데이터 서비스가 진행중인지 및 상기 제1 통신 네트워크와 상기 제2 통신 네트워크가 서로 다른지를 판정하는 단계;만일 상기 제1 통신 네트워크의 호 서비스 또는 데이터 서비스가 진행중이고 상기 제1 통신 네트워크와 상기 제2 통신 네트워크가 서로 다르다고 판정되면, 사용자의 선택에 따라 상기 착신 요청을 수락하거나 거부하는 단계; 및상기 호 서비스가 진행 중이 않으며 상기 데이터 서비스도 진행 중이 아니라면, 정상적인 처리 과정에 따라 상기 착신 요청을 처리하는 단계를 포함하는,호 처리 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 사용자의 선택에 따라 상기 착신 요청을 수락하거나 거부하는 단계는,사용자가 상기 착신 요청을 수락하는 것으로 선택하였는지 여부를 판정하여, 사용자가 상기 착신 요청을 수락한 경우에는, 진행 중인 호 서비스 또는 데이터 서비스를 종료하고,사용자가 상기 착신 요청을 수락하는 것으로 선택하지 않은 경우에는, 사용자가 상기 착신 요청을 직접 거절하였는지 여부를 판정하여, 사용자가 상기 착신 요청을 직접 거절하는 것으로 선택한 경우에는, 상기 착신 요청을 직접 거절하며, 사용자가 어떠한 선택도 하지 않은 경우에는, 소정의 대기 시간을 대기한 후에 상기 착신 요청을 자동으로 거절하는 단계를 포함하는, 호 처리 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 사용자가 착신 요청을 수락하는 것으로 선택하였는지 여부를 판정하는 단계는, 응답 키가 눌러졌는지 여부에 의해 판정이 이루어지며,상기 사용자가 착신 요청을 직접 거절하는 것으로 선택하였는지 여부를 판정하는 단계는, 행업(hang-up) 키가 눌러졌는지 여부에 의해 판정이 이루어지는, 호 처리 방법.
